She arrived on time and brought all her own supplies. We took a quick tour and she got to work. As a bachelor, I guess I havent been doing such a good job because you can really notice a huge difference now. The bathroom looks better than when I moved in 4 years ago!

I used MaidsPro for 2 years. The cleaning has been OK to above average. However the administration was poor with bad scheduling. On many occasions I had to wait all day for a morning appointment and at times they didn’t come at all. Three stars for performance and one star for management.

Extremely happy with the service I received and the people who handled the work for our company. The Office Manager Jennifer Patria was onsite right away to provide an estimate when requested. Then our company had an important building tour and after hours on a Friday I reached out and not only asked if they could be get the job completed on Monday, but I requested at least 3X as much work as was originally requested. Not only did they come through on the timing but also helped set up trash and debris removal all in the same day. The spaces looked great! They are great! I have two huge fluffy dogs that shed like ten regular size dogs worth of fur every summer and the cleaning crew just set to vacuuming and got it all cleaned in an amazingly short amount of time. The house was a MESS since I had been in the hospital and unable to clean and these people did a fantastic job scrubbing everything and organizing for me. I am personally kinda weird about other people cleaning for me because I feel like I am being judged by God as lazy and shiftless sort of thing, but these folks did a wonderful job and I didnt die of shame for being a bad woman who doesnt scrub her own toilet so that turned out okay after all. Anyway, highly recommend, they are great, house smells good, floors cleaned and dog hair gone.

I called MaidPro to help with a one time cleaning, but they were so great I will surely be calling them again. Due to an injury, I had been unable to do any heavy cleaning (vacuuming, washing floors, etc) for a solid 3 weeks. Needless to say, the house needed a good cleaning. Jennifer and Lindsey tackled the work like real pros! 1) they were on time--actually saw them parking 10 minutes before hand, and then they waited outside until the appointed time (which was nice, as I work from home and was on a call when they arrived) 2) they were thorough; they got behind the sofa, under the big chairs, and dusted the tops of high shelves and tall cabinets 3) they asked me great questions about my preferences (I dont like heavy fragrances, and they adjusted accordingly) 4) they made sure I was happy with the work before they left. BTW, in the past, I have had house cleaners from time to time, always solo people (not companies like MaidPro). I always assumed the solos would be harder workers and less expensive, but I was wrong. The MaidPro crew was very hard working (clearly experienced and also had a printed checklist to show what had been done) and the rate was very reasonable.

MaidPro, Hopkinton has been a breath of fresh air, literally! Everyone who helps us maintain our home does an exceptional job. Jennifer, the manager, is always available. She responds instantly and is attentive and helps solve any issues. She and her team ensure a clean happy home. Ciara did our last clean. She made a large smile come to my face when I came home after a long day to the fresh smell and a clean organized home. Ciara went above and beyond with her clean! After a rough first experience with the first clean the managers at MaidPro sent out Theresa and Russel and the difference was night and day. They were kind, professional and most of all, thorough.The second time around was truly a deep clean.Even though the first experience was unpleasant after the way the company responded I would use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Nuona. She was very professional and sweet and did an amazing job on the cleaning of our home from ceiling to floor. I also have to say that Jen was nothing but professional, sweet and caring in all the times that I have communicated with her. She is very personable and goes over and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with the services the scheduling, etc. I would highly recommend them.

We have enjoyed two cleanings so far--the initial deeper clean and one standard clean--and couldnt be more thrilled. The estimating process was quick, easy, no-pressure, and flexible (lots of different service configurations to work with different needs and budgets). At MaidPros Metro West office specifically, Jennifer at the Customer Service extension has been responsive and helpful. Our cleaning team--Nauana and Ruth--arrived on-time for both cleanings and were friendly and professional. Both maintained appropriate health protocols and masks. Their cleanings themselves have been excellent: thorough and beyond expectations. Our kitchen and bathrooms gleam. We are delighted.

Ive been using Maidpro services for a few months for home cleaning services, once a month. The office management team is very customer focused and takes feedback seriously. Ive always been pleased with my cleaning but if I wanted to see something else done or wanted more attention given to a particular room, they are always happy to do the job. The cleaning teams that have visited my home are always pleasant and hardworking. I would definitely recommend.

Sarah cleaned my house today and all was perfect. She knows all the quirks I have (i.e. pillows, which rugs go in which bathroom). I did not choose on time as I did not have a specified time, just sometime today. Ive been a Maidpro customer for years and overall they do a good clean and are responsive to any requests.

Today I had the pleasure of having Jennifer and Christa in my home for a clean that I so desperately needed. I was hesitant at first to invite strangers into my home, however Russel and Theresa have been nothing but professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. They have consistently exceeded my expectations. My stainless steel appliances are polished to a shine, something I have never been able to achieve. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh without a lingering chemical smell. Not only are my floors mopped, my baseboards are dusted as well. Russel and Theresa are an amazing duo and I will continue to use their services.
