Used them a couple times previously and never charged me five hundred dollars before for 1 hour worth of work. Tried to contact them a couple times to talk about bill and didn’t receive a response. I was offshore and had a clogged main drain that runs under house. I know how far the clog was due to roots . The previous technician and I had figured out. I explained that through my wife and she even showed him text message on her phone on how far the clogged drain was. We have used different types of equipment previously and if there was a additional charge the technician would tell me before he used it. Didn’t happen in this case. A extra 250 dollars for them to pressure wash my pipes and if they would have said that they’ll be charging me that I definitely would have said no. But I did ask for them to use that equipment but on previous occasions that it was used it didn’t cost me that much. Please ask them to break down each additional cost before they do anything even if they have used equipment before on previous work it might change.

Awful so much money lost still couldnt fix problem they collected till they cant figure out so now they have been avoiding me dont waste ur money so unprofessional they dont even know whats wrong

Called to have a wax seal replaced and a faucet stem leak fixed. Charge me $350.00. Buyer beware. Ripoff. Also know you will be charged $90 when they arrive and before any work is done. Plus labor plus 200 percent markup on parts plus &90.00 hour to go get them.

The owner Jude Leblanc is unprofessional and greedy for money. He initially gives you one price but does a lot of “extra things” you did not ask for just to get extra money. Do your self a favor find someone else.

I have been calling this buisness for several days. I have spoken with a person at the office twice on friday once today . The call center three times this weekend . Each time you call they claim someone will call you back. Ive been waiting since friday for a call back and recieved nothing. It advertises 7 days a week 24 hour service . They dont even call potential customers back. The name should be never service plumbing instead of all ways plumbing . Dont waist your time with this company. 4 days and still no call back!
