BEWARE!!! Don’t come here if you want bad quality car parts installed! I came here to get a new alternator, paid $400 for it, and it didn’t even last a year until it started going bad and giving me issues. Mind you, a brand new alternator is supposed to last at least 6 years! So today I stopped by to see if the mechanic could do anything to fix it, I even brought my receipt with me, and he literally told me he couldn’t do anything because his 1-year warranty expired and he’ll lose money if he fixes it for me. So the mechanic basically left me stuck with a junk alternator that he installed into my car, and doesn’t want to take responsibility for it. I definitely won’t be coming back here again. I ended up spending $360 today to get a new alternator installed somewhere else. At least this time it comes with a lifetime warranty at my new mechanic’s place.

Very professional great service

I drove my car in this place for oil change, and after the oil change my car never star or got back on the road again. A moving car with good engine, and no sign of any damage or check engine light warning, went totally dead after an oil change. The manager asked me to leave it there so his boys could diagnose it. After 3 days, I received my car back total and completely damaged beyond repair. Whatever they did to my good engine only God knows.

I have been a customer here for over 10 years. Why let the dealership rob you. I always need major services done on my car and it gets done the same day. They offer rides to your destination and pick you up when your car is ready and lifetime warranty on parts. I never had a problem with my car after it’s been fixed here. Charlie never tries to get over on me . I can always count on him to keep it real with me. His prices are reasonable and as a woman that is comforting to know. Customers beware!!!! I took my car here for oil change and my car died before I even got home. My car started shaking really bad and making loud noises like Gunshots so i took it to my mechanic and he told me I had to get a new motor! I don’t know what this people did probably put wrong oil.

Went for a CV Axle replacement. Great deal we thought. They fixed that part. But for some odd reason my back arch thing they described is bent and needs to be replaced for the same amount it cost to fix the first problem. They stated it should have been shaking or what not. I drove from GA to Houston and didn’t hear a sound. When the car was towed there was no noise or anything odd besides the original problem. I hate to say it but there is no way on a long drive like that I would have not heard this annoying screeching and car swaying. No stars!

I came here because of the reviews, and they were pretty accurate! I got fast service for an oil change done, and was able to use a coupon I found online too. They informed me that my battery was leaking acid, but did not try to push any other services on me like so many other places do! Close to my job, even offered to give me a ride if ever needed. Think I found my new car care place :)

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I brought in my Chevy Equinox in order to get a simple belt change. He quoted me 90 dollars and said it would take an hour to complete. He called me 4 hours later telling me it was complete and when I went to pay he told me it would be 230 for a simple belt change. I then went to inspect the belt to make sure he actually changed it, turns out HE DID NOT DO A SINGLE THING IT WAS THE SAME CRACKED BELT AS BEFORE!!!!! LIARS AND CHEATS

Honest staff, good prices

Mechanics are not trained and dont know what they are doing. Equipment/tools is unorganized and mechanics take a long time in finding tools. They do not close/complete the work properly.Look at the main workshop area and see how many mechanics are actually working there. Not too many, work is very slow.STAY AWAY from this mechanic. Prices are not cheap and they charge $65+ for labor per hour. Better go to a professional car repair shop.

I went to get my brakes checked, they told me a lovely story about how they will fix them, and of course, I bought it. A week later I hear my brakes making a sound screeching noise; I gave them a call. They told me it wasnt their a problem, up front. I, of course, was VERY disappointed. Be careful about giving your business to this location.

Staff is honest and they do what they promise. Be prepared to wait as everyone wants a good service for good price for their car.

Worst experience for car repair ever, I brought my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder for repair which was shutting down when it gets to a stop. They said they diagnosed and fixed the issues after I purchased several parts and yet nothing changed and when I went back to them they charged me even more for diagnosing and repairs which up to date they were not able to fix. They have very wack mechanics who cant fix major car issues. I would not recommend anyone to them.

Our family has been dealing with this shop for many years and never had any issues. My son got into a minor fender bender and he took the car to a couple of other shops and the estimates were outrageous. One estimate was over $2,500. He took it to Eds, and he was quoted close to $1,000 for the same work! (My insurance deductible is that much). He was initially told it would take at least 2 weeks because the bumper was hard to find, but miracles do happen. He had the car back in a week, painted and all. Not only did they make the necessary body work repairs, they cleaned his engine and installed another undercarriage on the car at no extra charge. Many thanks to the guys at Eds.
