Extra space was absolutely excellent. Jimmy was a lifesaver today! Everyone was courteous and kind and the safety features give me peace of mind.

Jimmy was excellent! Exceptional customer service and professionalism! I’m new in town and booked the unit without touring the facility while still out of state. When I arrived Jimmy walked me through the facility and told me everything I need to know. I had trouble with my access code and he took the time to figure out what the issue was and reset it to make sure I was able to access the elevators. I also had movers storing some of my things here and he informed me of the best route to have the movers take and even wrote out temporary codes for them to use to access the facility. This location is great and I’m happy to store here.

There are many storage places to choose from but I wouldn’t look any further than this place. Reasonably priced units that are clean and climate controlled. The girls in the front office are phenomenal -particularly Jessica-and the best part is that it’s not just storage! You can pick up boxes, tape, packing supplies, storage bags, and the girls recommendations were spot on. Can’t go wrong here.

They are very kind and informative... Jessica is amazing. She took the time to show us the storage room and she was very patient. I felt really safe there!

The place is quite convenient -- right next to the freeway, but at the entrance ramp, so easy to get to. The temperature inside the building is comfortable. The entire facility is kept pretty clean. The price was reasonable. The best part is that you could drive your car inside the building to load or unload, so you and your things wont get wet in a downpour. Weve been using this place since 2016, and we have not had any issues. Recommended!

I needed short-term storage, and I got an immaculate space for a good price. The location is convenient and I especially like the parking garage. I felt safe after dark alone. And the customer service is excellent!

This is a great place, they took care of us.There are plenty of parking spaces for the first timers. People that already have storage can access the rest of the building behind the gates.We saw plenty of people come in and out so it looks like they have plenty of business.I would definitely do business with them again.

The employees here are very attentive, understanding, and efficient. I recently switched here from public storage and I can say that the customer service is miles better than what I received during my entire year at PS. Not only that, the access hours are way longer and the location is way more opportune. Jess up front is especially awesome, I strongly recommend her!

I had been a customer here since 2014, and Jessica and Jimmy customer service has always been phenomenal. They are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. We have stored items at this location of Extra Space several times over the last few years. We have always had a great experience there. Yesterday, we rolled in right at closing time to move some things into a unit we’d just rented online (which was quick and easy to do). We quickly discovered that one of our items was too wide and too tall to fit through the door of the unit I’d selected. Jessica, the manager on duty at the time, was just about to head out to grab some dinner with her family – it was well after normal closing time, but she was willing to delay dinner and go show us another unit that had a wider/taller door and then to get us switched over and quickly on our way to unloading again. She also checked in with me this morning to be sure we were able to get everything stored and that we were happy with our new unit. Her attitude and customer service was outstanding and we really appreciate that!

Jessica is amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, great attitude, and willing to go the extra step. We visited several storage facilities and heard things like sorry we dont have any maps of the property or you can read the lease after you sign it. Jessica has a map, and you can have a copy! She takes you to your unit, not just to sell it to you, but again on the day you move in so you dont get lost. She explained the nuances of the contract and let me read it before signing. Love, love, love my experience with Extra Space Storage because Jessica made it easy, and pleasant. Also, this facility is super clean with covered parking for loading and unloading - big bonus in Houston. Prices are very competitive. Shop around if you must, but youll end up here!Lots of moving in and out, 6 months later, and the staff is still amazingly helpful - 5 stars again!

Honestly one of the best storage spots I’ve ever rented! Great location right off 59 in the inner loop. Always friendly and helpful! In fact they go out of their way to take care of you and the property. Easy to access units and there are several carts for moving ease. Prices are on point and I always felt safe.

The worst storage facility Ive ever been to ever in my entire life an I wasnt the one needing the storage unit I just picked it up. Believe me when I say this people I wouldnt store used chewing tobacco in here and no Im not being funny.
