No response when I called asking for a car to be towed from my spot, I pay for, and they never showed up. After 3 hrs of waiting and wondering the person came and moved their vehicle... its so strange that their tow truck is always towing a car that they shouldnt be towing but when you call their a no show...

This company is getting a LAW SUIT, I’m filing today ! First they illegally taken my husband camaro last night I just found out they took my Hummer H2. These ppl are the most crooked people ever ! They can’t come in people private residence just taking people cars who live in the community. They are so dumb that they even ran my husband tags and saw it was registered here and they still took! Driver of unit #020A was driving like a maniac cutting of car after car without his lights on. Probably going to need to send a wrecker for him because he is definitely going to cause a wreck.

Customer service is clearly not a requirement to work the counter. No proof my car was parked illegally. They take it, you pay, you drive it out. You can always email an appeal or call the appropriate contacts, the longer you wait for a reply, the bigger the bill. The wrecker service man...smh

Unprofessional, rude and down right nasty. Trash excuses for human beings. I called to receive information for my car being towed and the animal that answered the phone continued to interrupt my sentences, raised her voice at me and said I was lucky to be towed, and when I asked for her name she hung up in my face. I hope the company reads this, and passes this along to whoever answered the phone that morning. Id love to meet with her in person to further discuss my concerns.

I bought a reserved spot in my apartment no one told me how terrible of a Towing service they would be multiple people have parked in my spot overnight and hours and when I called the towing service they laughed, did nothing, and only called back when I threatened to call the police the worst in all of Texas certified guaranteed

I called to have a car occupying my space towed away, only to find out that they did not even come. Called in the next morning to ask why, and they said that security had to call it in. Why did they even bother to take my request then? Why couldnt they just tell me in the beginning, instead of letting all this time pass.Ive read all the other reviews, and it looks like these guys are just lazy garbage anyway...

The people who work here are VERY rude! At our complex, we can call to get a car towed if its in our spot and Im honestly not sure why they even picked this company! The lady who answered the phone today was incredibly rude to me and was of no help whatsoever. Ive called them before and some nights they dont even come to tow the car.... I waited up until 3:00 a.m. one time and nothing happened. Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe this business.

Driver was rude and argued with me CONSTANTLY when I told him where I wanted my car to be towed. I gave him the exact address where I wanted it to be towed. He ignored me and kept calling me asking for directions. I told him multiple times how to get to the body shop and he still didnt listen.

Scum is all I can say. My car was towed out of my boyfriend’s apartment for “No Visitors Pass” according to them. We never forget to put the pass in my car, we actually never took it out when we left that day. So sometime early this morning or late last night after we got in some money hungry idiot decided to tow my car. As soon as we found out where it was we went up to the storage yard where they had it and before I even opened my door, clear as day on my dash I see the visitors pass. Like really? These people steal cars from our apartment complex. When I call to find out why my car that as a resident has been parked there for over a year with the correct sticker has suddenly been towed, they complete jerks. They are rude, condescending, jerks. As the person who got their car stolen in the middle of the night, I called and talked to them, when the finally opened an hour late with no apology, managed to stay calm and not curse at them. I was not met with the same civility. I didnt yell, didnt curse, didnt scream, didnt call names. But they did. Never use this tow company. EVER! They should be shut down.

Horrible place. if they tow your vehicle they will more than likely damage it because their Wreckers are all incompetent and have no idea what theyre doing. I would not let this company toe a wrecked vehicle to the scrap yard. Stay away and never use them.
