I just got off the phone with Peggy from State Farm. I have also interacted with Mark many times. They both always answer my questions in a pleasant and helpful manner. Im grateful for their care and attention! Weve been with State Farm for over 30 years and this office specifically for over 10 years. Highly recommend!

Y far the most incompetent insurance Agency I have ever encountered. Transferred To Randy Janiszewskis office since November 2019 they never submitted my transfer of insurance information to PennDOT. I informed them of this in Oct 2020 when I got stopped by the police for not having insurance. Called them immediately and still, they never sent the proper paperwork to PennDOT. In Sept 2020 I had a house fire which was a disaster when I called to inform the agency Peggy said she did not know how but it was not in my renewal I was livid she had no explanation but that she was sorry. Dec 2020 I got into a fender bender when I went to get a car rental I had no rental according to Peggy she said maybe the guy Mark made an error and again she apologized for how unprofessional. And to top it all off I recently attempted to renew my registration, It was SUSPENDED. When I called to inform this horrible agency, Peggy was very dismissive and redundant repeating that she sent it, and that she would resubmit the proof if insurance. I waited an entire week before receiving an email stating that she email the accurate information to PennDOT. On Friday 4/29/2021 I got STOPPED again by the police this time for a suspended REGISTRATION After pleading to the officer and shoeing him all the proof I had. Thankfully he did not confiscate my vehicle, nut gave me a $300 ticket for a suspended registration. Randys agency still never sent the paperwork. I could not work or move my car until this situation was rectified I called PennDOT this morning to confirm if they had received anything. NOTHING. I called and spoke with Peggy which again she adamant that she sent the proof of insurance in I had to call State farm after being on them for two hours. Finally, I call PennDOT and make a conference call so that they can tell this agency that they have not received anything. It got to the point that I had to do the work for them after PennDOT gave me instructions on what to do. I needed the NAIC number in order to complete the process. I called back and to my dismay, the owner herself Randy Janiszewski answered the phone I asked for the number she proceeded to talk to me in a very sarcastic manner very delayed and loud. I asked her why was she speaking to me in such a poor manner she started to yell I told her she had poor customer service I then informed her that I have not yet received my new insurance card and she said I wont until my payment processed which I already had a confirmation number for. At this point, I guess she knew that I was no longer staying with the agency. I called State Farm and got my new insurance card emailed to me within seconds.DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY !!!!!!

Worst customer service in the world! Had my heater catch on fire in December and was left in my house with no heat for 2 weeks. This office did NOTHING to help. Why pay for a service when you get nothing in return? Save your money and hassle and look elsewhere! Youll thank me later when you actually need to file a claim. 5 months later and I still dont have a correct answer. Dont walk away from them, RUN!!

Finding reasonably priced Insurance from State Farm in Phiadelphia, Pennsylvania was made simple once I called Randee and her team. I was referred by an existing customer from the Horsham / Ambler area that purchased insurance from Randee more than over 20 years ago. I was able to get homeowners insurance, auto insurance and life insurance from a local State Farm agent with no hassle. Randee’s staff made the process easy and everyone I worked with was pleasant. I would highly recommend Janiszewski State Farm Insurance.

I cannot recommend this office.From a misplaced good student discount to denial of a discount for a child living over 100 miles from home to continuing renter’s insurance although the office was notified of a new address/purchase of home.This office did not look out for my interests. When I attempted to move to another State Farm office, a phone call to Janiszewski wouldn’t suffice, a fax cancelling my account wouldn’t suffice and a phone call to the corporate office would not deter Janiszewski’s office from letting me leave and transferring my account. A second call to corporate with obvious frustration on my end finally did the trick.Do not allow this office to handle your insurance, they give a bad name to State Farm.

Great agency. Mark and Ashlee are always helpful with any changes to my coverage and make sure i take advantage of all State Farm discounts.

I have been with them for many years and always a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.
