Companies that care about their customers, and let them know by providing quality products and very high level of service, tend to get more customers. GREAT place.I went in today because I had purchased a big compressor, and had no idea what I needed to set it up... I just knew I had a 3/4 hole in the tank, and needed regulators, hoses, connectors, fittings, bushings, etc... Mike spent roughly an hour helping me figure out exactly what I would need for how I planned to use my tools, put them in order on the receipt to show me how they all connect, and then opened them with me to make sure we got the right stuff... This guy is great. I havent had hardware store service like this in two decades.Grainger was also meticulous about social distancing - nobody goes in without a mask, and the area that customers currently have access to is restricted (the employees will get you anything you need). Mike was also very kind to politely remind me when I momentarily forgot to maintain 6 feet of space. You might get COVID-19 before this pandemic is over, but you wont get it at Grainger, so go get your tools and enjoy the pandemic making some dust in your garage.
