Although the you couldnt call and speak to someone I showed up and asked to speak with the person who TOWED my car.He explained why he towed it. He did his job even tho the reasoning wasnt true.I appreciated his honesty and glad he was able to talk with me.My issue isnt with the tow company. My issue is with my apartment complex.

Received a orange sticker on my car. I live on this street that I recurved and I was out of town for the weekend so I didn’t move my car for a few days. Public street. No permits needed. Said it would be towed tomorrow morning if I don’t move it because it is “abandoned” with “no permit” no permit are needed in the Heights. I willBe contacting police because I am not understanding how I can’t park on the street my house is on. Couldn’t park in front of my house because someone else was parked there.

Try to talk to the person and he was rude. I was in the restaurant where he pick up my car from and he just said that the cameras saw me going out of the parking. I had the receipts and proof I was in the restaurant and he told me it was not his problem... happy birthday to me had to spend 300 dollars for the mediocracy of this people

SHADY. I was at the river oaks shopping center getting my nails done and getting lunch, and I ran into UPS right after for less than 20 seconds. There are multiple signs that specific parking lots are not UPS parking, so I parked in a spot that was just labeled River Oaks parking as I have been there all day getting nails done ect. In the 20 seconds I ran into UPS, Jet Wreckers managed to hook my car up to the tow, which leads me to believe that they were watching me. They told me it would be $200 for it to be towed or $90 for it to unhooked. As all this is happening, someone parks in the UPS on parking zone, runs into UPS, and leaves with out being towed.....I took pictures of the signs as well as where my car was parked proving I was not in the no zone parking sports. When I called the company number to place a formal complaint, a man named mike answered the phone and refused to let me speak to a manager. I very vaguely told him my car was getting towed, but did not tell him which lot etc this was happening in, YET he already knew it was UPS ect...which leads me to believe it was actually the man who towed my car to begin with. he was YELLING at me on the phone saying he refuses to let me speak to a manager and ended the conversation with were done and hung up on me. After reading all of the other reviews, it is definitely confirmed that this company is shady and is STEALING money from people. If anyone knows a way that I can contact an actual manager for this company and not this mike character. Id greatly appreciate.

Our cars got towed while I was working at The Color Factory.The sign said “Kirby Plaza parking only” and I parked there.They just came and towed my car and 2 others.That’s how they trap people and make money.

Illegally towed my vehicle without request or authorization from the owner of a private lot (Kroger’s), where I had permission to park my vehicle for sale. I called to find out who gave consent and was cussed out. Tow hearing is being requested today. Predatory towing at its best. If you have such issues request a hearing and file a complaint with TDLR.

Awful company. Just attempted to tow my car. Ran out as the truck was backing up. Spoke with man and he made me pay a drop fee to get my vehicle lowered back to the ground. In Texas they are required to drop a car for free if the car is not ready to tow and chains and safety lights are not on when the owner arrives.

These people illegally towed my car. Parked at a 4 hr visitor parking and my car was towed after only being there for 45 minutes. I know this because witnesses saw it. To make matters worse, these scum would not return my car to me since seeing it was their fault. Left me stranded with my toddler. To top things off, they also damaged my front spoiler. They claim that they couldnt have done the damage, but I know and have pictures of my car right before my car was towed (yes, I am one of those car owners that takes a lot of care of my cars). When I call Tara Johnson for a response to the damage, she will not reply to my emails or my calls. Looking into legal matters now all over a spoiler that they could easily replace.Wish I could give this place negative stars since that is what they deserve.

Like everyone else said - these people are criminals. They STEAL cars that are LEGALLY parked and make you pay a ransom to get it back. Every employee we spoke to was rude, childish, and would not listen to a word we said. They incessantly tried to talk over us and would not let us explain the situation that they had made a mistake. We had physical proof (time stamped receipts) as well as witness statements from restaurant staff that we were legally allowed to park where we did. We came out of Gotham Pizza to see they were towing our car down the street out of the Gotham Pizza parking lot that is designated for customers.We are taking them to court for sure. This is truly criminal and, after reading all the reviews from other who have said the same thing, I dont understand how the police do nothing about this.

Jet Wrecker towed my husbands 18-wheeler from a parking lot without warning. They put up the sign after I had already videotaped that they had no sign. Also the top of the sign that they had on the other side of the property was aimed at a parking lot and specified it was referring to the parking lot, and not the dead end road that he was parked on, is nearly 10 feet off the ground. In harris county the top of the sign can be no more than 7 feet off the ground. Our hearing is 11-14-13, I will update my post soon. Also, they are required to give the number of the property owner or management company on the towing receipt, when I call the number it gives me the wrecker service, but it says it is the management companies number. I called to work this out with someone at Jet and no one could be bothered to call me back. not very professional.

Awesome company. They provide the proper accountability for people who park illegally at apartment complexes in spaces that dont belong to them, or double park, and spit on where we live. I love to hear all the whiners giving them bad reviews! Music to my ears!

Car wrongfully towed, got witnesses and credit card statement that I was on the property drinking coffee, wouldnt hear me out, sent me to small claims court ! If they did same to you send a petition hopefully with enough people doing so, may put them out of business for good !!!

My vehicle was 1. Unlawfully towed and I have proof yet they will not refund me my money, im simply going to get in contact with my bank and dispute the charge. 2. My vehicle was damaged during the tow. Horrible, rude, and disrespectful people.

I used these people on my property as I am a property manager for several in the area. They are crooks and DO NOT give them any authority on your property or they will take full advantage. Crooks is an understatement.

Regulators Please Please Please Pay really good attention to this company, they are really doing illelgal activity, people go to public place for shopping, ended it up got vehicle got towed and forced to pay the ransom in cash otherwise wont get vehicle back. My car was parked legally and this company stole it. They would say they towed it, but they had no right or justification to do so... thats called stealing. If you car was illegally towed contact the Texas Towing Compliance or the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration and file an official complaint. If enough people take action, maybe we can eventually stop these criminal organizations from illegally towing cars.

Had my vehicle unauthorized towed this past Saturday from the heights. No one can get their story straight. One person says property mgmt had my vehicle towed off cameras. I talk to the property mgmt their office mgr tells me they dont enforce towing they dont even have access to the cameras they dont care who parks on their property as long as no damage occurs. Finally get to the bottom of it. Jet Wreckers. Tara the so called office mgr tells me she has me leaving the property multiple times. Really oh so we have two cameras one pointing toward gray street and one pointing down the side of the building. Two cameras in the front of the center in front of Buffalo Wild Wings. None of the camerase pointing at my truck or even near my truck. So I ask myself how do you know which truck is mine? You know which truck is mine because the owner of Maba Asian is in this scam with yall. He saw me walk to my truck. He failed to tell yall my wife and sister never left Buffalo Wild Wings which is on the property. Receipts showing this as a fact. This place is a complete joke especially the one running the office for them.

Illegally towed my car. I work at a bar so I was working and closed at 2 and finished cleaning by 5 when I came out the car was gone. Called the towing company and they said that any car after 2 am gets towed. However there was no signs that says that when I asked the towing company to send me where I can find the sign the representative just cut the phone call and hung up. When I called again they blocked my number. I had to use a friends phone to call back. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Taking them to court they deserve to be bankrupt and out of business.

I PURCHASED first at Starbucks (Hawthorne plaza, Montrose Rd, Houston) and left for the general consulate, BUT my wife and kids were still SHOPPING in the tutti frutti frozen yogurt store while waiting for me, after about 1 hour, I found my car was gone, I though it was stolen first, then I found out our car was towed!! They tow customers cars !!!!!!!

I am a business owner in a shopping strip and the management company use Jett Wrecker as a towing company, I dont recommend them to anyone you can never get them to come out and pick up vehicles even after your told there on there way very poor business practices.

WORST TOW COMPANY EVER. Tried to tow a guest at my houses car at 4am. Caught them in the act and did not allot him to take the car. Called the company and they were beyond rude!!!! There were 6 empty spaces next to his car with another 20 available spots. Told me they would tow it from a visitor spot even!!! Absolute disgust with management and this company. If I was to look for another place to live in the future this company being the ones who enforce the towing would be my deciding reason why I would find some where else.
