I used Omega for a trip from Hobby airport to the Carnival Port in Galveston. It was half the price as the Carnival transportation service and the driver was very professional and accommodating. The kids loved the fact that we were in a limo. I used them for their round trip service and they were always on time and very helpful. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Prior to flying into Houston, I searched for some time looking for a transport/car service from the airport to the downtown area. I base much of my bookings off of reviews provided by others and found that while there were plenty of options, few reviews existed or the reviews were from local Houstonians that raised the question of the legitimacy of the provider. I will say that this service is incredible and I could not have been more pleased!! Mohamed was waiting for me at baggage claim and was professional, courteous, and frankly on point. He got my bags, the door, and provided great transport in a black Tahoe SUV that was clean and spacious to my hotel. My wife would arrive a few days later as I had a car (4 door) set to pick her up as well and she was upgraded to the SUV at no extra cost. Return to the airport was fantastic as weather was inclement and he arrived early for pick up. Booking was simple and allows to include gratuity during said time. There is a $2 credit card fee that was noted on my receipt after the fact that is negligible in regards to the service provided. I would absolutely recommend their services and will be using them again on any return visits to the Houston area.

Perfect experience, we were picked up at 3:15am with no trouble, extra car seat in tow, the driver was pleasant and polite, timely and helpful. Upon return, the same driver met us at the baggage claim and helped us load everything from start to finish. Car was clean and comfortable, new and luxurious suburban. Five star experience, will use again.

About a year ago we went to dinner with friends who picked us up with Mohamed driving and were sold. Weve been using Omega Royal for all of our driver needs ever since. I booked a pick-up of family friends from IAH and we had no hesitation to book a drop-off again after their 10-day visit. The drivers were punctual, helpful, and quite professional. I had an issue with my bill for the inbound ride but we reached a compromise and Mohammed sorted it out in a timely manner.The 5 star is because when the driver arrived to drop them back at the airport, he let us know that my friends foreign bank card couldnt be processed. This was unknown to us because the online booking with the sufficiently funded Visa debit card had reflected as successful. We had made no back-up plans so it was a huge service and relief that the driver still showed up and allowed us to make the payment then.This company definitely provides dependable service.

Ive used Jesse and Omega Royal exclusively for the past 2-3 years for any transportation needs I need to and from an airport. I travel quite a bit for work and its refreshing that when I land they are there waiting on me and that Im not having to wait for a shuttle or waste my time when all I really want to do is get home.I often times have early flights in the morning requiring a 4am or sometimes earlier pickup from my house and they always arrive promptly and get me to the airport in no time. After booking a last minute flight, I landed in Houston at 10:45pm on a Tuesday night, with no transportation in place.
