Would not recommend to anyone. Think this place should be sued actually. Took it in for one problem and was advised on what work to get done. Basically Robert chose to fix what he could fix, while I nowing he was not fixing or could not fix the actual problem with the vehicle. Charged me 1700 and didn’t even fix the real problem on the vehicle . And after describing what happened to various other people they all confirmed that they have or know someone who’s been here that had similar terrible experiences. Close the shop.

HE HAVE HAD MY 2011 BUICK REGAL FOR OVER A YEAR AND HE KEEPS ASKING FOR MORE TIME NOW CAL IS IGNORING MY CALLS AND THE WORKERS TALK ENGLISH AND SAY CAL NOT IN THE SHOP BUT THEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH HE SAY ME SPEAK NO ENGLISH NOBODY SHOULD TAKE THEIR CARS TO HIM HE DONT COMMUNICATE AND HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE IS A LIAR

We thought we had exhausted our options to trouble shoot and repair an electrical problem on an Acura RSX one of our sons drives. Our normal mechanic could not solve it, the dealership said to sell it because they could not pin point the issue, and said it would be up to $4000 to POSSIBLY resolve. We took the car to Robert Castillo at Cal Auto and it was solved in three days with a one year guarantee.....and at a very reasonable price. I am completely pleased with Robert and his staffs work ethic. Highly recommend these folks for electrical troubleshooting and resolution.

Mr. Castillo and his crew seemed like the only outfit in southeast Texas willing to tackle the electrical problem on my 1965 Pontiac GTO and Im glad they did. Dash lights, tail lights , electric fan all work now thanks to an amazingly skilled staff. This is the only place to have your auto electrical problem solved--at a very low cost! I have already told friends and family about this gem of a shop on the southeast side.

I only went for a minor thing my door locks wasnt working I thought it was a fuse but after checking all the fears they told me to take it to an electrical place so I took it there and he was able to get my locks working again.

These guys dont have a clue of what they are doing.Not the shop that they use to be 3 years ago. Took my car to replace the air ride motor and they left me with 4 lights on my dash, that i never had, on top of keeping my car for a whole month. Had take my car to another ELECTRIC shop to fix the wires that they had crossed up which they couldnt find or fix.PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOU CAR TO THIS PLACE ,AND IF YOU DO CHECK THIRE WORK BEFORE YOU PAY THEM. Because once they are paid the will not correct any problems or fix any of the problems that they cause.. Would give no star if I could!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE A GOING OUT BINESSES SINGN ON THE FRONT DOOR.🤔🤔🤔

Cal and his employees dont have enough knowledge about car. He did a very mediocre job. I had to take my car to him twice and still he couldnt figure out what the problem with it.
