Im disappointed in the work and the response to my concerns. I sent the following e-mail to follow up with the company on how disappointed I was with their service, It has been over a week and I have not heard back from the company. I figure the email speaks to my disappointment in their work. I do want to express that I am overall unsatisfied and I am NOT likely to return to Men in Kilts for service for the following reasons.1. The work was not completed properly to begin with. There were stains left on the house.2. Both times that washing was done on the front of the house a large pool of water was left in front of the side door on the decking which caused several problems one of which is the peeling of the deck paint. (in fact the door was open a crack and water spilled into our home.)3. I expected the workers to use my hose, however I expected they would return the hose to its original state (plugged in, attached) and rolled up if they couldnt remember how it was found, instead pieces of my hoses were left scattered around the yard and not attached or neatly rolled.4. We very specifically asked about damage to some of our plants which we have been tending to all summer. The plants were not cared for and are now burnt and curling from the chemicals used to clean the house. This is so disappointing when I have been growing these plants since february. Had I known this was a possible result I would have waited until after harvest to have our house cleaned.It is for these reasons I do not plan to use your services again, nor will I be able to recommend them to friends and family.Sincerely,

Was told that they would repair a window scratched during the cleaning, and that I should call to schedule the repair. Well, after months of calling every week or every few weeks to both the office (told that someone would call me right back) and the owners cell (left many messages), no one ever called me back to schedule the repair. I give up.

I had service done with this company . This is the worst window cleaning I ever had . There were spider webs and dirt in the windows .I would not recommend to any one !!!

Great family owned and operated company! They came out to clean my gutters and my windows. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend Men in Kilts for any outdoor cleaning. They are actually going to come back in the spring in clean my fence and pool area!

This is a great company. Getting a quote and booking the job was easy. We used them to have our house and windows washed as well as clearing our gutters. The gentlemen who came out the first time were very polite and hard working- and yes, they really do wear kilts! It was an insanely hot day in July and they were just awesome. They did a great job and offered to set us up with a reminder the following year. I just had them come back out to clear the gutters for this year and, again, they delivered wonderful service. I’ve been a customer of theirs with great success and satisfaction. This year I called to schedule my gutter cleaning and I was told they have no appointments until January? First of all, As a returning customer I would think I’d be given the courtesy of an email reminder a mailer or a phone call to schedule service. Second of all, how about just hire some more people so you can actually service the customer base that needs your services?

Brandon has done an outstanding job washing our house! He spent much more time and paid more attention to detail than I expected. I called MIK to give me a quote on some work at my moms house - gutter cleaning and a soft wash of the house. I had a quote same day that was lower than what I expected. Scheduling was easy and on the day of service I received a call prior to arrival. Brandon was the man who performed the work and I cant say enough about him. He was pleasant, on time, professional, followed COVID protocols, and even better - he did a great job on a house that had been neglected for some time. My gutter downspouts were clogged and water was overflowing from the gutters into the foundation during heavy rain. Men in Kilts was easy to reach and book a quick appointment. They arrived on time, explained what the plan was, and then reviewed their findings and work at the end of the job. They even tested everything to make sure it was all working. Very dedicated, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I give these guys an A+ and will be in touch down the road maybe for the house washing!

I used them 2 years ago for window washing and again this past fall. Pleased both times. They cleaned inside, outside and removed and cleaned screens as well. Efficient, polite, nice. They did an excellent job. My outer sills were quite dirty and now they look brand new. Highly recommend

The men in kilts arrived on time with 4 guys. They power washed my house, deck and garage doors. They also cleaned our windows and cleared out the gutters. The did a great job. My house looks great and well definitely call them again.

Men in Kilts have always done a fine job cleaning our gutters, but this year they increased their prices without telling me until they were on the way to do the job! I wish theyd told me when we scheduled the job. A 40% increase in price was a shocker.
