Anna is the absolute best. She has helped me through some of the darkest times. I’ve noticed more of positive outcome in my life because of her. The front desk is always so nice and they are always willing to accommodate my busy schedule.

Company attempted to represent to me on the phone today, 4/19/2021, that the insurance subscriber is responsible for the co-pays or unpaid portions of bill of an adult child. This is a legal falsehood. Overtly lying to attempt to get a bill paid is a terrible business practice--especially for an outfit that is supposed to be providing psychological counseling. Shame.

I CANNOT say enough great things about Insight Counseling. Anna is by far, the most professional, compassionate, caring counselor you could ever hope to have when seeking help. Craig, the office manager, is friendly, kind, and accommodating; I am always confident in his ability to address my needs and diligently find a solution that fits my busy schedule. They are not just professional counselors to me, they are like family. I am forever grateful to have found them and would recommend Insight Counseling to anyone looking for help.

Anna is amazing and so easy to talk too. I always leave feeling uplifted and positive. Craig at the front desk is so helpful and has gone out of his way multiple times to try and help me with appointment times and making it work with my busy schedule. Would 100% recommend.

I have been through a handful of therapists but never ever have I meet such understanding, helpful, and dedicated therapists as the ones here. Therapy can be hard at times, but if you are open it pushes you to be a better person and my therapist has done a splendid job helping me. The whole staff is great, the office manager was patient and kind when helping me schedule my appointments. I highly recommended Insignt Counseling. I have recommended them to some of friends who find them just as helpful as I do.

Anna Trusell is one of the kindest , most positive people I have ever met . She can fix anything and has been a huge help to the six people I have sent to her for assistance. Craig does the appointments, and he is kind and helpful unless you are rude to him. I have been going here for several years and can only rave about the entire experience . I have had my share of bad counselors, but Anna is a keeper.

This place is a joke. The guy at the front desk booked an appt for different date than what he told me and then billed me for the missed appt. I tried calling to reschedule, but he wouldn’t talk to me until paying the no show fee. I’m so glad to see a counseling office go out of their way to make it so difficult to want to get help.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I have never seen a more unprofessional office staff in my life. The office itself is old and dingy, the counselor i met with was useless and the Gentleman who runs their office is extremely rude and unhelpful. I would strongly advise exploring ANY other option!
