I have to say Erik and his staff were honest and fair with everything. They came out diagnosed the issue. Had the parts in a few days. One of the parts was faulty and they had to return a third time at no additional expense to me. The part unfortunately failed again we had called after hours and had a response from Erik before 8am the next morning. He came back out again that day. Unfortunately the refrigerator I had purchased was a lemon. I would never recommend any LG products to anyone!! But would certainly recommend E-Z Appliance Repair to everyone. Thanks again!!

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Awesome experience. Had issue where our washer was stopping and giving an error code during drain/rinse/spin. Eric came out and was incredibly knowledgeable about the washer I had. He explained how it worked and what the issue likely was. Since I was there with him, he discussed each step he was taking and why, He identified the issue which was exactly what he thought it was going to be and tested what he fixed. Had my washer working as it should in no time. In addition, Eric even called me the next day to check in with me and make sure things were still OK. These guys are great. I think youll be happy and satisfied bringing them on board to repair your appliances.

I had the worst experience ever with EZ appliance. A month ago I was told that my washing machine could be fixed provided they found a part. This is a very old machine. They called to tell me that they found the part but it was going to be very expensive. I paid anyway since getting a machine down into my basement after the previous owner covered over the outside basement stairs is nearly impossible. It took several days and they still couldnt remove the tub so that they could put in the new parts. One day I came home to find the tub gone and a note saying not to worry. I called two weeks later, still no response. Finally the owner called me and told me that the tub was cracked and that it would cost close to $2000 to buy a small washer that could fit down my basement and 3 guys to get it down and hooked up. I agree small washer cost more but 3 guys to get it hooked up? I had already paid EZ $495. I asked the owner about me paying for the parts and he said that he couldnt use the parts anymore and he would eat $200. I gave up. I was left with a gutted washing machine and no parts that I had purchase. Horrible company.In response to this owner; I was told my washer could be fixed and this machine was worth fixing. It did not take three weeks to find the part, it took three weeks for you to tell me the tub was cracked, which I believe was cracked when your service people were trying to get it out. Why else would you remove it from the basement. You were rude and nasty. Where are the parts you installed? Where are the new parts I bought? I just saw old parts and a gutted machine in my basement. This is the first negative review Ive ever given. Im a woman who lives on her own. This was definitely an abuse of power.

DO NOT USE!! Any company is better than this one!!Came out and taped my cord together giving a $800 estimate saying whole computer component needed to be repaired. Called another company who stated nothing was wrong with my friedge other than the cord that had been taped together by EZ appliance. When I called back the owner Eric told me he would not do the repairs and was keeping the call out. That taping a cord was a repair. I have pictures of the poor quality and will be actively trying to get my money back.

The only place that actually came out to look and repair an unreliable LG refrigerator when no one else would. Fridge eventually needed to be replaced which the tech acknowledged and gave recommendations for.

MY washer was not running - a very nice gentleman came and fixed it with no problems, but what I really appreciate about the service call was how honest and forthcoming he was. The washer was older and that at some point its not worth fixing. Honesty matters greatly, especially in this business. You have definitely earned my trust and any of my future business, greatly appreciated!!

These guys were great.The initial call was easy and we set up a time to have them come out. They diagnosed the issue with my fridge and were reasonable about the repair and refrigerator parts. I will use them for future appliance repairs.

Had a bad experience with this company. They misdiagnosed our dishwasher and wanted to charge us almost three times the cost of what we ended up getting it properly fixed for.I had a bad feeling after the initial appointment so we ended up calling around after paying the high service call fee to E-Z and then got it fixed on the spot for a fair price. Excellent service. Great customer service from beginning to end - from the telephone intake to the repair guys. They came exactly on time, diagnosed the problem on the refrigerator right away, fixed it and left everything super clean. Fred and Charlie were very friendly and went above and beyond. Real pros.

Fred stopped by on Monday and fixed up my washer. Monday was Columbus Day and Im beyond grateful for his all around amazing visit on a holiday. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a few pointers to avoid having the same issue which was informative for me. Thank you Fred.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience from my first time with this company. Two young men had misdiagnosed my fridge issues, which lead to more parts that had to be ordered during the second visit when they went to fix my original problem. Seemed like they didn’t fully examine and identify all of the issues. Everything should have been addressed during my first service call. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing either. I don’t recommend this company. The receptionist was super nice and pleasant, but besides that.. I was really annoyed with how little they knew when they came to see what my issues were with my fridge. Ultimately, had to pay more than they originally quoted me.

The service I received from Eric was great. He arrived with the needed part based on my description on the phone and have my oven fixed in one day. If you are looking for a appliance repair company that offers fair, friendly, and personal service, you definitely need to give them a all. Would use them again any time.

Having our stove for many years and many uses the door hinge had become damaged and rendered the oven to be out of service. I opted out of trying to fix it myself and I am so glad I did. Everyone from the initial phone call to the serviceman was pleasant and informative. Im happy with the outcome and would refer them to anyone!

This place is a rip off. I called about a washer and the response was quick. The guy who came to my door had no badge or tools just knocked with a hoodie on I was a little skeptical. He smelled like weed too. Came down ask a few questions pretty much diagnosed it with in 10 min that it was the most expensive part of the washer. I schedule the maintainece. They said they where going to come out on a Monday we’ll Monday they said they got the wrong part. On Wednesday they said they where going to come out between 10/2 and 3 comes around I heard from no one. They said oh ok someone will be out soon. I wasted two days off waiting for these people. I called and complained told the lady everything and it was ok I’m sorry. The bill was outrageous the taxes and fees add up to an extra 70$ on your bill. Yes my washer fixed but Go elsewhere.

Had a refrigerator in one of my tenants houses break. Was under warranty, but that company never showed up and left me in a huge bind. I called EZ appliance repair and spoke to Lisa. Amazing interaction, and I am a tough critic. She scheduled me service in under 24 hours, the tech showed up on time and even called my tenant in advance of arrival. Needed a part that they didnt have - they over communicated to let me know when it was coming in and fixed it same day it arrived. Without a doubt the best interaction I have ever had with an appliance repair company. And the price I thought was very reasonable considering the rush and turn around time. I didnt catch the techs name but my tenant said was polite and punctual. I highly recommend - they are my first call next time I have an issue. Thank you Lisa!

RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE......I finally told the owner to do the work which I was trying to explain to him on the phone when he called but he called me a F**KING LUNATIC so I hung up (all recorded).Please look at his Facebook reviews along with Yelp and you will get a better understanding of this company.I told him to do the work and I paid in full but prior to that I told him to return the microwave and he told me that he already put parts in it before I gave him the OK. You dont have to take my word for it we can just listen to the recorded conversation via my app.The tech that delivered my microwave was pulling the invoice from my hands and being combative in my home. He did not leave my home as Eric stated, he finally calmed down after I had to shout at him to calm down (I really could not believe this was happening in front of my wife and kids). Again dont believe my word we can replay the baby cam and you can form your own opinion. I was trying to diffuse the situation. I also called Terry a receptionist at his office as the tech was standing in my house to tell her what had just happened. Lets get the facts straight.Eric threatened to take me to court for defaming him and his business however, I am 100% positive that I did not lie about anything and have proof. Please see the initial review left by me below. Defamation or Slander will only hold up in court if i posted misstatments otherwise protected by the first ammendment.PREVIOUS REVIEW:DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Total cost 437.78 to fix my sticking door on my Electrolux Convection Microwave Oven. I called ACE Appliance Repair in Bensalem but apparently all calls to that company are forwarded to EZ Repair because the owner is out on disability. This is according to EZ Repair. I was not informed of this when I called for the repair, I asked after the repair was completed. I was under the impression that ACE who I called was doing my work not a third party company. Eric the owner from EZ Appliance came to my home and told me that he needed to take my microwave because he could not fix it at my home. I agreed and at this point I was charged $115 only to diagnose the problem non refundable but this $115 will go towards the repair if i used them. After he took my microwave a few days passed and I received a call from EZ Appliance and they told me it would cost over $500 and that he needed to install 2 Baffles, and 2 Microswitches. I told him to return my microwave and to not to do any work. Eric the owner then told me that he had already put parts in. I NEVER AT THIS POINT GAVE HIM AN OK TO FIX ANYTHING! He then tried to reason with me and told me that if he gave me $100 off can he fix it. I told him NO. He then asked if he could call Electrolux to see if he could get any parts under warranty (this guy is just blowing smoke again but gave him the opportunity against my better judgement). Then next day he said Electrolux kicked in some free parts which they really did not because I called Electrolux (just another lie).I dont know why but I did tell him to finally go ahead with the repair. My balance would be $322.24 after the $115 I already paid. I paid 1/4 of what the microwave oven cost brand new just to fix a sticking door. Today they delivered my oven and I signed for it and the delivery person (NOT ERIC) wanted to play tug of war with me and not let me see what I signed. This guy was borderline assaulting me and yelled to calm him down. I couldnt believe what had transpired in my own home. The driver finally left and guess what? The microwave does not work properly. They must have not installed the door correctly. When you close the microwave door and start the microwave it turns on but does not heat unless you press firmly on the door. It was not like that before.My honest opinion save yourself the headaches and use someone else. I am currently working with my credit card company for a remedy.
