I have been a loyal State Farm customer for 15+ years now. I have held various auto and renters policies with them. Following Hurricane Harvey, I switched to an insurance agent that was located closer to my home.I have never spoken with or met Jason face-to-face, and his staff has handled 100% of my concerns and issues. They are very responsive via email and have stuck to their commitments i.e. calling back when they said they call back.Im not sure if its specific to State Farm or insurance companies in general, but the most frustrating thing about working with insurance is the wild fluctuation in policy pricing. A couple of months back, I cut some auto insurance category coverage in half, but it didnt result in a 50% drop in cost for those line items. As stated earlier, the staff was responsive as we exchanged a number of emails trying to understand the change in price and its relationship to coverage levels.

I’ve been insured w Jason’s office now for5 years with my motorcycles. Hands down the best rates and customer service I’ve dealt with when it comes to insurance. I can call or email and deal with anyone there who answers the phone and get taken care of asap. Emails are always responded to fast. Marlo had been fantastic!! Just last month my Debit Card finally expired, believe me when I say this it has been a HUGE headache.However, Marlo helped make it that much easier by reaching out to me directly (Multiple times) to update my payment in their system. I swapped our home and auto insurance from Farmers to State Farm with Jason in June of this year. We also refinanced our home at the same time and he was a huge help facilitating to help roll the insurance premium into our financing.In August we discovered that our dishwasher had a slow leak. I texted Jason and he personally arrived at my house within 20 min. He started a claim and the next day we had reclamation crews in our home.Ultimately all of our downstairs wood floors had to be replaced along with our kitchen island cabinets. We were put in rental house in our neighborhood while all of the work took place. We were not out of pocket a single dime (besides our deductible of course)Jason and his team were with us every step of the way and made a bad situation into a relatively pleasant one. I would recommend him to anyone.
