We needed to replace 2 AC systems in our home. Bellaire Air Conditioning was recommended to us as the best and only company to use. They certainly proved this to us. We received excellent service and communication on every visit. Our technician, Charles, walked us through the entire job. He was informative, patient, professional and knowledgeable. The installation crew made the 2 days in our home painless. They were friendly, courteous and completed the task efficiently. We are very satisfied customers.

Over a year ago Bellaire Air Conditioning installed an entirely new HVAC system in a condominium that we purchased. Based on their recommendation we also had them install a Water Gard condensate monitoring system that would shut off the A/C unit if the condensate water ever began to overflow. We did this because of serious water damage that the prior owner experienced due to a condensate water leak from a clogged discharge line. That discharge line was thoroughly cleaned before we had the new HVAC system installed, but we wanted the Water Gard system just for peace of mind.We are extremely happy with all of the services that Bellaire AC provided. They are professional, amiable, efficient, and economical. I am submitting this current review, because today, more than a year after they installed the HVAC unit, the Water Gard system tripped shut off the AC. My daughter discovered that this morning and notified me. I immediately called the office at Bellaire AC to ask for advice, and the receptionist said she would immediately contact one of the technical people to have them get in touch with me. Within 15 minutes Mr Charles Devine, the project manager who had designed and supervised the installation of our system, called me to discuss what was happening. I told him that my daughter had seen no water leaking from the AC unit, and that I was going to go over to the unit to look at it myself but wanted some advice particularly in regard to how to reset the unit so that it would turn back on. Mr. Devine talked me through the various reasons why the unit might have shut off without any leak or damage having occurred, including a possible false alarm due to a power surge. He told me to call him once I got over to the unit and he could talk me through what to check. He also said that if I decided at any time that I would like him to come over he would come over that afternoon to check it personally.When I got to the unit I followed the instructions that Mr Devine had given me and also texted him pictures of various components of the unit where the Water Gard components are installed. He telephoned me back as soon as he received that text. Because no draining or standing discharge water was observed, it is most likely that the shut off tripped due to a power surge. There had been some thunder and lightning in the immediate area not long before the shut off occurred.I recommend Bellaire Air Conditioning as highly as possible. What might have been a very worrisome and drawn out problem, had I used another AC company, including the performance of possible service and repairs that I didnt need, turned into a very efficient and trouble-free diagnosis thanks to Mr Devines prompt response and very informed advice. Had to replace one unit just a few months after spending over $2K to service two units, both of which, I was told by Bellaire Air, were “nearing the end of their life” despite the fact one of them is a 2016 unit. Even for the old unit one would expect it to last through at least one cycle after spending a significant amount to “prevent system failure”.

Very responsive with communications and the crew did an excellent job with a complex installation. We cannot believe how much quieter our home is with the new AC. I expect we will save money monthly on our electric bill due to the increased control we have. No more cooling unused parts of our house.

I have used them for AC repairs over the past 6 yea and they have always been wonderful. Last year we had to replace our entire unit- it was just too old- but lasted as long as it did because of Bellaire Air. There work is excellent and only outshined by their customer service. The technicians and office folks are friendly, helpful and always willing to explain the ins and outs of HVAC. Having recently moved I have worked with numerous companies for different services and by far my best experience has been with Bellaire Air. Best communication from a company I have had!

Removed very old duct work and redesigned & replaced with new system.Very pleased with performance. Air flow is 100% better and quiet. Work was done quickly, with very little interruption.We have done business with Bellaire AC for many years and highly recommend their services.

Charles and Bellaire Heating & Air are top notch. I have two AC zones. Last spring they installed an entirely new system downstairs. The work was outstanding.Last night, the 20 y.o. upstairs furnace gave up the ghost. Charles was here right away. He had a crew install a new furnace immediately. Again, outstanding work. Friendly and excellent.I recommend their services without hesitation.PS. They also do the regular maintenance and I am equally pleased with that service.

Honestly the best AC company!I have had a home warranty company, paying for over 3 years with no claims. It got kinda warmer this past few days, and my a/c stopped working right.So they sent someone out, that said it can’t be fix have to replace the unit, but the warranty company wouldn’t pay. I was furious. Then my neighbor told me to try their guy, and I called for a free estimate to replace it. But the guy went outside then spent quite t some time in my attic, I wondered if he was napping or what 🙊? I couldn’t hear movement...He went back outside, came back in and boom cold air blowing. I am like -what?He said I don’t need to replace my unit.Not sure I believed him. But it’s been 3 days and it’s still coooling so I can only assume the previous company was not being honest.This guy could have cashed in one me. But I spent less than $500 instead of a few thousand.But he didn’t. So I have found an AC company for life.Ditching the home warranty company.Enrolled in a service agreement that will get me discounts when I do replace.I am stoked. Thank God there are still honest people in this world.

Charles was knowledgeable and polite. He provided service like there used to be years ago. He designed a system that works! For the first time in my house, all the rooms are equally cool or warm. When there were complications, he stayed with it until it was running correctly. I haven’t received this kind of service from any other company. I am a customer for life!

Bellaire Air Conditiong replaced our 10 year old malfunctioning upstairs HVAC system earlier this year. They were great to work with, reasonably priced, efficient and knowledgeable. I had to call them several times about a malfunctioning sensor. They came quickly and fixed the problem each time. They were very upfront about the issue and clear about how to fix it. I would highly recommend them for all your a/c and heating needs!

David is a real pro and explained everything g that was going on with my unit. He underbid other big outfits by 25%, was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with their HVAC units.

They have always been awesome. They do my annual checks, an I have had id a few repairs in the past 4 - 5 years. Last year they did warn me but I might should start looking at replacement soon because of the age, and frequency of repairs involving failing parts.The office is always accommodating to my schedule, and didn’t have a problem with an evening appointment, when my heat went out. I was looking at a blower motor and some kind of wheel but I said, well, let’s just pull the plug in this thing. My tech showed up with mask and gloves, shoe coverings, and a couple of options to choose from. The lady in the office, Maria I think? SheGot me set up with financing, and a schedule date for the next day!They took special care to avoid tracking in dirt or lbumping against my walls and door frames. Again, very respectful. They worked efficiently and within 6 hours I had a new system installed, and cool air blowing on me. No mess to pick up behind them, which was another plus.A couple days later, I received my warranty information from Trane in a follow-up e-mail. I must say, they did, WOW me. I highly recommend these guys.

We had a rather difficult situation going on in our house involving leakage of sewer gas that infiltrated our AC unit. We started with plumbers that actually recommended we call Bellaire AC. Charles, from Bellaire AC, came in to handle to issues as they pertained to the AC being affected by the sewer gas. He thoroughly explained what was going on every step of the way. He was always happy to talk to the plumbers so everyone was on the same page as steps were taken to identify the source of the sewer gas leak. To make a long story short, our AC system was old and ready for updating, so in the end, we made the decision to go ahead and replace our 2 units. Charles listened to what we wanted to accomplish with a new system, put together some i options, then sat down with us to explain differences in detail and answer all of our questions in as much detail as we wanted. Charles knows his ACs!!!! Very very happy with Bellaire AC!

I have used this company for many years now and have had literally excellent service (and products) every single time!Over the years, we’ve now had all 3 of our A/C units replaced by Bellaire Air, a U/V light filtration system and HEPA system placed in our attic for our son who has asthma, replacement of the entire plenum which was full of mold and mildew, as well as our thermostats replaced with Nests. I highly recommend Bellaire Air - they have always come out quickly (once same-day in an emergency situation when I was 9mos pregnant with twins in July and my air conditioner stopped working!), and have always provided the best service for us at great prices.

Charles, Mario, Arturio, and Patrick called to inform me they were on their way. They worked morning until about 4:30 installing a new Trane compressor, furnace and evaporating coils and new thermostat. They were very professional, neat and got the job done. I was very impressed with them. They brought clean tarps to lay on wooden floors. I am happy to do business with them!

I had my Air Conditioner air ducts cleansed as well as splashed. Solution prices is uncomplicated without any pressure for added services. Specialist staff and a detailed task. Even cleaned up all the register vent covers as well as all areas after they were done. I would advise this firm for any one of their services.

Its like a joke. I had been waiting for them, just showed up after 5 hours delay and left suddenly saying I cant reach there. I thought misunderstood them, ran behind and caught at the traffic light, said I cant reach there again and got lost while I was looking behind. I think they spoiled of too much business.

I have been a customer of Bellaire Air for over 20 years and your service the past few months has been a joke. Robbie was here 2 weeks ago stating that there was a leak in my evaporator coil and would talk to Phil and get back to me with a plan on what to do. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved. To top it all off, my A/C went out today. I have left 2 messages and no one has bothered to return my call. I have had to call another company who has sent a tech out within 2 hours. A compressor was on the Village Plumbing and AC truck and it is being installed immediately. Still no phone response from Bellaire AC. Goodbye Bellaire!Pamela Vindett
