American Climbers has the Right Stuff. They had to remove a large pine from between two houses and they got in done in no time. They had a crane, a log truck, a truck with a big chipper and they operated like a well oiled machine. They blew the area down when they were done and there was not a wood chip to be found when they were done. I am a repeat customer and would not hesitate to recommend them to any size job. Great guys too.

(Spoke with 4 popular companies) We had about 6 massive pine’s of different varieties & one spruce that was growing from our neighbors yard & hanging over our electrical lines. Unfortunately our neighbors were not willing to Pitchin to trim their tree🤨American Climbers made it so affordable for us to take care of it on our own, that we were able to get the job done. American Climbers were doing a job in the neighborhood when I stopped by to ask for a price to remove a couple of diseased trees They came by after finishing up their job and, after checking out the trees in question, gave me a quote on the spot. The price was quite reasonable and they proceeded to do the work that same day. The crew worked together like a well-oiled machine and had the work done in an hour or two. They even removed additional stumps in and around that area of the yard, and cleared all of the debris.HIGHLY Recommended!!

Had a great experience with American Climbers after some recent storm damage took out half a 100 foot tall pine tree, and left the other half in a dangerous state. We got a good estimate 10 days ago which we accepted immediately. Bobby and crew came today. We had particularly difficult trees to remove considering the gardens and smaller trees beneath. Weve had all kinds of huge trees, that were threaded in electrical wires, not an easy task. The spent the time, plotted out the best way to remove the big guys and wah lah! It was done!

Never got to use their tree services after getting a high recommendation from a friend. They were very timely in providing me with a reasonable quote during the Cape Cod tornado then completely hung me out to dry on actually showing up. Missed 3 straight days then completely backed off due to equipment problems. I ultimately I had to find another company because it became a daily task for me to chase them to see if they wanted my business.

They took down 21 trees at my place in one day with amazing efficiency and at a great price. The whole process was straightforward. They were able to complete the job within 2 weeks from getting a quote. On the day of work, 2 crews showed up, quickly got equipment setup despite rush hour traffic on our busy street and some rain, and got down to work. They were great about respecting the property, even saving our fall mums, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I will definitely call American Climbers first for future tree trimming needs and highly recommend them.

They provided a detailed/accurate quote, showed up on time...but what really separated American Climbers is their preparation, clean-up, and commitment to safety.When the trees are gone, theyre gone...its like the trees (and American Climbers) were never there! Excellent. My job was large and difficult. They had to work on rough terrain with 10 foot drop offs as well as work carefully around expensive, exotic trees at the base of the large trees they were removing. Amazingly nimble moving large equipment around and dropping large trees and branches. I didnt think it would be possible to remove the large trees without some damage to other plants. There was none. Very professional. Knowlegable about pruning and proper shaping. Great clean up. Highly recommended.

I needed quite a few trees removed from my mom’s property which was extremely overgrown and an overwhelming project to take on. The crew arrived at 7 and worked nonstop until 4:30 and I cannot believe what an amazing job they did. They went far beyond my expectations and I am so impressed by the service they provided from my meeting with Steve for the initial estimate to the unbelievable hardworking staff that left the property looking beautiful and clean, you’d never know the amount of work that had been done because they left no traces of the equipment and huge number of trees that had been removed. I have dealt with other companies in the past, none of which comes anywhere close to the work done by American Climbers.I have to commend the entire staff for their professionalism and exceptional service, I would give them more than a 5 star rating! 12/3/2012Our experience with this company was nothing but a headache and disappointment. We ordered two cords of seasoned hardwood. It was delivered soaking wet and covered in mud. When we stacked it, we found out it was short about 3/4 of a cord. After several phone calls, the owner finally got back to us and admitted that he expected we were short because of all the slop mixed in with the delivery - but waited for us to call. He initially agreed to make good on the short cord, but never showed up. We spent the next several weeks trying to get in touch with him and settle on another delivery date. That day went by without a wood delivery or a phone call saying he wasnt showing up - despite assurances that he would do so. Only when we threatened him with court action did we get a delivery - and it was short again. They might have the cheapest price on cord wood but BUYER BEWARE. Youre probably not going to get what you paid for and youre going to spend weeks trying to get in touch with someone trying to make it right. For what its worth, we wanted to have them take down several trees on our property but after this foolishness, were going to find another company. Take your business where its appreciated - the term customer service is totally lost on this owner

Id love to share my experience, but havent heard back from these guys. I was quoted almost 2 months ago. CJ, whoever he is,has never gotten in touch with me. I see many reviews that are much like my own. Not one follow up call. Hey, we havent forgotten about you. Nothing.. NEVER AGAIN.

Unacceptable. I got a quote from Rick at the end of February to remove a large pine and about a dozen large branches that dropped over the winter tying up a large area of my yard. No issues, reasonable price, go ahead and schedule it. He tells me they are waiting for a new crane and itll be about 4 weeks. Great, no problem.4 weeks go by and I get a call with a date and I take the day off work. I call the Friday prior to confirm, yep good to go. The day before, I get a call that the crane hasnt arrived yet and they need to reschedule. Annoying, and Im not sure why this didnt red flag when I confirmed, but I understand things happen.The new date comes, no calls from the company I assume were good to go and I take a second day off work. No call, no show. I call the company and the girl is apologetic but has no clue where the crew is supposed to be that day (?) and will call me back. 3 hours later after nothing I call back and they put me on with a guy who tells me the crane has arrived but hasnt been inspected yet as if this was something that they had no prior knowledge of. Now Im angry. I let him know how unacceptable this was and asked for a crew to at least come remove the tree limbs littering my yard. He said hed have to see when there was a crew in the area and would call me the next day. Nothing, no call, and I assumed this was the end of my dealings.Two weeks later out of the blue somebody from the company calls and says the cranes in operation, apologizes and asks if he can call me Monday with a final date to do the job. Annoyed and frustrated, I agree because I just wanted the tree gone. That was 3 weeks ago in early June and I havent heard from them since.This is unacceptable business in any industry. I lost 2 days pay for nothing waiting around for these guys, I lost an entire summer for the work Im waiting to do in my yard after the tree and brush are removed because everyone is booked well into fall now. Its extremely frustrating how little they value someone elses time. I work in a service industry and the first thing you do when a customer gets screwed is make it right, American Climbers made absolutely no such effort.

From the moment the crew arrived right on time, I knew I had made the right choice. The guys were excited to do my job and were litterally skipping around as they set up the equipment. You can tell that these guys enjoy what they do, and that was reflected in their professionalism.I hired American Climbers for a very reasonable day rate. This essential meant that I hired the whole company for a day to remove a large number of trees. This is definitely the most cost effective way to remove a number of trees. It was cool seeing all of the trucks, chipper, grabber and huge crane pull up to the driveway.All of the work was completed in one day. The guys cleaned up everything and you could barely tell they were here. The one exception was our new beautiful backyard that was opened up to the sky! We hired the company to remove a very large tree very close to our house.From the minute the men arrived on the property they were professional polite and a joy to have work at out home. It has been a long time since I have seen such hard workers . They are very skilled in their job and worked great as a team together. It was shocking as we stood and watched them scale the tree with such easy .Once the tree was down they cleaned up promptly. My call was immediately returned & they sent someone out to provide an estimate within a couple of days. They were able to meet our request to have 5 large trees removed within a months time. They came in a bit over what we expected & before I could call them and let them know our decision, they called us with a price adjustment (for the better). They arrived on time and only took 1 day to complete all the work. They were kind, courteous and did an excellent job. They have their own crane, which is key because then they arent paying to rent one. Highly recommend.

American Climbers removed several trees from my property today. I was an incredibly involved job: when the property was built 2 years ago, one particular tree was kept on the property despite being mere feet from the foundation, and its branches were 100% hanging over the roof, causing shingle damage and sleepless nights (acorns). American Climbers needed to cut this and another tree down in segments, and then pull the pieces OVER the roof to be disposed of. As a homeowner, this was definitely the most nerve-wracking experience thus far! Fortunately they did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves (used a leafblower to remove debris).They did need to reschedule twice (once due to their largest crane being in the shop and another due to the ice storm), but every single time I called with a question (scheduling or otherwise), they picked up immediately and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I got quotes from many different companies, and based on the combination of reputation, price, availability, and crane ownership (I wanted someone who owned these cranes, since that means they do these types of jobs frequently), American Climbers came out on top. I was very satisfied.Hope this helps someone!
