There is a saying that communication kills all assumptions because you never really know what a person is dealing with. I would like to say that I will no longer allow Robert to reflex badly on the good conscious of Mrs. Thomas. She is a good woman with a heart and being able to engage with her has been a true lesson in getting a good understanding of who we are and can be as humans.
