Both my mother and sister had their wedding here. The owners treat you like family! They were very professional and organized. Everything for the big day was scheduled and easy to follow. The decorations for both were gorgeous. It is also located right off 59 and is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend this hall for any special event you might have in the future!

Not security at all. I went there 12/16/2018 to celebrate a Quinceañera. My vehicle got broken into, nobody sees anything. No one working security. Horrible experience. AND YES, A POLICE REPORT HAS BEEN FILED!

Imperial made my dream wedding come true.Martha and her husband were and are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Our wedding was a Mexican Fiesta theme and it was beautiful. From the decorations, food, cake, candy buffet, photo-booth we loved everything. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else. One of my favorite spots for events. They have an option for really cool lights; all you have to do is ask! The hall is clean, very spacious for any large event, and gives off a great first impression. My guests loved it and the cost was reasonable enough to make me happy. The customer service was great. The person who helped me took the time to explain their services with many options. I like organizing my events very specifically so having a company thats willing to make my event perfect gets my recommendation.

Best place to have your special event done. Had our wedding here on April and everything came out perfect as plan. The staff works well with you and they do there best to satisfy your needs. I really recommend it for any special event.

This is an exceptional venue for lots of parking near the entrance. The interior is simple allowing individual groups the freedom create extensive theme related events. There were two performance platforms allowing for large groups to dance using live entertainment. Very efficient bar area. Large separate food service area where catering can be used.

Just breathe taking. Loved going there to a birthday party. Location kinda difficult to find. Many who were in attendance found that to be an issue. Some missed attending due to GPS help.

Wow, per the name this venue is Palatial and exquisite indeed. It is beautiful inside with just gorgeous chandeliers and furnishings. I was a Vendor at a Bridal Expo at the Imperial Reception Hall and was in awe when I entered and saw the sheer size and depth of the main ballroom which can hold and cater to up to 1300 guests, per the really nice owners. Great location on the south west Southwest Fwy, Houston, TX & a massive parking lot. I now have a great spot for future get together, parties and seminars.

I planned my wedding and reception with Martha from Oklahoma. The first time I actually saw the hall and met her was 3 days before our event. All I can say is my guest of over 200 are still amazed by the beauty and professionalism. My event was perfect and I wouldnt change anything.

I had the best time in my life in this salon is like a dream come true I really wish I can go and celebrate again. I really like making memories in this salon hope people will have a good time renting it.

Wow!!! is all i can say. now im not just trying to make this place look good for good reviews but honestly i give this place a 5 star because they did an amazing job on my daughters qiunceanera party. From the planning to the photo shoot to the decorations to the food and cake and to the day of the actual event. we received several compliments about how beautiful the decorations were and the location, thankfully i did not receive any calls about anyone being lost..lol. Martha and her husband were very sweet and friendly and kept their cool even though we ended up hosting more than what we booked, they were able to accommodate my guest and make them feel comfortable and were able to feed them even though they came late. The photo booth was also a pretty cool set up and was user friendly. They kept a smile and reminded me of things that needed to get done like take pictures with family and friends to the time for presentation which was very helpful because we were busy as it was and time was flying by so fast so that helped alot! i would definitely recommend this place and will be booking my future events considering i have 3 more quinceaneras to plan :) Thank you both for making this event memorable to my family and daughter!

My husband and I had our wedding here in august. I gave 2 stars because the decorations and our ceremony was absolutely beautiful!! Other than that I had a terrible experience. To start I kept changing my mind about things I wanted. I was already stressed to the max trying to plan a wedding, then Martha thought it was a good idea to start telling me over and over and over again that I kept changing things. Then my cousin who helped me during the end of the planning met with Martha and myself and Martha proceeded to tell my cousin about how I kept changing things. Until I finally had to tell her that she was stressing me out even more than the wedding planning itself. The day of the wedding Martha had an attitude and was extremely rude to myself and my cousin who was coordinating the wedding. I hung up on her and when my cousin called she told my cousin that she was “tired from an even the night before”. That’s no excuse to talk to ANYONE like that because you double booked events.Now my reception was HORRIBLE. We paid to have the space from 5pm-1am. To start We kept getting rushed. We were trying to speak to our guests when we kept being told to go cut the cake and to go do this and that. No one even saw us cut the cake because we were rushed. During the toast we opened the floor to other to say a few words but they rushed that process because it was time for “dancing”.The DJ was terrible. A week or two prior to the wedding he had us make a play list on Spotify and send it to him. During the reception he didn’t play ANY of the songs on our play list. He played whatever he wanted to play not to mention he would let a song play for 30sec and then change it. We had multiple people make music requests that never got play. I went and told him twice myself to play the music from our playlist. It wasn’t until we spoke with martha and she spoke to him that he put on our playlist. By that time everyone was leaving. I was so upset and frustrated. We cleaned and put everything in the car and left by 9pm. So 4hrs wasted because we couldn’t get any good music to play and people got disappointed. Spent a lot of money to not have a good reception. Needless to say other than Martha stressing me out to the max the Decorations were beautiful and our ceremony was amazing.Although I had an amazing ceremony I wouldn’t have another at this location. If I did it would be ceremony only everything else would be somewhere else.

Imperial reception hall is amazing my parents did my quinceañera in that hall and everything came out perfect just the way I wanted my party to beMartha and her husband they took care of everything in the event ,my parents did not have to worry about anything that day because everything came out perfectIf you want to make your quinceañera or your wedding imperial reception hall is were you need to go because they would make your event the special one and the unforgettable day of your lifeThank you Martha for making my quinceañera the best ❤️

Excellent place for quinceañeras events and weddings or special meetings

I put 5 stars because I can not put more, obviously when you have an event you have to keep in mind how you want your decoration, your colors, the details, if you have all this CLEAR and give it to Martha she does wonders. My wedding was a dream come true, the whole organization that Martha and Víctor offered us in our wedding was perfect, I could not ask for more, they were super nice with me all the time. Martha was super friendly with us when choosing food, cake, table linen and decoration! At the time of choosing the colors of the tablecloth I was a little insecure about the colors and afterwards I asked that if we could change it and she without any problem and very kindly told me that it was fine, that I did not worry that she could change what I would like, because that day had to be perfect for us, and what do you believe? Thats how it went! So if someone else has had a bad experience at the Imperial CRÉANME, WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE SAME PLACE, BECAUSE THE SERVICE, ATTENTION AND ORGANIZATION WAS EXELENT!And by the way the excellent security also do a very good job the police of Houston!THANK YOU MARTHA AND VICTOR EVERYTHING WAS EXELENT AND 1000% RECOMMENDED!My wedding is the best and most perfect experience!
