Love going to their events , lots of home grown builds and unique cars. People attending are very respectful and friendly

Ive been here for their car shows (cars n coffee) a few times now, and each time has been really outstanding. Only drawback is the lack of restrooms, especially having a cup or two of cofee.

Customer for over a decade however I just can’t handle the lack of communication on orders that are not in stock. When communicated my issues was laughed and and asked “ what do you want me to do about it” instead of trying to make it right. I’ve had to upset multiple customers, cancel 4+ thousand in orders with them in the last 30 days alone. They could cure the issue with a simple communication strategy yet don’t seem to care. The second star is only because I had years where they were great. And I’ve dealt with it since they acquired Motovicity. I’ve just finally had enough.

Unmatched service period. Turn 14 goes beyond above average service compared to their competitors. The only fault Id leave is the amount of product lines they offer to fulfill the variety of orders we receive at 10 Second Racing. Aside from this, wed rather lose profit on items rather then deal with another distributor, keep up the great work fellas!
