Spoke to Irma a few weeks ago. She was so helpful in answering my questions. I called back today and spoke to David (I think), most arrogant person ever. I believe in things like this, unless you work in the industry, people call with many questions. He said because I didnt know the inmates family tree information they wouldnt be able to give him a bond. I informed him the inmate does not have contact with them but if anything he would be the only one that would be able to get it off his phone which isnt accessible while you are incarcerated.Be ready because apparently you have to know the inmates grandfather, grandmother, aunts, uncles, and cousins complete, information. I guess when youre a company that has been around for so long you can be cocky.Sure wish I could have spoken to Irma, I have a feeling things would have gone a lot better. Anyways, good thing this is Harris county, lots of 4 star rated bonding companies.

Do not use this company. I bonded my brother out of jail on a 5000.00 bond in 2016. I had no idea that these people had put a lien against my property. There is no way knowingly I would have put my property up against a bond. My brother met the requirement of his bond. So they had no reason to put a lien against my property. I know that I did not sign papers knowingly putting my property up I am so frustrated. I would not have known this until I tried to refinance my property. I called them and they assured me that they would take care of it. But my complaint is that they had no legal right to do this. I have asked for the paperwork that I supposedly signed putting my property up. I was told by Karens assistance that the paperwork was in a warehouse, which makes no sense. They were very unconcerned about what they had done. I had to make 6 phone calls to this company before I got a chance to talk to someone that was in administration. I am going to talk to an attorney because this was shady. Karen told me that they were going to have it removed but it would take some days. Mine you, this is holding up my refinance and may even put the transaction in jepordy. I would not have known they had this lien against my property if I would not have been trying to make this transaction. They never notified me of this action. Do not use this company, unless you have an attorney look over the paperwork. They still have not produced the documents.

I love ABC Bail bonds because they are loyal and faithful and every day I called to check to see if I have a warrant for my arrest due to Judy linkhardt coe and they let me know that I do not have a warrant but I did get serve papers at my door for a protective order

Called here to check on someone’s court date and the women that answered the phone acted like I was bothering her said it’s not her job to check on court dates but will sure revoke your bond if you don’t show up just plain rude

I had them as my bail bonds my case extended to a year and when I was finally done when to them and said a was cleared and owed nothing and now they say I owe 500 because my case went over a year they sent it to collections not even a call or letter was sent prior

Yes they were helpful when we needed the bond BUT they don’t disclose everything and once u ask for help from them after the bond has been taken care of they do not help and the Admin lady is VERY RUDE! At first I gave this company a good review, well that’s changed. I would give them zero stars, but a few of the people that work there are good people. If you use this company just know that if your case lasts over a year (which if you have a good attorney and are actually fighting your case can happen) they will charge you half of the cost of what you paid for your original bond. They are sneaky and don’t mention this at all. I Called around and other bonding companies do not do this. Much better bonding companies out there. I would recommend burns bonding, they are a five star.

Called just now for a friend spoke to a Gloria. She was speaking to me as if I am a criminal. I work in healthcare and put peoples health at my upmost priority because thats my job. This woman was very rude and when I asked the process of what it takes (because I am obviously not a criminal) she was extremely rude. This place should be skipped unless u want to feel like the person inside!

IF YOU ARE A FAMILY MEMBER TRYING TO HELP YOUR LOVED ONE, DO NOT USE ABC BAIL BONDS. My family put up the house to get me out. The bonding company purposely gave me a wrong court date, saying it was the next month and to call back to check-in in 3 weeks. They never gave a courtesy call, which is standard practice, prior to the court date. This caused me to miss court, forfeiting my bond, causing me to be incarcerated for several more days, and allowing them to bill my family a higher amount, part of which being a $450 admin fee for doing nothing. They did call however after my court date pass, lied and told me my court date had then been moved up to the following Monday, where I was arrested immediately when I asked why I wasnt on the docket, for missing court. The bailiff immediately knew it was ABC bonding when I explained what happened, and allowed me to sit in holding for 3 hours with my cell phone to try and correct the matter, because he felt bad for me and said ABC always does this to people. They have lied about paying court cost (I paid it) so they added it into our bill, they failed to communicate anything with my family and I regarding fees due, before or after they became due, and had difficulty understanding paperwork from the court showing what was paid and what wasnt, taking days to respond. We went with this company because they make it very easy to provide a bond if you are a family member with assets to use as leverage, taking everything by fax while my family was out of town. They are one of the only bonding companies who do this, and Id venture to say that they specialize in taking advantage of people who dont quite understand the system but who have assets. If we simply paid the amount they asked for and didnt ask questions Im sure theyd have just lost the paperwork and kept the extra money. This company is crooked, and will ruin your life if it means they can get an extra $200, and I highly recommend using any different company, but specifically Country Bonding instead, which has 2 offices outside of town, because they are honest and will help you get back on your feet, and give you correct and permanent information quickly, rather than tricking you just like the courts and police do. All I can do now is pay the admin fee and write a review or 2 and hope to save someone else from this fate. Ive lost a great job and am out a substantial amount of money because my family thought they could help, and again if you are a family member trying to help from long distance, please, DO NOT USE ABC BAIL BONDS. If you do use this company assume everything they say is a lie and double check everything, keep all receipts, and be prepared to sue them in a civil court.

Worst experience ever. Spoke with a very nice Lady during the day and was quoted a price and was explained what i needed as far as paper work. When i got to the office that night the lady working was rude and insulting changed the price and made the experience quite horrible.

Good bonding company, it did take them nearly 24hrs for them to post my $10000 bond but after that it was smooth sailing. Only had to report once and the rest were all via their app.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My mother in Pgh, PA called this location and spoke to a woman named Lettie. She let Lettie know that the person she was calling for had 3 bond forfeitures because he was already in jail and missed court. Lettie reassured my mother that she would contact the manager and get everything approved before I took a lyft down there with the cash. Once I arrived there was a brother behind the desk telling another brother trying to bond out his loved one that the manager stated he now needed a homeowner to co sign for the bond they were working on. This brother was quite upset and started that over the phone this information was never told. As to my surprise when its my turn this same brother behind the desk makes a call and is now telling me I need a homeowner to bond out my loved one. I politely explained to him (whose name was never given and he never asked my name) that this bond was already approved we were just down here to complete paperwork and pay the fee. He then begins to tell me that no bond is approved over the phone. With my mother on 3 way we ask well then what was Lettie doing when she had my mother on hold for 15 minutes and stated she was talking to the manager to make sure our time was not wasted. No answer was given. No explanation. Just excuses and their policies. I politely left and went to online bonding co. And had no problems and paid 45% less of what they asked for. After getting approved over the phone.
