JUNK-NATION, Buyers or Dealers beware of this auction, if you are looking to find a good car here you are wrong, Junk-Nation cant test any car, the prices are ridiculously high. I bought a JUNK-Nation car, with a bad transmission, so they dont say anything about it down the line. The word HONESTY is too big for them.

Junkyard auto auction.Cars need engine or transmission if it’s both. No CR, auction is trying so hard to not show body damage or any light on the dash.

Nice clean place. Staff seems professional. I just didnt like that they advertised a car online that hadnt been thru inspection and tried to sell it to my cousin. Gave the impression of bait and switch. Didnt expect this company to do that. Salesman at first said he emailed my cousin the carfax then admitted that the car hasnt been to service yet. Thats a good reason not to buy from this company. Salesman says that is the company policy. I advise my cousin to pass on this dealership

This is the worse auction..most of their cars are rusted flooded with frame damage airbags deployed hail damage..rude staff rude security’s no test drives all the cars run on red light 99% of their cars are in bad condition bad motor and transmission they keep most of the keys inside of the office that way customer can’t check motor noises & other issues and they get screwed when they buy them this is NOT an auto auction this is a junk yard make sure y’all check the carfax this people don’t announce nothing.. most of their cars come from the north full of hail and rust don’t buy from them

Got there days befor auction to get a good number and still end up lastthey have their favorites.bad security not good, my carpets missing and eng oil some how dissapeared. had to get a new eng.cant prove anything but not going there again.

Its no secret that for a lot of people, car buying is one of the most stressful things to deal with. Especially in times like now with millions of people in the world are trying to deal and cope with Covid19. My best friend who hates buying cars and is extremely inpatient had to purchase a new vehicle for himself today, so naturally I was the person that had to deal with it for him as I have more experience and patients for it. I have never bought from Auto Nation before or dealt with any employee from auto nation, so I started my search with my friends needs in mind online yesterday evening. I quickly and easily found a car that fit my friends needs and selected more info on the car. Within 10min I received a call from my sales rep. Franklin Barrera. He confirmed the car I was interested in for my friend, I explained what my friend had to work with financially and that I didn’t want to waste his or my time. Franklin was understanding and scheduled us an appointment for 11:30am today. My friend and I showed up with everything Franklin had asked us to bring and had the car ready for my friend to test drive. While on the drive the finance department did their magic and once we returned to the dealership had the perfect offer right away NO BS, NO BACK & FORTH, NO TIME WASTED. My friend has the vehicle he wanted with the financial comfortability he needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH FRANKLIN!!!!! I will for sure be referring people and returning myself.

Place is a joke. Staff is rude to their customers. First time coming here and was literally yelled at by some rent a cop. Apparently you can’t look at vehicles before you plan to buy. They are even more rude to their employees.Near ever vehicle there was knocking. Don’t announce title issues either. Buyer beware.

PLEASE , read what you sign before you go to this auction. They want dealers to release any charges if anything happen to them inside the auction. Even if the hazards create by Auto Nation , Dealer still must not to charge any claim against them ( Basically shut up- its your problem) , Also in their contract mentioned they gives you a privilege to buy or sale the cars!!! Such a privilege !!!! Furthermore they dont accpet your Auction Access card and they want to run your credit again before purchasing the car.Are you serious??? BIG NO!!!Stay away as they only think about their own benefits. This is not how other auction do business.

The absolute worst auction with junk cars that somehow manage to sell them for top dollar but the problem is not the cars. The real problem is the people that work and run this place are so unprofessional and rude. Zero customer skills and service whatsoever , they just don’t give a damn about you after the car is sold. Oh and I forgot , good luck trying to get a hold of the GM he pretends to be super busy at all times on a 200-300 unit auction, instead he has plenty of time to play basketball before the auction starts. What a joke! Good luck guys!

The only auction that goes by its own rules dont waste your time going there after buying all they (rusted junk) i get to pay 700 for storage on 2 unites that stayed for 24 hrs on their lot and u can imagine how fun is it dealing with storage facilities

We have bought over 100 cars so far from the first date they have opened their location. Very nice front desk people, they are there to resolve problems and process work.How ever we needed to arbitrate first time ever, due missing airbags and frame damage, first they did claim the airbags where in, and once we did take the car back to disassemble the airbag covers and made sure they where not inside. they said it was past 7 days. so this place is just being an other low grade auto action.My advice to all other buyers. Be very careful when buying cars here, and inspect airbags and frames or other major problems at sales day.Also it is against NAAAs policy to not announce or disclose missing airbags.Please do not auto replay this comment, we already discussed with arbitrations manager.

Careful with their terms!!!!!!! when you try to sell, they will not hesitate to sell you something that has severe structural damage and not disclose it! The second you try to sell something through them with VERY minor issue, they brand you as structural damage..... They will not note issues on a cars they are selling but will screw you on your cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
