Definitely recommend! My Ac went out, I called at 11am, Shawn was here by 12pm, very professional and thorough. He took his time to explain exactly what was wrong and all my options to me. And the replacement unit was done quickly to keep us as comfortable as possible. They have great prices, equipment, and employees! I am very happy with my experience.

Water from the AC unit leaked through the ceiling into the hallway in front of my office. Alex Z quickly diagnosed the problem and, in the process, helped me understand why my office was hotter than other offices in the building. The air duct leading to my office was completely collapsed. Theyve been giving me the run around. I lost $700 with them. Going on 2 months and they still havent finished the job. Ive called and called to rectify. Reception folk are good but no manager or anyone calls back or resolves anything. Now I have to spend more money with another company to fix what they didnt.

Edgar was awesome! We had a complicated clog in the dual vanity sink and he was determined to get it fixed! He fixed the problem and was very nice. Definitely book him for any plumbing issues. He’s super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I scheduled a service for one of my AC units which was not cooling as much but still functioning. They sent a technician who could not speak English well and said his English is not so good he will have a friend to call me. He gave me his personal number and few minutes later I received from his friend who blatantly told we can do this job for you on the side for $1,100 if you give it to the company theyll charge you a lot more. I was taken aback and felt these guys are unscrupulous trying to steal from the company, so I reported to the company and someone named Shawn introduced himself as the owner called me immediately and tried to have me on a recorded line, when I asked why he confessed that he was not the owner so he wanted to pass it on to the owner. I said have the owner call me. As of now I have not heard from the owner but Shawn said that he fired the technician and as a courtesy he would take care of the job for free. Two days later he sent another technician who was unqualified to work on AC units linked to home automation with Leviton HAI thermostat. Unfortunately, the tech while trying to figure the thermostat disconnected the tiny wires inside and couldnt put them back on. This HAI system has been working fine for years and so are the other AC units all same age and working fine. So now I lost connection to home automation thermostat which is in the attic, a problem I didnt have before. Fast forward to date, 7 days later, the AC is still not fixed the thermostat is still disconnected and my difficult situation is compounded by rising Houston temperature. I pressed Shawn to connect me to companys owner but he is nowhere to be found despite my repeated requests for a call. Put yourself in my shoes, you will feel very frustrated by this companys poor professional ethics. On one side, you caught an employee trying to steal the companys business and you try to do the right thing by notifying the owner, on the other side the manager proved to be unreliable leaving you hanging. Perhaps the two are linked, and under an ethical and reliable manager, employees would not steal, Im not sure. All I know is that they caused me a problem I didnt have and still no solution provided. They claim that the AC had a burned out compressor but they provide no evidence for it. The person who tested it first did not say such a thing and just wanted a side business for himself at a price far below the company is stating. They fired the technician after I disclosed to them this unethical act. Yes as of today no one from the company contacted me to fix the problem they caused. A very frustrating customer experience. Based on my experience thus far, I give this company a D or an F.PS: As you can see in this photo, their tech removed the cover of the electrical outlet and forgot to put it back on. I noticed the AC was loud and when I got there I found this metal cover rattling on the AC making loud noises.

My ac went out in the summer time and Jay came out the same day which was on a Sunday when I had called 6 other places and no one else could make it that day. When he came out he told me it was just the capacitor and was able to replace it quick. Good fast service and didn’t try to have me replace things that weren’t needed. He only fixed what needed to be fixed.

This is my first time using this company and I was Astounded with the technician they sent. RENEE was Amazing ! He showed up way before the scheduled window given which was awesome. He was very efficient and got the problem taken care of right away. Explained everything to me very informatively. And the price was surprisingly reasonable. I called to schedule my appointment to have A/C looked at on Friday, talked to a white lady who took my information and scheduled for a tech to come Saturday morning between 9-11. Around 10:30 I decided to call and see where the tech was, only to find out I did not have an appointment scheduled and now they were trying to give me a window time of 12-4. This was not professional at all. Stray away from doing business. They are unreliable.

Its been a month since they promised to replace the correct fan motor in my unit. Once I paid they never came back or called. Dispatch works from home. They are nice but management or technician never return calls. They got my money so I guess theyre done with me. Ive been bamboozled

After struggling with my builder’s AC service for years and never getting results, or being told to wait a couple weeks to try scheduling service, I finally decided to reach out to my local AC company, Turbo Home Service. Kenneth called me immediately to verify my appointment for the very next day (and on a Saturday, which was great!!!) he showed up on time and was not only extremely professional, he sent me pictures of my issues, wrote up and got quotes for everything I might need, included different options for my fixes and explained the issues to me so that I could understand it. I am beyond satisfied with his work and will be requesting him for all my home-fixes!

My A/C went out on my unit. Alex Zelaye came out on his day off to help me. I have three kids with asthma and one that has nose bleeds, Alex helped me out so much to get my unit running. I had used this company before to get an evaporator coil replaced. They were fast and did what I requested. However this time when I requested the capacitor be replaced on my condenser unit they have charged me $350 to replace a bad breaker that was hot and tripping. The breaker was hot because the capacitor is bad. The replacement breaker is used and appears older than the existing breakers in the box. My AC still does not work because they did not diagnose the issue nor do what I requested of them. I am happy to update review once service is performed satisfactorily.

I called a local AC company and Turbo came out instead... I suppose its contracted out. In any case, Turbo technicians came out and were very courteous and professional. Over the course of 4 days, they replaced the inside coil assembly, with drain pan. 1st day: one last part was missing, 2nd day: no show (said rain... on a sunny Houston day), 3rd day was not just a missing part but the other half of the installation (new team, but no freon). 4th day was Alex Zelaya. Alex made it cold again. He didnt just charge the freon, he found out why the outside condenser was running very high amps and about to fail. Alex replaced a dead capacitor, saving my AC before it failed and saving me a LOT more money. Except for that one no show, the whole team did very well.

I called to have my heating system repaired before the storm, unfortunately they were unable to complete the repair due to part unavailability. The technician was super helpful and allowed me to have input and ask questions. Ultimately, I was able to repair my heater in time for the freeze because of the instructions from the technician and my ability to order the part myself. I am very pleased with the technician and will definitely be using Turbo in the future.

You know you are working with the best of the best, when amid the largest winter storm in recent history and thousands of customers needing plumbing work and the Turbo team is able to take care of our urgent call as if we were their only customer. There were 4 splits in pipes in an unfinished attic, after a historic freeze, and a team of 3 people headed by I.D. fixed them in less than 2 hours. Later, a faucet filter got clogged with debris, and it was fixed in 10 minutes by Darwin. He also checked the attic plumbing again to be sure no more leaks had appeared. All of them were very focused on their work, with no wasted time, and they gave information and answered questions thoroughly and kindly. It was great, and I strongly recommend Turbo.

The tech came out and said the motor and condenser was out so that was $800 I paid them. They left without checking if AC was working so I had to call them back within minutes and the office didnt want to send anyone out till Friday, they dont care since I have already paid $800 for a $100 part. After calling the manager they sent the tech back now they said the computer or something will be another $650. They didnt get it working the first time they came and they want to come back and charge me over 1400 for nothing and who knows if thats whats wrong. If you see negative reviews please make sure to double check before you hire this company. I originally hired them because I saw good reviews but I have had a horrible experience and my AC is not working and they said it will be till Friday when they can order the piece and they dont care that they were careless and not professional at all. I paid $800 for lazy work and still not working with the bent bolts with missing nuts they didnt put back on.

I called Turbo on a Saturday when we were having the coldest weekend of the year. My heater had stopped blowing hot air. They sent a technician out the same day. Jay was able to get my heater working well enough to hold us over until Monday when he was able to order the parts to repair it permanently. I was not expecting Jay to come out until at least Tuesday but he texted me Monday afternoon and said he would be there that night. He was at my home until 9pm making sure everything worked correctly. Jay was very responsive over text throughout the entire process. He even checked in with me the following day to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend Turbo and specifically Jay. Thanks!

He manage to find our A/C problem due a lighting strike and explain to us what happened and the while he was fixing the problem he explain to us how he fixed it. Late Tuesday afternoon of the great Valentine’s Day winter storm we had a pipe freeze and burst forcing us to shut off water at the street. We called Turbo Home Services on Wednesday morning and got in contact with a very professional scheduler. The first day available was Saturday from 5 until 8. On Saturday morning Sean, the operations manager, called to see if it would be alright to come earlier. Sean came out diagnosed the problem and due to a shortage of parts scheduled repairs for Tuesday. Earlier this morning we received a call asking us if it was OK to make the repairs today, on Sunday no less. The crew showed up when scheduled, made repairs and we have water once again! Big shout out to D. Patterson who came in and was able to diagnose an improper valve issue on a new unit. Incorrect valve was initially installed last summer and the last technician who came out improperly diagnosed the problem. Mr. Patterson was the epitome of expertise and professionalism as he immediately was able to identify the problem and troubleshoot the solutions while maintaining a friendly attitude. He resolved all the issues we were having with the unit and made doubly sure that everything was working properly before he left. Thank you Mr. Patterson for your amazing service today. Ill be asking for you by name if I ever have issues in the future.

We used them directly after the awful winter storm freeze in Feb. 2021 to repair a broken pipe in our garage. They were one of only a few plumbing companies to actually return our call since everyone was swamped and couldnt get parts or labor. Sean, the operations manager, was kind enough to work in the field helping out customers such as ourselves that were desperate for repairs. They were able to repair the leak so that we were able to finally turn our water back on. Apparently they used Uponor tubing for the repair which turns out is much better to withstand the cold than copper piping. Very helpful, professional and responsive.

The service call was scheduled the same day. The lady I spoke with was very polite. Mike A/C Tech was very knowledgeable and very polite. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called Turbo Home Services to come out to inspect our HVAC system following a home inspection report that identified some possible concerns. Jay W came out promptly within the assigned time window; he was professional and efficient as we reviewed the report together and he inspected the equipment.In the end he concluded that only a subset of the report was an actual problem and he was able to fix those items on the spot for a very reasonable price! The final invoice included the detailed report which we were able to send to the buyer.

Our plumber and his assistant were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, positive, did exactly what was supposed to be done, and did it well. Left everything neat and clean. Called before hand so I knew exactly when to expect them. Very difficult to find honest straight to the point service these days but glad to have found it with Turbo.

I called and asked five different times to speak to someone and every time they just took my name and no one ever called me back. They booked an emergency envy appointment, never showed. Never rebooked me and then sent me an email to review my service...that I never got. It’s a shame because I was looking for a long term plumber. No way I will ever call them or use them again or refer them to anyone.In response to your review, you can keep your appointment I had for Wednesday at 1pm and show up and fix my burst pipes. Id previously scheduled an appointment with Roto Rooter to have a drain pan installed for my new washing machine. I needed to have the pan installed before Home Depot could install my new washer and dryer. Roto Rooter cancelled on me the day of my appointment and when I told them I really needed them to keep their appointment they said well I dont know what to tell you. I had to shift my appointment with Home Depot out another week as a result. Next I scheduled a plumber through American Home Shield they were scheduled to come out the next day at 8 am. At 7:40 am they called and said they couldnt make it. So finally I called Turbo Home Services, spoke to Maria and she assured me she could have someone come out today. Sure enough Brandon and Brad showed up at my door around 12:30 and within 20 minutes my drain pan was installed. They were both really nice and courteous and professional. If you need plumbing services call Turbo! 2 thumbs up!

Brandon Velazquez helped us get a washer and dryer tower hooked up in a very tight space. Lowes didnt provide the right length for one of the gas connectors and Brandon was able to help with that, not to mention he was able to hoist himself to go over the washer/dryer tower (tight space) and hook everything up. Very responsive, went above and beyond to get the job done.

Kenneth, the technician, was detailed and though in his inspection, but overall his assessment encompassed too many things to repair. This drove up the price well above what I am able or willing to pay and so I will seek a second opinion.

They were very professional the entire time. Not once did I wonder when they would be here. I was advised the entire time when I could expect them. Per the Tech that came out (due to scheduling conflicts was 3 hours late) suggested that due to mold, rust, and freon leaks on a R22 system it needed to be replaced.The install crew was on time, it took about an hour to remove all the old equipment and 8 hours to install the new (seems a bit long for the install to me), they went through 2 new thermostats and could not get them to work, so they had to reinstall my old thermostat to get my system work and now they are supposed to return today to finish the job.I had to submit the invoice and pictures to my home owners Insurance company, but was not provided that information until a few days AFTER the system was Installed and now I have to fight with my insurance company because they only want to replace parts from the 15 year old system. This whole process left me with a bad taste in my mouth, made me feel like they were only interested in squeezing every dime out of the customer and not working with the insurance company to resolve this. So not only is my insurance company screwing me over, but I feel like this company took advantage of the issue and replaced the entire unit to the tune of 8000.00 and I am left holding the bag here.

Jay was very professional. Quickly identified the problem, which was the heat blower motor. Everything was done in a timely manner. Also, thermostat was replaced. He explained everything in detail.Very satisfied.

I had this company come out to my home to service one of my AC units. The top two floors of my home are not cooling well and I have two AC units that come in my house. Two for the bottom floor and two for the top floor. I had a tech named Victor come to the house to help solve the issue. Apparently, he opened the dumpers and did a temperature check with a probe for what was coming out of the inside unit. I was told everything was “fine “. I’m still having issues with the AC. My top unit has been on for over 25 hours trying to cool the floors below 76°. I understand this is Texas and it is very hot. However my bottom two floors have no issues maintaining a temperature of 72°. I paid a $39 diagnostic fee and the issue was was not resolved. I called back later in the day to have someone come out and look at this issue again. No one has returned my call.

Called them to repair a gas leak detected by utility company. They came and repllaced two regulators. The regulators they used to replace the old ones are too small and inadequate for the size furnace we have. While it stopped the leak it rendered the furnace useless. I called to have issue resolved and was scheduled to be fixed. Tech called the day of service to give me attitude about the issue and cancelled call. i notified the company again and was told they would resolve and have yet to do so.... 5 week process resulting in no heat through winter... but hey... no gas leak..

I have to give credit where credit is due. I had a previous company that had came out and attempted to fix my AC issue for me. It worked temporarily. I called for him to come back and received the run around for a few days. That’s to many in Texas’ heat.. I called Turbo Home services and they were out to my home in less than a few hours. When Alex was going to be late I was able to reach them very quickly and they informed me that due to the weather they needed to move the time and they were actually earlier than expected. Alex answered all my questions and made some valuable suggestions to improve the quality in my AC . It made me feel good to know that he remembered us as a client and was able to remind of things he saw before that over the time could have caused the problems. They were kind enough to offer me a same day appointment for my AC issue when it suddenly stopped working. The tech was punctual and worked until the issue was resolved. Due to the way my HVAC was wired, he couldn’t install the smart thermostat, unfortunately, but didn’t charge me for the work. One thing you can improve on is providing your techs with PPE, the tech didn’t have shoe covers (I provided plastic bags), and he eventually removed his mask.

I came home from vacation to an oven Friday night. Saturday morning I called and they were able to come by that same day. After going through the details. I had my 14 year old, never maintnanced A/C replaced that same day. Today they will be cleaning my ducts and Im sure they will do a great job. My family and I are very grateful for their due diligence. I feel confident in their service and professionalism.

My A/C went out unexpectedly very late on a Friday and I was worried I wouldn’t get any help. The technician, Jay, responded promptly and had the issue fixed within a matter of minutes. He was professional, kind, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend!

The guys worked hard to get all our pipes replaced after Winter Storm URI and we finally have water again after 6 days! So happy!

Victor was the service technician, who worked on my AC. He was very professional and did good job. He explained each step of the process in getting my AC and running again. He conducted a thorough inspection of the blower, and in my condiminium he had to climb up on the roof on one of the hottest days weve had so far in 2020.As for the company, they arent inexpensive. My guess is that the gimmick for the $39 dollars you dont pay vs. what you DO pay, more than makes up for the $39 dollars.I was charged $450 for time (1.5 hour), and basically 2 lbs. of refridgerant, no parts well lets just say Ithink thats way too much, you be the judge.

I contacted this company due to my fan motor not turning. Technician named JAY came out to inspect it. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the unit. After a few minutes he showed me exactly how he determined what the problem was. Re-tested his findings in my presence which made me feel confident about his work. We scheduled a unit replacement for the next morning. The next morning Jay contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he got straight to it and completed the job in about 2 hours. Upon completion he made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving. He cleaned up the area and even contacted me 2 days after to make sure everything was running good. I strongly recommend JAY for any of your AC repairs.

Our A/C fan motor was not turning. Sean came out, was polite, friendly, and on time. He stated the capacitor was bad and replaced it with a new one. 5 minutes after he left, the fan motor quit turning and he had to come back to check the unit again, this time stating the fan motor had to be replaced. Someone else had to come back out to complete the repairs, plus there was an additional cost we were not expecting to pay. I felt Sean should have checked the fan motor, too, while he was here before diagnosing it was just the capacitor.Nelson, an experienced tech came out to repair the fan motor. He was very knowledgeable, professional and reassured me that our unit will be repaired. He checked out the unit, replaced the part and our a/c was up and running!! Nelson is an amazing man of God! I truly recommend him and will ask for Nelson again should we need repairs on our a/c!! Thank you, Nelson!!

I called and was able to have a technician (Alex) come out very quickly the same day. He gave us a very specific window and showed up exactly on time. He was respectful of our home and family and spent a lot of time evaluating the AC problem while thoroughly explaining everything. He made several on the spot corrections and we started seeing a difference before everything was even finished. Alex gave us good follow up instructions for what to expect and then next steps if we continued to experience problems. He’s accessible to come back out so we don’t have to start all over with somebody new in the future. He even gave us a military discount because my spouse and I are both veterans.

Leslie was great, nice, and explained everything. He got out to my house fast as can be that day and fixed the problem with the AC I was having. Very friendly service, and made sure the process was easy for me. Leslie knew immediately what the problem was and knew where the source was instantly. You get knowledge along with the service. Wish I would have called sooner if I knew it was this easy and cheap to have someone come out to look at the issue and fix it!

So I had an appointment with Turbo tonight between 5 and 8pm for just an estimate. Did not recieve a phone call or any updated information on why no one called about them not showing up. After my last post i got a text from Turbo rescheduling my appointment and Eric came out and provided exceptional information to all my questions. He was totally honest amd very k8nd amd professional. They more than impressed me with their answers. I move them from a one star to a 5 Star.

I would recommend avoiding this company. I requested a technician come diagnose my a/c which was not turning on. After looking over the unit, the technician recommended a complete replacement for $6,300 as the compressor was no longer functioning. Given this, I agreed have the unit replaced. Luckily, a second company was able to show up early (I had requested them to come out later that day) and within 15 min, they assessed that it was nothing to do with the compressor and my unit was just fine other than a new starter was needed, which ended up costing me on $200.After this experience, I have no trust in Turbo Home Services and would never recommend them to anyone.

Sean from Turbo came to my house and was able to give me a quote for the repairs for a water pipe thar was damaged due to winter storm Uri. Of course, many other people were experiencing this issue but he assured me that it was going to get fixed but to be patient due to the high demand for parts and personnel. Two days later Darvin Belueta came to my house, ahead of schedule, to fix the damage. During his visit I asked how one can avoid these issues and Darvin was very knowledgeable in what to do for future reference. I really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness showed by both Sean and Darvin with Turbo Home Services.

Call Turbo Home Services and they had someone come the next day. Jay was on time, very professional and took the time to explain the problem. I will definitely use this company in the future

I called, thinking they were a local business. It seems that they have phantom offices around town to help them show up in the google local pack. They booked an appointment and had someone to my house within 4 hours.My technician, Jay, was very professional and fast. My only complaint would be that the charge was $350 for a $30 part replacement that took less than 15 minutes to diagnose and complete. That is certainly not the technicians fault, Jay was the best part of my experience. I even had him look at a couple of other AC problems that I had.If you are looking to deal with a local business, be aware that this is more of a regional business. Otherwise, based on my experience, you can look forward to prompt, professional service at a premium price.

Very professional and friendly service. Our tech explained everything and made sure our A/C was working properly. He pointed out some issues that may need to be addressed in the future but didn’t pressure us to have them fixed, he didn’t want to create issues that weren’t there. Very good value too. Will be my go to for future work.

My AC went out on one of the hottest weeks ever and I spent two days calling places with promises to show. I was promised appointment and nobody came from 5 different places. Finally these folks received my call later on day two and we’re willing to come after hours to help on very short notice. I am very appreciative! Fully recommend!

My Home A/C quit working last night, so I called and made an appointment. I am very happy with the wonderful service I received. Jay came out today to diagnose the A/C, and found that the Fan Motor was bad. He had the part on the truck and was able to immediately repair the A/C. Hands down, best A/C service I have ever had. I called Turbo Home Services on Sunday morning, and I had a technician out by 3pm that afternoon. I was given a window of arrival between 1-4pm, and I received a call from Jay at 2pm saying he was about 45mins away from my home. He was professional and friendly when he called to tell me he was on his way. He arrived a little less than 45 minutes later. When he arrived, e had a smile on his face, was patient with my dog and accommodating to me whileTaking care of my son. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and had the problem w my AC and had it fixed in about an hour. He explained the work he did, offered to walk me through his work he performed (I declined), and he explained the charges. I am pleased with the service I received and happy w Jay’s professionalism. I will use Turbo again.
