I thought the venue was nice. The show was awesome! My only complaint was some of the guy fans body surfing trying to get to the front and landing on stage.. literally flying over my head. There was no barricade. The crowd was pushing forward and got a kick to the face. I will say the manager, security and EMT were quick and handled it as best as they could. The show was worth a kick to the face I guess. Lol

Its not a bad venue. Just keep your valuables close at hand. There is a smoking area outside. But it could certainly use a fan out there. It was hella hot 🔥 out there on our visit. The location is good as its surrounded by other bars if you want to bar hop.

Went to see Buckcherry, Hinder, Saliva, Tantric etc and had a great time! We were staying in Hilton Americas nearby so we had the ability to walk to the venue. They did allow us to make a trip back home once which was awesome, with passes for re-entry. All staff and security were polite and the restrooms were clean. Bars moved quickly and we were able to get all the merchandise we wanted.

I hate to leave a bad review here. I love the concerts here and the drinks are always good. Unfortunately, when I asked about ADA seating at multiple superarte events years apart, each time I was told I would have to pay an additional fee of $200+ for reserved seating. No ADA seating was available before or during the shows. I asked multiple employees and even called ahead before purchasing tickets.Other than that, the concerts are live as can be, the drinks are great, and sometimes theres even pizza being sold by the slice (if not you can get the whole pizza outside). The customer service is adequate but not much to speak of, although the staff is friendly and handicapped friendly. There are not bad areas to stand and watch the show in the house. There are two stages and plenty of bathroom stalls. Security is tough without being rude, which makes you feel a bit safer. Its surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy yourself before and after.I never want this place to leave, just wish it was handicap friendly. I watched other handicapped guests also struggling, although I saw that they were striving to enjoy the shows. I fell like the venue counts on your desire to have a good time so that you will overlook their short comings. Please step up your game.

Cool little venue just wish there was a little more seating that doesnt cost $500 to sit down. As far as sound quality goes, it just depends on the bands sound tech. Can sound really good or really distorted. Its really a hit or miss.

Rude manager, a band canceled and I asked to talk to the manager. She came in hot and ready to fight; I had to calm her down. I was just asking a legitimate question. Long story short: band canceled, evenbrite/warehouse fb didn’t update… spent $75 for a band I didn’t want to see.

My wife and I saw Grace Vanderwaal there in august of 2019. We paid for the Meet & Greet package - unfortunately, we lost our link to retrieve our pic made with Grace. I emailed the general email at Warehouse Live and was astounded the next morning when I received two emails - one each from Curtis Monroe - who copied two employees Ashly & Hunter and a subsequent email from Josh Fortney who also is an employee there. Both emails had the link to our pic - these folks didnt have to do a thing - We had come and gone, but they all pitched in to make sure we got our pic. We had a great time, at a great venue, in an outstanding city - thanks to all - we will certainly be back!

Nice venue last night. I have been through cancer and chemo and some of the meds I were on caused mild renal insufficiency which no longer allows me to stand for long periods of time without pain in my back and kidney areas. Was sitting on the edge of the platform of VIP seating by the sound station out of everyones way trying to relieve some of the kidney pain I was having. Female employee asked why I was sitting there and did I have a VIP ticket, told her I didnt have a VIP ticket and explained my medical issue and I was just taking a break from standing, told me I couldnt do that without a VIP ticket. Wasnt in anyones way, was not in anyones chair and was just trying to get little relief before standing up again.

Location was great. Venue was great for the two bands playing (Grace Vanderwaal) HOWEVER, the sound man should be run off. The drums/guitars were set up so loud you literally could not hear the vocals! There was a little speaker to the right of the stage that you could barely hear the singer talking if there was no music playing. If they correct this they will be perfect.

I went there with a friend to see the Iron Maiden tribute band The Iron Maidens six months ago and had a great time! It was like one giant pit on the floor, and even though there were a lot of people there that night, it wasnt overly crowded, so it was easy for people to move around and get where they needed to go. Three bands played that night. The first two were amazing local bands, one of which was Victim. I dont remember the name of the first band, but they were also fantastic. The lighting was just right, the bartenders were efficient and friendly, and the volume was perfect: LOUD!! Took me a few minutes to get used to it! The general staff were extremely helpful as well, and quick to assist me with special seating arrangements that ensured I had a good view of the stage, since at the time I was disabled from a severe knee problem and unable to stand during the show. Even the line at the womens restroom moved quickly! We had no problem parking and were able to find a spot near the entrance. We got there in the middle of the first bands performance, though, so I dont know how later arrivals fared with finding a parking space reasonably close to the building.Talented performers, attentive, efficient staff and a great environment made that night one of the most enjoyable Ive had in a while. Im very much looking forward to returning to this venue again.
