Larry Brake of Greater Texas Builders does a great job on any home project that is needed. He can build a house from the ground up so he is extremely knowledgeable.He is easy to work with, listens and will do anything you ask of him. For instance if you ask him to tape off borders when painting for a true straight edge, he will do so. Every time I’ve used a painter that refuses to tape off borders, I have been disappointed. Larry didnt question taping borders, he just did it.In addition to painting, Larry has installed/painted new baseboards, a storm door, repaired my plumbing, removed an intercom and patched the dry-wall, power washed moldy exterior bricks and much more; all at a reasonable fee.Soon, Larry will be removing a cement walkway and replacing it with brick pavers. Whatever other house updates I want to make, Larry will be the contractor I call.
