The manager April, was one of the rudest, least helpful, people Ive ever worked with. Gave me and my family the run around for hours simply to charge us for an extra day of parking fee. She was being very difficult even though we had all of the documents to prove that the car belonged to us. The only reason I received my car back was because cops had to get involved, and legally the storage company had to give it back. She was unprofessional and laughed through a window in which she stuffed her face with food rather than suggesting a solution or helping the situation out.

Under the circumstances I was already in a bad mood, but Santos was very friendly and took good care of us. We got our towed car back with no issues. Have your ducks in a row, and you might have a better experience.

-10000000 stars. The person who impersonates to be of female origin is rude and should not be allowed to be in the vicinity of customer service and any human beings. This place towed my vehicle from my apartment complex as my car is registered to my apartment. A few days prior I re registered my vehicle and was unable to update a site that gave an error. My vehicle was towed overnight. I called and was told price is $300+ . Wasn’t even 24 hrs. What a rip off. I find it interesting they can locate your vehicle with your name through registration website but still tow vehicle. I will be filing a civil law suit for unjustified tow.

These guys are snatch and grab artists. Took my car from my apartments in early morning. Had to be late for work after talking to dispatcher, said they were sorry and told to come and get car. Guy at gate said i had to pay 240 to get car. I asked why when i was told to just come and get car. He gave some bull excuse so i just paid, got my car and left. Bank disputing charges.

These people are not serious people, I went to ask about a motorcycle that they published on Facebook and they asked me for a passport license, papers from the house where I live, papers from my dog ​​that barbaric, they only needed to tell me that they were going to adore me a more ridiculous person to bender

This ugly personality of a person should never work anywhere where there is customer service. She’s such an inconvenience to life make matters worse. Doesn’t work with on giving price. This whole tow company is a scheme to get more money out of the person instead of being upfront about pricing and allowing you to take your vehicle out.

The girl that worked there today on 11/7/2020 was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. When we called to ask the daily pricing she would not give us any information and then hung up on us. When I called back and asked she said she didn’t know and I asked her to call a manager and she hung up on me again. I called back once again because they clearly have my car and said we would have to wait for tomorrow which they would clearly charge us more because she didn’t have any pricing to tell us then proceeded to hang up on me once again. When I called back and asked for the managers information she hung up again. So not only are they refraining from giving out pricing so you know what you’re dealing with. They make it to where they keep it an extra day to charge you more before you can talk to anyone with any knowledge of what’s going on. You also can’t complain because they will not give any manager information for you to contact. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First they towed my car after a long day at my firm I work all the way in downtown just for them to tow my car in the 10 mins my car was parked. Second you have to wait at least an hour before towing someone’s vehicle, if a property manager calls the wrecker they as well have to wait an hour before calling them. 3rd they were so easy to take my car but couldn’t answer my phone call to get it out? Then call my direct phone 2 hours later I understand we’re in a pandemic but at least follow protocol. Now I have to cancel my morning meetings just to deal with this BS?

Dont do any type of business with these folks. Never answer their phones. The female staff is super rude as well.

Horrible storage facility the first time I called the woman was very rude and very ugly and very unprofessional she hung up on me she when I called back the woman who answered acted like a answering machine and when I said I know this is not an answering machine she hung up on me again . I’m trying to get information about my car and what happens with the hurricane coming and she will not answer any of my questions. This is ridiculous.

Good honest people

Horrible customer service. They do not listen they only demand things. They do not provide clear instruction for what they need for you to get your car so you may make multiple trips. Doesn’t answer the phone even though they are supposed to be 24 hours. Then when they get everything they take their time to get you your car back. Horrible place to be honest.

They lie about prices and draw all over you for no reason not even been there whole hour

They were highly rude cussed me out my mom out and hung up the phone eight times not only that they couldn’t give any information couldnt answer any questions and did nothing catch an attitude and hang up the lady wouldn’t give us her name and her managers information just hung up when asked or put us on hold for ever only to hang up again if I could give this place a zero I would this place is highly disrespectful and not good what do ever and doesn’t even need to be a company for how bad they have treated me my mom and my girlfriend don’t use this place and be aware of the disrespect of this place it’s horrible.
