I cannot recommend G1-Tech highly enough! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. First off, the customer service is stellar, and Vadim really takes the time to walk you through the issue and any other questions you may have. Besides the incredible and friendly customer service, the prices are unbeatable. You are not charged for the time that he works on your device, you are only charged for whatever the problem ends up being. I received a free cleaning, as well as having other things fixed up on my Mac, without being charged, that had not yet caused any big issues, but could have eventually. If you have any issues with computers this is the place to go!

I dont normally leave reviews but felt I had to after this experience.I came in with a broken hinge + screen + bezel on my Acer nitro 5. It was in terrible condition when I brought it in.Not only did G1-Tech repair the broken parts at the best price possible, they also cleaned and tightened up the insides of my laptop so other things wouldnt go horribly wrong down the line. They went so far as to find the cause of my funky wifi issue while they were assessing the damage.They kept me up to date with new developments for the shipment of the parts and while making the repairs.Absolutely flawless service. They are so friendly that I almost wish something else would break so I can have an excuse to come visit again! Almost. 😂Definitely check them out!!

G1-Tech has been one of the best computer repair services Ive personally had. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had about my repair. They made sure I got the best deal they could give me. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. If I ever have any other tech issues I know exactly where to go to get the best service, and the best price I could get.

Amazing service. Vadim is very thorough, and considers many angles, even fixing things beyond the scope of the commissioned work. He anticipates how the user may want to work and suggests various options. Very friendly, very competent, extremely customer-focused. And very affordable. Cannot say enough good things about G1-Tech! I will never go anywhere else for computer repair again, Vadim is very knowledgeable, good at explaining, and will not overcharge like most other repair stores do. Do not go to those big box repair companies when you can get better results and prices here.

Always best service, friendly technicians they go above and beyond, exceed my expectations every time. After the repair was done he cleaned my computer not only from trash files and unwanted software/malware but also cleaned it from dust, hair, etc. in and out, it looks brand new and works great, my fans work quieter now, AND at no extra charge, he said “it comes with the service”, and the prices are great. Haven’t seen anyone better and probably won’t. The best!!!

Vadim is an excellent diagnostician and technician. I walked into G1-Tech with a problem in my desktop that was difficult to nail down. I could not determine whether it was hardware or software related. Vadim did not relent. He finally got the problem to repeat itself and repaired it.
