When registering an account it didnt work I couldnt bid or buy now. I ask customer service and they said they fix it. But they didnt, then I call and the only they did was cancelled my account but they didnt refund me the $200 fee that they charged me upfront.

This is the worst location ive ever encountered. customer service is terrible and no one knows what they are doing. Everytime I come here there is a problem with the workers not being trained properly to understand their job or the system. If im the customer and I have to explain how to get to information in your system thats clearly a problem. Please train your employees properly and please i repeat please work on customer service cause without us you have know job.

Went to get our property from the car , come to find out it was ransacked. All of our important documents were missing, pictures gone, nothing left. It was like they were getting it ready for sale without our permission. When asked about it...no one knew what or who went in it.

Truck got flooded with Imelda, and their.inspectors said there was no sign of flood damage, even though my air intake box was full of water and sand, so I sent a tow truck to pick up my truck and to top it off, they lost my key, I called them, they said they found it and were going to overnight it to the shop, its 4 days later still no key and cant get ahold of anyone.... Smh its not bad enough I have no transportation, then these ppl dont care about your vehicle or situation, also my weather mats were gone from my truck and all my belongings threw in the bed and rained on, including important papers and personal information, if I had more time money and energy on my hands I would get a lawyer. Also the person who assured me she would send my key out is named Sheryl, so thanks slot Sheryl for adding to my problems!

The little security girl held on to our pull out sheet for over an hour cause I called them out on taken money from other transporters to get loaded faster.... once we asked about it she tool the pull out sheet to the loader driver after she told us she gave it to the other loader driver!!! So if you wanna waste money getting loaded first then do it

This place has the worst service Ive ever seen. They load up their own tow trucks first and then they load up the Transporters or lined up waiting for their cars for hours. I wouldnt recommend anyone pick up a load from this place and if you do charge an extra hundred for waiting.

God help you if some one (shady buyer at auction?) LOCKS the vehicle because you wont get any help here with unlocking it. Thank you to L.L. in the shack for trying though. And to lift driver with beard and Ray-Bans. I give them 5 stars.

The worst run organization In the industry! Stock prices continue to soar as they reap benefits of hurricane Harvey in Houston. Vehicles listed/shown in perfect condition, with “keys present”. Show up to pick up said vehicles with significant body damage caused by loader. No keys present as shown in picture and listed “keys present“.Obviously, the manager should be able to provide a nominal fee to repair this damage And obtain key to the vehicle or offer a quick no questions asked for refund. None of this comes close to compensation for all the time wasted Traveling in 205 miles to random off site location, multiple emails and phone calls to “manager” (Alvin Banks) and “area manager” (Michelle Casper) to have them do absolutely nothing whatsoever.That’s fine, I’ve boat with my checkbook and insurance auto auctions has just been removed from all future purchases! If you like to get kicked in the nuts after someone takes your money then this is the place for you. If not, buyer beware!

How bout zero stars went to the title building to pick up for a friend of mine this building is full of fat lazy women who walk so slow I dont think a fit bit would be able to track there steps , so much of them are wearing yoga tights and running shoes what a waste lol but I really dont think its an problem with there ability to step it up these women walk around like that because they think there indispensable Im so glad I dont have to deal with them on daily basis goid luck for those that do cuz there not worried about customer service or your time

I went to get my personal belongings out my cars because its totaled from the flood. I had the keys to my car in my hand to unlock the door my car was cleaned out like the very first day I pulled out the dealership. Then the manager didnt show no concern that my stuff was stolen. Told me to deal with my insurance company.

I had an accident and my car was totaled. My car got shipped here by my insurance to be sold at auction. They detail the car for sale and they just happened to help themselves to a bunch of my stuff in my car. There are thieves working here. Good luck if your car gets sent here.

I had a car get loaded. Took about an hour because they screwed up the load line paperwork. But the fork truck driver saw us waiting and asked us what car and in 10 min it was loaded. This place is 10000% better than the other iaai lot. The people there are worthless. I think they fire people with IQs over 70 at the one on W. Mount.At the N houston location I asked 1 guy where a lane and number was and he tole me exactly where to go. I was very impressed.

So in my humble opinion I think we deserve a little bit of costumer service satisfaction, and figure out a positive solution regarding the following matter:I bought a F350 2000 dully truck as running and driving condition clearly specified on the main website and mobile application on Android system and IOS system as well, also showing a reading odometer including pictures showing only 77826 miles on it. Based on this information that I blindly trusted that is clearly provided on the IAAI Auction system I decided to bid up to $3,200, making a total of $3,802 including all the fees that I paid. However, we found out the disgusting and frustrating surprise that it was a total FRAUD and big mistake made by the human that upload the information on the listing provided to the members of IAAI. The truck is missing the entire transmission doesn’t even have it physically is in horrible condition, and even worst somebody did clock wising which could be consider a Federal Felony, and from over 389,768 miles showed on Carfax reports and the department of motor Vehicles of the state of Texas, somebody decreased those miles to the ridiculous number of 77,826 miles, which I pray for sanctions and punitive sanctions against the responsible human stealing and make feel pain and suffering to who ever would be the final buyer which in this case is me, by committing fraud and do this type of illegal activity on vehicles. I feel totally mocked and outraged, as you may understand where I coming from by having a little bit of Mercy and Empathy towards this horrible situation. I have attached proof, screen shots, the genuine Invoice and all the information you may need with details, also I have over 7 witnesses ready to testify and make notarized affidavits in case you request it to me to support the case with strong documentation, also one of those witnesses currently works at IAAI facility of San Antonio TX and took pictures of the disgusting condition and missing transmission of the truck , also a costumer service representative from IAAI checked on the back office the notes which clearly states that IS NOT running and driving and is missing transmission and in spite of on the system who ever upload the listing , misrepresent the real and actual condition of the truck and listed as running and driving and just on primary and secondary damage typed “REPOSSESION” & “OTHER” . Also on the notes provided of Title MAX company clearly specify that is not running and don’t have transmission on it.I really appreciate your understanding and support in advance and let me know if is possible I may drop back the Ford F350 2000 at the San Antonio IAAI facility or if Necessary to arrange the towing back to the Houston Facility and receive a positive credit for this vehicle posted with fake description. I greatly appreciated in advance and I will be pending to receive your instructions.
