My elite status gets me excellent service at Hertz. I didnt rent this Porsche, but they did upgrade me to a Mercedes SUV.

I’d give it 0 if I could. Took 5 hours to find a vehicle that my insurance would cover. The car was luckily waiting at the collision shop they’re charging a $200 detailing fee for dog hair. My dog never entered that car.

I would give a zero - returned a car with a flat tire, instead of fixing the leak they decided to replace a tire - absolutely no reason not to fix the leak! the tire was returned with no physical damage at all.no one called me send a report or a bill - it is very easy to charge when they keep your credit card - very disappointing - stay away!

I wish i could put no stars staff is very misleading they said i was smoking in the car when i was not yes i do smoke had my pack with me that had 2 half cigarettes that i put out to get in the car they said i smelled like i was smoking and said they seen ashes i would love to see them my advice if you smoke dont rent a car from them because i just got charged 350 dollars for putting out my cigarettes before geing in the car and i only had the car for about 24 hour not even...

I came here to get a rental because my insurance company gets a discount here. The Uber driver and I could not find it and the people we saw on the lot to ask for directions gave us terrible directions. To my surprise they didnt even have a Hertz rental sign at the entrance of the store. The service was nice. They were as helpful as expected. Even though they take pictures of the car before you use it. For safety reasons I took them too. Was a pretty new crossover vehicle (Nissan). The only thing that stuck me as weird was the vehicle was from out of state and had two license plates but they removed them and put one in the window. Was praying that I didnt get pulled over by the police

I would give ZERO stars this company is fraudulent!!!!!!!! They did no intake inspection with me their worker was distracted because SHE lost the company credit card and was too busy trying to track it down and never went over one single thing with me. Luckily I have a brain and know not to smoke in the vehicle. Unfortunately in the summer smokers tend to smell. When we returned the car NO ONE did a return inspection they said youre good took the key and that was that. I look and find a $300 charge on my card because they smelled smoke. Unless you like doing business with fraudulent robbers do not go here ever.

Hertz quality !! Very nice rental location, courteous, friendly. They also provide complementary drop-off through their tie-up with Lyft.
