Forgot to share my experience with Harris County Body Shop. Someone hit my car in the back almost a year ago. I had to have the truck, bumper and few other things fixed or replaced. They repaired my vehicle on time and it looked like nothing ever happened.......even matching the paint perfectly! Very good quality of work!

Quality of work was excellent, replaced and painted rear bumper on a 2 year old vehicle. Paint match was excellent and you cant tell the difference. They did complete the job in a week, took one day longer than they promised, which while not perfect, is quite timely for a body shop. They worked with insurance and the claim process was very smooth.

This bodyshop does great work and they stand by it. Had some minor front end damage and they made it look good as knew. Took a day longer than they quoted me, but that happens. After two months, the paint started to chip and there was a little flaking. I brought it back and Dan was nice enough to take care of it and even took care of some chips that werent even related. Again, they stand by their work. It did take a little longer than expected, but the paint looked fantastic! Dan, the owner, is a very nice guy. I definitely recommend this shop.

Service here was fantastic. Went in to get scratch fixed from a rear end accident. The work was well done and they went over the repairs with me in detail. The rental I was provided and was sufficient and not a lot of paperwork was involved.

I was so happy with the service and repairs. But, when looking inside we noticed pretty much all of our loose change was gone! I understand we check and take all important stuff out, but come on why take loose change that does NOT belong to you. I know its not much, but its the principal of not touching what does not belong to you. So if you decide to take your vehicle, make sure you take everything out even that petty change, pennies included.

Great body shop! The owner Will and his team do solid work. They fixed the fender on my CR-V with a reasonable price and time frame. They were willing to easily work with insurance or a cash arrangement. We were also satisfied with the car at the end.

This week had I some.body work done on my vehicle and went to pick it up..the work was phenomenal and I could not tell where it was even damaged...The maintenance, office clerk was very nice and professional Mr. Dan the service manager went over and above his pay grade to accommodate me while.I waited for the roadside service to pick me.up from the shop....George helped meas much as he could and I really appreciate their work ethics and dedication to this successful business...i will refer my friends and family for the excellent customer service I received...Overall I had a great experience ....

One of the best body shops in Houston. I have been to them twice and every time I have gotten my car back like it was brand new. Not only do they repair the damage but they clean the inside of the car so well that I actually feel like I have a brand new car.

I was so impressed with this body and Storage Vehicles facility. My senior friend had a major collision and her car was towed there. The name is misleading as theyre not part of Harris County government storage. Its just their name. I have back issues and Im a senior also. They sent someone with me to help clean out the vehicle. Ive never had a body shop help like they did. The owner even came over in his golf cart LOL to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything. They also have an Enterprise Rent-A-Car there. Awesome customer service from front to back

This place was quick, responsive, and fixed my car to the point i cant even tell i was hit. They have a geico insurance office and enterprise rental agency all on site to complete everything.I was rear ended last month. within 1 week, they arranged my appointment, replaced my bumper, set me up with a rental and sent me on my way.

Went in for an insurance claim and a cash repair. They told me they would get me an estimate on the cash repair by the end of the day. When i called the next day they had started work on the insurance claim and the estimate guy could get in to look at it until the other repair was almost finished. So after waiting a week for the minor insurance claim, I once again had to call to get the estimate. The guy said he would look at it and call me back in 2 hours. No such call was made. The next day I called and got the estimate, which was probably reasonable. Now after waiting another week for my truck to get fixed again, I call and its not done yet as promised. Tuesday morning was the estimate and now they tell me Wednesday late evening. If they had done their jobs in the first place, they could have easily fixed both at the same time. Dont go here.

Great place. Had my truck here to get some work done. They were recommended by my insurance company.GEICO has a rep on site as well as enterprise. Everything is smooth operation, truly.I received text alerts on the status of my truck, that was a welcome change to the norm. Also, when I picked up my truck it was fully detailed.. Not just vacuumed and washed folks.. I mean.. C-L-E-A-N!! very nice, will return when needed!

I was referred to them through my insurance and got an update stating instead of 6-8 days which is what I was quoted by 5 other mechanics before giving in to the insurance referred Harris County Body Shop the estimate was changed to 18 days!!! I called to see if they started...thank god they didnt. Picked it up and took it to my own mechanic that was a lot closer! Lessons learned: 1.go ahead and pay your copay to have a peace of mind! 2. Dont be cheap and just pay your deductible! 3. You need your vehicle when you live in Houston it is NOT pedestrian friendly!!!

I had reasonable good experience here. The mechanic dept is better than the body shop dept on the front. Dan is a great guy.But, for an accident victim who needs to rent a car there, Watch out a nasty enterprise guy named Scott Nutt. He lies with a straight face and prey on you for every dim. They should get rid of him.

My experience here was fantastic! I came in, traded my damaged vehicle for a rental car onsite and they fixed it very quickly in exactly the timeframe they said they would. The car looks like brand new and it was detailed cleaner than I’d ever seen it before, when I received it back. Quality work. Thank you.

This is a Geico preferred shop. Location is clean, staff friendly however customer service could be just a bit more attentive in keeping customer updated on status of vehicle issues. I had to repeatedly contact them.

I got involved in a fender bender. I was going to have my car fixed at the dealership where I brought my car, but i was referred to Harris County Body Shop for repairs from Geico. When I arrived, I met the manager Mr. Dan outside working. This is the manager of the shop working! I was greeted by Petra. She really helped me to the point that I knew exactly what I was getting done in a matter of minutes. She even went through a review of all items a person may need from their old car when they are getting a rental. She reminded me several times about my clicker that i needed to get into my home. I didnt forget it. Diane and Diana really were sweet women who knew what they were doing and they made me feel at home. Gilbert really took the cake! He was outside helping me with my car. He was on call to answer all of my questions and He made me feel like that I was his only body shop customer. Robert from Enterprise went and found me a Jeep instead of the small compact car. Erica was really helpful in handling my information. This whole shop needs to be commended on the professionalism, the attention to detail and most of all the crisis management. Its easy to render good customer service when all is well. My weather strip on my door needs to be readjusted. I called and talked to Petra yesterday and she said to bring my car in with the warranty and they will take care of it no problems. I feel like Ive known these people all my life. I dont want to have another accident, but if anyone has an accident and they need body work I will definitely refer them to Harris County Body Shop.

Terrible service. My mother took her vehicle to this location and their customer service was terrible. They tried to give her vehicle back when it wasnt completely finished. If you dont notice something wrong with your vehicle they wont tell you. We tried to get in contact with a person handling my mothers vehicle but we would never receive a courtesy call back. Half a** work. There only there for your money, or in this case for the other partys money.

What started out on a positive note, ended very sour. This body shop was recommended to me for repair of my fender bender on my 2012 Toyota Camry. I had a quote and an estimated repair time of 72 hours from my body shop, but because of who my insurance carrier was, I was told that my repair would take priority and I would receive a discount on my repair. To my surprise the repairs to an entire week, and the work was substandard. When I complained, I was originally told that once the front of Camrys were wrecked, they no longer look the same. I explained that I wasnt told that when I left my vehicle, and that was the first time I had ever heard such things. Once they took a second look at the car, it was noticed that several brackets behind the bumper were broken, the headlights sat uneven in the frame and the fog lights sat behind the bumper instead of inside the holes of the bumper. I am currently waiting for parts and a phone call for redo repairs.

Had it a whole week to then tell me its total lost then want me to pay to get it back because they put it apart. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!I took my car in for an accident and repairs mainly on the chassis of the car on Saturday and was told car would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I call after 2 weeks to see if itd be ready that week or the following week, got placed on hold but wasnt able to talk to anyone to receive answers. So the following day I called back and was told by the Mechanic they just got started on it and it would be another 3 weeks because they were waiting for approval. Call back on the day they guaranteed pick up just to be told its going to be another 2-3 days. If you dont want to go a month and a half without your car go somewhere else.Update: another 2 weeks has gone by my car still isnt done and they had to call someone from another company because apparently these morons will take apart cars they dont know how to put together. Nobody called to inform me about this, I had to call and be put on hold several times before I was informed AFTER the day it was guaranteed to be done. Horrible mechanics, horrible customer service, youre better off praying your car heals itself

This morning (oct. 31st) I had an appointment to get my car fixed at this body shop through Giecos express repair. I am now taking my business else where, customer service was rude over the phone when I called 15 minutes prior to my appointment to notify them that I was going to run a few minutes late since over night the city received flooding rain, and I had to find an alternate route to them. granted its not their fault mother nature gave us high water on city streets but, the woman who answered the phone was rude and not helpful at all. showed no courtesy, I was going to overlook the other low star reviews but, after this mornings unprofessional handling of my phone call I will no longer take my vehicle for repairs here!

For what I though was going to be a great experience turned out to be a horrible one. I had to take my 2016 Dodge Charger in because of an insurance claim. The front end needed to be replaced so when I dropped off my vehicle they informed me that emails will be sent to me daily with an update on my repairs. The first email I received stated my car would be ready in 10 days on a Monday. Im like ok thats great so on that day I get an email stating it would be ready that afternoon, so I drive to the shop after work and they informed me that it indeed is not ready. A lady at the front desk said that those emails are used mainly for estimates. So the mechanic comes from the back and says the car needed one more part that they got it that day and it will be ready tomorrow. Im like ok one more day wont hurt. Tuesday arrives and I call after lunch for an update and they tell me its not ready because they had to take it to a dealership to get freon because this vehicle uses a special type of freon (whatever that means). So Im like yall didnt tell me this yesterday and they proceed to say it will be ready tomorrow once the dealer ship finishes the job. Im like fine ok Ill get my car tomorrow. Wednesday arrives and I call at lunch again and they said the car is still at the dealership and theyre waiting for them to inform them its ready for pick up. The mechanic assures me that when the work is done at the dealership it will ready for me to pick up. I then become aggravated because I have an application on my phone where I can see where my car is and the past 12 hours my car has been parked at the same spot at the dealership. I then call the dealership and they inform me that the vehicle has in fact been finished and been ready for pick up but the person who dropped off my car left NO INFORMATION as to why it was being dropped off and no contact information for them to call when its ready. I had to give the dealership the body shops number for them to call and let them know its ready. About 2 hours later I check my app and I see that the car is back at the body shop. I let time pass, waiting for them to call me and let me know its ready. No call from them, so I call them right before I leave work and I get put on hold. The lady comes back after 5 mins and I get the same answer, its not ready. Im become furious and ask as to why its not ready? Its been parked at your shop for 3 hours. The lady at the front desk puts me on hold again, another 5 mins pass and she just says it will be ready in the morning. They need to make sure the work at the dealership was completed correctly. Im thinking to myself you had 3 hours to inspect my car but I just say fine and hang up. Thursday arrives and I call again around noon and the lady at the front desk tells me its ready. Im like FINALLY so I go and pick up my vehicle after work and dropped off my rental car at the same time. The enterprise Rep informed I should get my deposit back in a couple of days. Friday comes around and I see a charge on my account from the body shop/enterprise so I call up and they say my insurance only covered part of the days for the rental. I contact my insurance and they inform me that this is incorrect and enterprise needs to refund my money. A week goes by and I been calling the repair shop and my insurance back and forth with no solution. My insurance adjuster finally contacts the head branch of enterprise today and they call me to inform they are refunding the money to me and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused me. They stated it should be the shops responsibility to cover the additional cost if the vehicle wasnt ready in time that was estimated and given to the insurance. So all in all this has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with for a vehicle repair and I will never EVER go back to this repair shop again!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS TO THIS WORKSHOP ... it is the worst workshop in houston. It took more than 7 months to repair my car. When they gave it to me they gave it to me dirty and moldy in the hits, belt and folder. I had to take it back and until now they still havent given it to me and the worst thing of all is that they give you long and they dont answer your phone and when they do it the Manager CARLOS tells you it will be ready in 2 days and they are pure lies .. This lugsr is TRASH ..
