If you ever need a great bail bondsman call them! They are fast, they dont get you hassle. The ladies in the office have helped me out with several different people I have had to bond out before. Souris is amazing at her job and she runs the bonds fast!

So I didn’t get to use their services because the individual was released without bond but Marissa was so responsive, and helpful it really helped the process for me. I hope not to need them in future but would certainly try again if the situation arises!

Absolutely, the BEST bail bond company in the area! Not only was I updated frequently, but the staff are all professional and respectful. Made it easy for me to get the bond I needed. I was able to complete all required paperwork via email. Never had to visit their office.

If I could give zero stars I would, used for my brother, and was told that they would place a hold on him. He should’ve been at one location while all of this was going on the lady NEVER placed a hold on him so he was moved to a different facility that we never knew about. Lady was very short and rude and not helpful at all. We have never told her that we weren’t using her services after finding out this horrible information, So we were waiting on her to call back so that we could inform her that we knew, however she NEVER called back, we haven’t heard from her since yesterday regarding the matter. I would NOT recommend to anybody.

Quick response and quick release! Tessa worked diligently to ensure no other issues were pending and answered all of mine and my family’s questions patiently. Hopefully won’t have to, but would definitely use them again!

This is the worst service. That I have ever seen. Ive called several times to the office and they pass the word to an agent who hasnt called back with any information on time or money. Its been 4 hours. This is an outrage.

Warning! No help at all! The worst, dont even bother calling this place.I cannot even call them a bondsman. I received some good info from Webster police on exactly what to do to prevent a close relative from being transferred to Harris Co. Jail. I called this place,they took some info from me and said that they would call me back to help me with the bailbond process. I never heard back from them at all. I call them back 7 hours later because I never heard back yet and they asked me what jail he is in? Thats what I called them for because I told them what jail he was in last night.Then they take all of the same info that they took the night before. Why? They said because it was another person that worked lastnight. Man! No help at all! I had to get anothe bail bondsman and get him out of Harris Co jail after an 18 hour processing which could have and should have been avoided. Warning!!!!!!! Just now they called me and told me that they tried to call me but my phone would not ring. But aftet I called them the second time my phone rang. Also they never tried to prevented him from being transfered because they still did not know what jail he was in or how much the bond is. They asked me if I know what the bond is. They were supposed to find that out and call me to let me know so that I could have paid the bail to get him out before transfer. But no. Very bad useless company!
