I had just visited this Verizon location for the second time and it was another great experience. After destroying my phone I needed a new one asap and was on a budget. However, Brennan got me into a amazing phone at a great price. I also had some issues with Verizon corporate and Brennan both patiently and professionally worked with Verizon customer service and myself to resolve the issue. He went above and beyond help me out, his knowledge and professionalism are amazing. I give this store and its service a A+ rating.

I must compliment the service I received from Brennan, he made a usual complex and confusing transaction very easy and simple. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the products and technology to accomplish what I needed. He was very thorough in his explanations of how everything works. Best thing about TCC is the attentive service. You can buy the equipment lots of different places, but you cant find the kind of attention the guys at TCC provide almost anywhere else. Theyre truly committed to customer satisfaction, and they go the extra mile to deliver it. They also know what theyre talking about it, so you get informed advice. Am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

We had the pleasure of working with Tom from TCC to buy 3 phones and a watch. We have been shopping around and most of the stores are sold out of the phones we wanted. Tom had the phones in stock and in the exact colors we were looking for. Also because my Wife couldnt get off work until after 5 pm, he had to fit us in towards closing time. Despite having to work well past closing, Tom patiently transferred all of our information and worked out a few issues we encountered. It was a real pleasure to get great customer service and I would highly recommend TCC for providing great cell phone help!

Today I met Brennan Ford at the Horsham store location after having a terrible experience at the Roosevelt Mall Verizon where I picked up my new Galaxy 20s + . There I encountered this Verizon employee by the name of Dan who was terribly rude and non helpful towards me. I have been a Verizon customer for over 4 years and zi was getting ready to end it all and go with another carrier after that encounter.Mr. Brennan Ford saved Verizon a loyal customer today with his professionalism, helpfulness and politeness. Verizon you need to employ more individuals like Mr. Ford. My hat is off to this gentleman!!!

Brad at Horsham on Horsham Road got me a new phone, a better plan, and all my upgrade discounts and kept me in my budget. We had a great experience at the local Horsham Verizon store. Both my boyfriend and I went in originally to get information on the different phones. Both people gave us really useful information that helped us decide what to do. The technology guy (unfortunately I dont remember his name) gave us his take on our concerns around security. Justin Jordan helped us out by saving us money on our plans. He was able to reduce our monthly costs.Our second visit was to get the phones! We went in on Saturday at 7 (the store closes at 8). Justin was the only one working and not only did he spend over an hour with the individuals before us, but he gave us 2 hours of his time that night. He made sure we got exactly what we needed. Despite the late hour and the fact that he was covering full shifts for at least a full week on his own (sick co workers!), he was the nicest guy. Not only that, but he follow-up with me the next day to let me know there was a promo I could take advantage of.Great service. Will definitely use this store over the corporate one any time.

Local Verizon Retail Store! They are exclusively carrying Google Pixel Phones and accessories which comes in handy if your looking for an accessory or phones. Always excellent Friendly courteous service. There very helpful with any issues you may have and if they cannot resolve for you there they will tell you where or who you need contact for specific technical support on each of there many brands of smart phones and tablets along with there LG brand. There store is kept very clean and mostly stocked on the hottest items. If Verizon Wireless store is out of your phone brand than chances are most of the other stores also will be out of stock! Great people I enjoy having some laughs with them all!

My husband and I visited on a Sunday right when they opened. We worked with Julian and he was awesome! We had a better experience here than going to a standard Verizon Wireless store. He helped us get on a joint phone plan and upgraded both of our phones. The whole process took roughly under an hour with minimal to no wait time. While Julian was working with us he was also assisting another customer to help keep everything moving. Julian was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. We will certainly be coming back her whenever we have any questions or concerns regarding our plan or device.

Blown away at how well I was treated. Thomas was patient and kind, he even stayed past closing time. I felt bad I didnt realize they closed at 6 on sundays but he said its not a problem and took his time to set up my new phone. Greatly appreciated. I would send all my friends to this store

Had a great experience when purchasing the Galaxy S8. The manager Julian was very patient with me as he explained the different plans and when the time came to pick up the phone Julian was off and I was helped by his staff who really took the time to go over the new features that came with the phone. I have followed up once or twice with them with billing questions and phone use and each time they were courtesy and assisted me without complaint in an efficient manner. Ask for Julian when you get there and you shall be in very capable hands.

Josh and Justin could not have been more helpful in assisting me with my new phone. They helped me while I was in the store and assisted me when I called with questions two weeks after purchasing the phone. They were also extremely patient and professional while addressing all of my concerns and questions.

Zee is the most helpful phone rep Ive seen. My mother was having issues with her phone and Zee was really patient and showed her how to use her device and corrected the error.

I worked with Julian and Zee who helped me add a line to my account. Julian also helped out by switching to a business acount and saved me money. I also was able to get more value by switching to a business account.

Bought a $250 hotspot that they said was going to be faster than using my phone as a hotspot. Returned it a few days later and they hit me with a $75 restocking fee and $20 cancellation. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. THEY HAVE UNTRAINED KIDS RUNNING THE STORE AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Bought a reconditioned phone online, called Verizon because I needed a new smaller sim card. Verizon said go to your local Verizon store and they will give you a sim because you are a Verizon customer. These 2 guys first acted like I was bothering them after 5 minutes tried to charge me when Verizon said there would be no charge. No wonder the store is empty and they look like they are out of business. Customer service keeps you in business! Theres none here!

Grat place very friendly, honest

Very disappointed and referred them to a few of my friends . Bought a lot of equipment there and I came in for a screen that they 50 bucks to replace screen protector and then he tells me its free if I had registered, funny they didnt tell me that the first two times I bought and spent fifty bucks on them. Went online found the screen protectors for less than $10.

They are so helpful and nice. Never make you feel like an idoit.
