2 roll overs on the highway, alternate route was used which also had a car wreck, still made Logan on time. Way to shine Able. Nail biter!!

I recently had to go to Logan Airport, on my way to Orlando for a conference. Able Limousine provided the transportation for me and my group. The vehicle was new, super clean, and very spacious. Our driver was so amazing. He picked us all up in Manchester, NH and got us all to the airport with lots of time to spare – we were able to eat breakfast before our flight! I highly recommend Able Limousine and will be using them again for my next business trip.

A week before senior prom, our limo company cancelled on us. Suddenly we had 15 people and no ride. We didnt expect anyone to help, especially not at any reasonable price, but we were wrong. We called the owner, Timmy, and he got us the perfect limo for over 200 dollars less. The driver was great, the vehicle was great, and our night was great. Definitely 5 stars worthy.

I did not hire Able myself, but rather was a guest at a wedding last weekend that used Able. I wanted to give them kudos for the exceptional customer service they provided after I accidentally left my cell phone in the van that took us back to our hotel after the reception. Figuring thats where I must have left it, we called in the morning to explain our situation and Josh kindly went out and searched the van to find my phone. To our relief, Josh offered to have one of his drivers meet up with us at Logan before we caught our flight home on Sunday, so that we didnt have to rent a car and drive out to Hopkinton. The driver got caught up in traffic and didnt make it before we had to board our flight, but Josh made sure my phone shipped out via 1-day shipping the next day and I got it safe and sound. What a relief. Thank you Josh, I appreciate it so much!

Their customer service/accounting department is terrible. I have 2 questionable charges on my AMEX and they will not return my call. I have called on 2 different days. Still no response. Not cool ABLE.
