Terrible customer service. Called the business line to get info and schedule an appointment. Some guy answered hello rudely like he couldnt be bothered with a phone call. I asked if this was a barber shop and he hung up on me. Extremely rude.

I called this place at 4:30 on a Friday to see if they had any walk-ins (which is rare at good shop) they did and it became apparent to me why. Never use Redd Rubee (stylist/ barbers name) it took her 1hr 15 minutes and 25$ to get the same haircut as a 4.99$ joint, she went through all the motions with the hot towel and this and that, but was more concerned about telling me her life story and how shes happy to be quitting the hair business than concentrating on my hair. I had to come home and spend 30 minutes trimming the high spots and fixing the edge ups, she shaved about half an inch of hair from the front of my sideburns leaving me with some ghetto goofy looking edge up. I asked her for a classic cut, not the Paul Wall, which usually implies not shaving back so far, just a clean NATURAL edge up. I have to get back to business on Monday not star in a rap video. Never taking my business here again.

Cool place to take the kiddos to get a haircut. On Tuesdays they offer $10 haircuts which beats other barbershops prices. They take their time and cut you hair right

Mr. Guillorys was suggested to me by a friend. I used theCut application and booked two appointment times for Sunday. I received a confirmed notification and a reminder for my scheduled time slots. We showed up on time to locked doors and an empty shop. Very disappointing to say the least. A waste of gas, time, but worst of all two uncut heads. I wish I could comment on the quality of their haircuts but unfortunately we didnt receive any.

This the best and only place I will go to look real fresh.

I drive past 6 hair cut locations to take my family to Mr. Guillory’s. Courteous and professional, would recommend all hair types to try this master barber out.

This place is a joke !!!!Ive been to many barber shops and this by far has to be the worst !!!! I normally go to places like Q salon (which I should have gone to) but first let me start by saying that customer service is a big thing right the barbers here are not professional. This place charged me $35 for a cut (ARE YOU SERIOUS) now I wouldnt have a problem paying for it if the quality was good but it wasnt , the barber was cutting my hair as if he didnt like his job mind you I could have gone to Q salons and got the same type of hair cut for $10 SMH !!! Now Ive decided to give them a second chance since its their Tuesday $10 haircut special anddddddd that was a lie i got charged $25 ??? And to make it worst the baber ( a different one ) did nothing I told him 😒. This barber shop is really close to my house which is the only reason I came here but after these 2 horrible experience I rather drive to Q salon for better quality n pricing. I recommend for yall to think twice before coming here.

Took my nephew to this place (recommended by a friend) on Sunday which hours are 11-3pm, we got there at 1:45pm and this place was closed! Waste of my time and gas. All it shows is that they are lazy, unprofessional, liers, inconsistent, and do NOT care about their customers. Shame on the owner. He will lose clients fast this way.
