Renting a bike was painless and the staff was super helpful! I will definitely be back!! And the little trailer wagons were perfect for my kids.

This park offers great bike paths in a unique part of Houston. Here you can rent different types of bikes - ask them for a map, easy to use. Staff is friendly and does not yet to upsell you. Next door is the visitors center for information about the park BTW

We rented a “bicycle built for two” to ride in Buffalo Bayou Park. The suggested bike path is 6 miles round trip. We took about one hour with stops for pictures and water. As I recall, the rental was $12 for a 1 1/2 hour rental period. Very reasonable, fun, and friendly assistance at the rental shop. Tip: if you get this type bike, do a short practice run out front before heading down the pathway to get familiar with the bike.

We rented a tandem bike. Rental was fast. No waiting. Came back around thought our tire was a little low. Got a new bike no questions asked. We loved the trails through Downtown. We really enjoyed our day. The bike rental was the best part. Totally recommended.

The 2 guys in the front were super nice and helpful. They even changed out my seat !! Since it was too high/tall for my bike. I even got educated on how having a higher seat works all muscles on my legs instead of a low seat which only works on your quads🤯 so yeah. Oh yea the bikes were cool too.

Colter or however you say his name was extremely rude, i recommend ppl not to go do businesses with him, my family and another customer were waiting in line to rent some bikes and he started being talk super bad to the other guy in line because he said asked where did we wanted the customer to wait, when you have a business and are in constant contact with customers you should totally have customer service skills, save yourself a bad experience, specially if you are with you are family

This place was absolutely phenomenal! I first called to check to see if there was any availability for bikes and the guy on the other line was spot on for customer service! When I got to the store, they were very quick to serve me even though there was a line. We got the rental hybrid bike and the trailer. They hooked it all up for me and my son and we were on the path before we knew it. Had a great ride on a clean bike that worked like a charm. After getting back, they were very polite in asking how the trip was and if there was anything they could do better for next time.These guys are incredibly active duty and veteran friendly. I wish I could give it 6-7 stars on a 5 star scale. I will definitely be coming back here!

Great experience if you hadnt rented a bike here. Friendly staff and the view of the city is amazing to say the least. My friends and I come here often and you feel so energized and refreshed after a great workout. I recommend each and everyone all ages to come out for such a great and pleasant ride especially on a beautiful day.

Excellent Service! It was my first time bike riding outside my childhood, and their process made me question why I even stopped. Their staff is very friendly and informative. I definitely would recommend to anyone. Their rates are honestly too good to be true; given their bike quality/selection is amazing. I cant get over how humble their staff is! Dont double guess ... dont rent a city bike !Choose Bike Barn!

Its a great experience however the prices are high. There is a bike renting station closeby which you can rent for $6/hour but here it costs $12/hour.

Nice place at night

Lots of options of bikes and length of time for hiring them. The bikes were well maintained and of a good standard. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and if they cant help there is a TIC next door.

Much better rental bike than I expected, was capable of handling dirt rails on south side of Memorial Park.

By far my favorite bike barn in Houston. Actually, headed there right now for the 50th million time. Haha. But seriously, staff is always so helpful. They ask you questions to figure out which kind of bike would work best for you and tell you all about the features before riding. Its also awesome that you get complimentary H2O for the ride.
