Back in April, I began shopping for an auto insurance policy with lower premiums for my son. At that time, I was given a quote which was not conducive to switching at the time secondary to an accident that was on my son’s record and a mistake on our current policy.In December, I was beginning to look at different insurance options again when I received an email from Melody Peters with State Farm.I had totally forgotten about the quote I had received from them back in April but Melody did not.I asked her how she had gotten my email address and she reminded me about my inquiry back in April. I had a great experience at this office with another agent, Melody. After submitting my quotes online multiple times on the web (thats a different story), i was able to nail down a quote i was comfortable with and when compared to other competitors the price was much lower. Unlike other salespersons, Melody was wonderful. Non-pushy, patient, upbeat, passionate, and non-arrogant. In fact after i reviewed my quote with her we were able to lower the price even more, i was shocked. I figured the online quote is the same view the State Farm agent has but as it turns out they have a few more options that we do not see. I was really happy about that. When I realized my insurance was expiring soon and I couldnt keep my old policy, I needed a new policy almost immediately. I filled out a quote on State Farms website, and Christian responded with a few options. He was very patient with answering my questions and helped me set up a new policy within a week so that I wouldnt spend any time uninsured.
