@Oscar, your words are spot on. As the ex-wife of the owner, he and his wife and company are the best. I stopped recently after nearly 25 years of seeing employees like Joe who are STILL with the company. The reason this shop exists is because it delivers what is right for the customer no matter what. I patronize smaller businesses for this reason. I dont want to ride to the moon on a rocket built by the lowest bidder, so I dont buy from the lowest or often highest bidder. I buy from the organization who solves my problems and makes me feel great. I can say this, if me or my daughter moved back to Texas and needed help with a radiator, (or anyone else for that matter), theyd respond with an offer of help or suggestion. You wont be disappointed.

Brought in an older radiator to get patched after a it got a hole in the core. The guys did an amazing job! Will be bringing them business again.

I brought a 99 honda passport here to have the radiator fixed. They allowed me to drop the entire vehicle off, and when I peeked into the shop they had what appeared to be 18-wheeler sized radiators and other large commercial/industrial sized radiator repair in process.They didnt mind that I was bringing a passenger vehicle and even allowed me to drop it off, I will return for any future radiator repairs I need as these gentlemen were professional, courteous and above all, honest. Top notch communication. Dealing with these individuals is akin to dealing with folks in the pre-internet age of courtesy and professionalism.
