Okay right off that bat, this is the best barbershop in Houston. Especially after the whole covid stuff and not having beard trims. Let me tell you something KC, is hands down the best barber in the city. Everything about her cut, her professionalism, the whole experience is just perfect. After one cut, I dropped my old barbers. She sold me on everything. I literally feel so much confidence leaving that place and it’s because of KC. The beard trim & lining is literally perfectly lined up every time. Y’all go on and let her cut your hair & beard. It is spot on!!!.

Went into wild boars about a year ago and met Zayra. She ended up giving me such a good haircut that I’ve been going back ever since. She also does a great fade! Overall it’s a cool little shop… and the welcome whiskey drink is a nice touch. The location (heights) is also really easy for me to get to. Definitely worth the visit! Go see Zayra.

First off, the ambience of this place is unique, dark colors and tasteful music really make the vibe. The crew is always welcoming. As soon as I checked in I am always offered an array of refreshing beverages. I have had the master stylist, Zayra work on my hair. She is The person to go to, whether you want a new look, or just a basic trim. Zayra knows what’s hip and what’s best, she will give you her input on a haircut and blow your mind once you see the work in action. I have been going to Zayra for over a year now. When I met her she practiced at a different shop, I will continue to go to her anywhere she goes. Her haircuts always make me feel like a new person and boosts my confidence! Today I came in for my 2nd haircut. I always get the #4 with a low fade . And they always hook it up with a very clean and detailed cut. Plus they offer beer or a small glass of whiskey , which is super cool . 5 stars for sure .

Second time visiting Wild Boars Barbershop. This is a great spot close to me that is clean and professional. Setting an appointment is super easy using their website appointment system. Zayra does a great job at making you feel comfortable and provides professional and great looking haircuts and beard trims/shaves. It just so happened to be my birthday this visit and I was gifted some Reuzel hair product that is available for purchase. Definitely was not expecting the extra swag but it was a pleasant surprise. You can tell they care about service here. 5 stars, will continue to visit.

This place and its employees are awesome! Ive been to several barbershops in the area looking for my hair guy/girl. Hah! Found him.While the entire staff was great, I can only speak for the cut Sarath gave me. I came in wanting a style change, which most barbers Ive been to are reluctant to give advice on. I showed him a few pictures of ideas and he ran with it. He shaped the trendy cut based on the shape of my head as well as the quirks (cowlicks) Ive got going on. After the cut, he showed me several ways to style it as well.I will absolutely be back and recommend this shop to everyone!Side bit: I havent met the owner, Franco, but based on his amazing response to an intentional 1-star review, I had to give WBB a shot.

Started going here after Bird’s on 20th closed down permanently. Great place and atmosphere. You are offered a complimentary drink with you haircut. The staff is super polite and I’ve never had anything less than a good haircut from them.

Also, I typically get my haircut every 3-4 weeks, but whenever I need a minor clean-up in between cuts whether it be for an upcoming wedding, vacation or business meeting, Franco is always happy to do so. No disrespect to my gf, but after 8mths of her (kindly) hooking me up with Youtube tutorial filled haircuts which lasted 3+ hours, it was beyond grand to get in and out with a professional cut/style AND a bonus beard trim, in about 30min! I never have much of a clue about what I want to do with my hair, but he quickly threw a couple solid ideas at me, and then knocked it out of the park. Even gave me some free haircutting tips to take back to the gf. Top spot! Thank yall!

I relocated to Houston from Los Angeles with work and after much search visiting several places, I was recommended to checkout Wild Boars.Amazing staff, always greeted with respect made to feel like you are the most important person. Shop has a relaxed warm friendly and welcoming feel as soon as I get there they always offer all guests something to drink.Sarath is who has been doing my hair ever since my first experience at Wild Boars. He is very detailed and more importantly takes his time to make sure everything is on point and exactly as I requested, have never felt rushed.Have been coming on my regular bi-weekly schedule to shop for trim and clean up since COVID19 restrictions eased, all staff in masks all the time, all guests in shop had masks on, bottles of hand sanitizer upon entry have never felt unsafe.Thank you Wild Boars Team appreciate you all.

Walked in and only one person was wearing a mask. They had a client in the chair, no mask. Two of the three employees also didn’t have masks or didn’t have them on correctly.
