Sales people give a graph saying the majority of coupons will be received toward the end of the 12 month contract. Really? Why? To justify the small amount of coupons received at the beginning of this contract?The above true results are pathetic, to say the least. We pay RTUI over $700 per month for an average of 4.5 sales. RTUI sales persons says we should be at 15 to 20. Not even close! It was a waste of money for us and I am embarrassed in front of my peers. To make matters worse, since we were in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, we tried to get them to cancel the contract and they wouldn’t even budge. This companys business is POS. Heed our warning – If you want to lose your money with no ROI in sight, this is the place to be.Note to Business Customer Service person who will rebuttal this review: save your breath, your company is a predator on small businesses across the US - Just look at your reviews. I wish I had seen the reviews before signing a 12 month contract. Feel shame that you work for them. No amount of your sweet talk can fix the fact that your company does not work well for Americans seeking the American Dream.

Be aware!!! Be aware!!! You will for sure waste your money.(YOU CANNOT COUNCIL THE CONTRACT WITH THEM)My only fault that I didn’t read carefully the contract. I have no one came to my restaurant in Calgary with the coupon. In addition, they lied to me verbally that I have a chance to council, if I’m not satisfied after the first month. However, I’m stuck with them until the end of the contract. My advice for everyone stay a way and don’t waste your money!!!!!!

We always get very good service from Indoor Media. Communication is always very good and deadlines are explained very well. Artwork is done in-house and always looks great! I never feel pressured when multiple changes are needed, which sometimes does occur. We feel that this type of marketing works very well for many of our locations.

Big waist of money... don’t have a cancelation policy so your stuck in your contract. Might work for some business but DEF did not work for mine at all. Spending total of about 4 grand with 3 stores and have not gotten one customer from it. But that’s just my personal experience... if they had a cancellation policy then my review would be better because I could just stop but I still got 7 months of losing money with this company. I guess you love and your learn.

I have been using the register tapes for several years in both of our grocery stores. I find it an excellent return on investment. Lisa is an excellent rep to work with. The coupon brings people into our store consistently. We find the average ticket is above the value of the coupon. Its a great way to show people our store !

Great advertising service. Have been working with them for many years and they are always very great with keeping us posted on the printing dates and If we ever need any changes they are always fast, easy, and friendly to work with !

I have been advertising with Register Tape now going on 14 years for 6 markets. My Parents also use them. Its the only advertising I have stuck to for so many years. Easy to work with. Wish the price a little lower but is a great return on your investment.

I was very skeptical to sign a contract because I had never used this type of advertising before. I was willing to try because my store is in the same plaza as Winn Dixie. Ive been pleasantly surprised as I have had very good results for the first three months of the contract. WORST ADVERTISING EVER! We have spent $4000 for 4 Customers. This was the worst investment we have EVER made in Marketing. Should of checked the other reviews first. We were lied to about its effectiveness by the sales rep. Dont waste your money. On multiple trips to our store, we found that the receipts did not have any adds on the back. SO DISAPPOINTED! We are considering a class action suit with other customers.

If you use the wrong formatted ad, you will not see results, but this is not RTUIs fault. it is the business owners responsibility to know the heartbeat of their clients. I am not a fan of this form of advertising. I have tried it now for just over 4 months and for the cost , its impact is too slow and not giving us the value it should. We have one customer use the coupon from the tapes at a local grocery store and it is an existing customer.So if you want to get more bang for your buck , any mobile apps do better , because the majority of this kind of consumer spends most of their time on their phone or on some kind of mobile device!I have sent an email to the sales rep and the head office and so far , no response , go figure!!!I expected more from it and will chalk up to experience, but would be nice if the company would return some of our investment because their guarantees were not accurate.

This place is a SCAM. They take your money and do not help you. Coupons are not being printed and they still take my money. When they were printed I got no business from them. I have been trying for weeks to get someone to call me back and no one cares enough to call back. DO NOT do business with this awful company.

I have been mostly satisfied with Indoor Media. The only drawback is sometimes I dont get a response from their customer service representatives. The sales man who came in at the beginning was friendly but slightly insistent. Being a new business owner I was naive and I did feel he took advantage of that. Lesson learned on my my side however. All that to say though, the coupon has worked. We have had quite a bit of response back.

Spend it on online advertising. Print media is dead, these guys know it too, they got me.A lot of stories and lies. spent nearly 4k only made $20 so far. They said ill be in one store and i go to the store and it ends up being shutdown. Then we change the stores which is my mistake i should have just asked for a refund. Ive only gotten one customer in 1 month. Whatever, ill live but, just dont do business with these guys. Save your money my fellow businessmen.

Receipt advertising is one of our most effective marketing tools.

Complete waste of money spent $1400, and to this day NOT ONE CUSTOMER has come in. Susan was the person we originally signed with and after the contract was signed with. She had all these ideas for the ad said she was going to take photos of our store, etc, but she ended up disappearing. Right after we signed the contract we wanted to delay the coupon release two months and she stopped answering the phone, didnt return calls. We tried to cancel the contract after 10 hours of signing and they wouldnt even take our calls. Very unprofessional company and worthless. Dont waste your money, they make very convincing sales pitch and show you all these graphs that make you think it will help your business but really its just a scam.
