I wish I could give them negative stars!!Please do not bring your vehicle here THE LIFTS ARE INSTALLED WRONG VERY DANGEROUS UNSAFE!! 😥😥😥I first brought my new 19 Silverado to them to switch the wheels as was my agreement with lone star Chevy they had soft trim install the lift and wheels.I walked back to where they had installed the wheels only to find them cutting the heck out of my new truck and not a professional job it’s jagged and uneven and rushed also they topped it off by scratching my bumper and fender when I asked about it they said well you’re gonna have to take it it’s almost closing time so the only thing I could do is write it on the receipt that I did not receive the truck in good condition like I brought it there that I had scratches and they cut away a Ton of stuff in the fender well that they didn’t tell me about.What I didn’t know it was just the beginning! From there it got UNSAFE!Driving down the road a couple days later all of a sudden the truck started veering to the left towards oncoming traffic I totally lost alignment so I pulled over and that’s when I found for the first time that the bolts have come out of the suspension in the front and we’re laying on the frame rail of the truck the truck had 600 miles on it at this point.So I called Nathan who is the manager panicked saying that the lift was falling apart and it was unsafe to drive he told me to just bring it to the shop which is 50 miles away there’s no way to get there. The next time I tried to call him to talk about it he wouldn’t answer and he also didn’t answer his text from then on.Since then the truck has left me on the side of the road five different times each time the bolts laying on the frame rail and I lose alignment completely as it tries to drag me into oncoming traffic.I am so scared of this brand new truck and I hope Chevy can make it right I don’t even want it anymore it’s scary and unsafe.So please do not trust them with you and your families lives by letting them mess with the factory suspension as they obviously do not know what they’re doing!!!I hope I don’t learn the hard way how bad they truly are.And I have no idea why a Chevy dealership would trust these guys. When they’re truly putting their customers at risk.

Really nice shop and people! i had an issue with my driver side and passenger side leather that came unclipped from the seat bolster (from the factory) on my C7 Corvette and Classic soft trim was able to fix it. Cant recommend this place when the worker completely ignores what I requested and about how to remove a part. I have done it myself twice and know whats involved on my vehicle and even the dealership confirms it. If you dont want to do the job just say so.

Took new truck there. Asked them to save old seat covers and they said they would. Picked up truck, they said installer cut them off. Said they would get me another set. I kept calling back and they gave me the run around. Girl that answered the phone had very bad attitude every time. Dont recommend them. You can order Katzkins on eBay for a lot cheaper and the quality is just as good.
