I come to this location and see Katie whenever I need a trim. I used to be nervous about finding a stylist who wouldn’t cut off more length than I was comfortable with and Katie is the best. She keeps my length and cleans up my ends. I just recently decided to lighten my hair for the first time and she did an absolutely amazing job. 10/10 recommend!!!! She’s also very down to earth and has a perfect eye for hair.

Made appointments here several times, but each time they are 15+ mins behind on the schedule they set. If you can’t finish a cut in 30mins don’t set the appointment times 30 mins apart.

I downgraded this salon from 4star from 2years ago to 1star to match up with their declining customer care for repeat customers. Appointments mean nothing other than bringing you to the salon and hopefully there are no walk-ins that take your place.. This business has absolutely no respect to customers time... They know there running late and dont even bother to call you to ask if it would be OK to push appointment by some amount of time.. They would rather have you arrive and tell you it would be a couple of minutes while in fact they have took on female walkins that are worth more business and would rather tell you to wait a couple of minutes because theyre running late while infact they mean at least another 20min later. Not acceptable and no longer works for me..and am not going back.

Supercuts in Hopkinton is my go to spot for haircuts. Although it is a chain, it doesnt feel like it inside. I have been going to Katie for a while and she is the best - she is professional, friendly, and always makes sure that I am comfortable with the finished product. Katie pays attention to the details and gets me out in short order. The place is clean and they follow strict COVID protocols. If you are looking for a great haircut at a good value then be sure to give them a try - you will probably find yourself going back!

Don’t bother if you’re a guy looking for a skin fade. Job requires hair within regulations, and personal appearance is strongly scrutinized.My barber was closed, and I had to get a haircut before the work week. Supercuts was relatively close by.Supercuts has a very friendly staff and the wait was short, however, employees lack the knowledge of how to cut a proper medium skin fade, which is advertised on their website. If a certain cut is advertised on their website, it should be expected that it can be properly done in any Supercuts location by any of its employees. This was not the case.Overall: $18.75 for a poorly done fade. Friendly staff, clean shop, just lack knowledge on how to cut a fairly common hair style. Lack of pride in their work. Not a reliable chain. Find a backup barber instead, or learn to do it yourself.

So I’m sure they do good haircuts but, there is a woman in there with multicolored hair that is super slow and likes to chat. Normally not a bad thing, but this particular woman loves to talk with her hands so she stops the haircut every 20 seconds to wave her arms around( which would also make me a little nervous since if she stops this much how much attention is she giving to detail) . The other woman got three haircuts in before this woman finished one so if you come in and see a woman with multicolored hair id either go somewhere else or prepare to wait a good long while

I really like coming to the Hopkinton Supercuts. They always listen to what I want, give good product advice, and I leave with a quality cut at a fair price. I also really like they started doing the hot towel on the neck, which is a great relaxing way to end a haircut. Thanks again for the great service!

Decent hair cuts at a good price. You do have to take appointments on weekends, it gets pretty busy in the morning and afternoons. They stop taking appointments after 12pm. This location has retained most of its hair dressers for a while now. It is located in the mall complex with a 24 hour grocery store and a wine and cheese shop next door.

Carolyn and Sam did an amazing job with my autistic daughter’s hair that was seriously tangled and needed a cut. Big thank you for being patient, kind and professional! She said she wants to go back soon!

Service is prompt and stylists listen to my requests. I have thick wavy hair that requires special attention. I know what my hair will and wont do. Other, more expensive salons want to impose their preferred styles that my hair simply wont do. Supercuts stylists accommodate my wants and needs. They really listen!

I was in the transition from going back to brunette from a near platinum blonde, (which if you know is just as much of a process as lightening). Previously, I had a different salon give me a “trim”, in which I end up with horrific bangs, choppy layers I didn’t want, and they cut off nearly 4”. I actually cried.Kelsey saved my hair, and I could not be more thankful. Her and the other young lady helped me pick out a color appropriate for my skin tone, and she did a color correction. She blended out my layers and bangs, and took me from Caitlyn Jenner, to Kylie Jenner. It’s been about two months, the Demi-permanent color has not faded as much as my previous attempt to return to the dark side, and I’ve actually grown to love my layers since they’ve been fixed. Thanks ladies! I’ll be booking a touch up soon after my vacation!

I have been going to Yanna for over 2 years. She is great, and when I miss her, everyone else is great also. I used to spend $80 on a haircut. Get the same here for $16, and you are in and out in 20 minutes. Cant beat it.

First off, I dont like to bash people as I generally like to believe in everyones capabilities. However, I got a pretty standard high and tight cut last night before a wedding, and Im legitimately embarrassed and concerned for the person who cut my hair. Clumps of uncut hair along my fade and neck line, and the final neck clean up honestly makes me think they hired a legally blind person (no offense to the blind, love you guys). This is the 2nd time Ive had to go back in maybe 6 visits Ive had there. Im not very picky...to me its just hair...but Ive seen homeless people with better haircuts than mine. Need better hiring practices here

Steph at the Hopkinton Supercuts does a GREAT job, I highly recommend her. She takes the time and knows what shes doing. Im now a regular. If it were just for her Id rate this on the top. Cuts by others have been ok-to-good, but not the same quality.

Do not ever get your color done here! I came out with my face covered in black (I had to scrub it red raw to remove) and dye still all over the back of my head....the salon was too busy to get me back in to fix the problem. And it was more expensive than my regular salon. The color is also not a great match.

Horrible people. They have given up hair cut for my son in between as he was crying and moving. Very impatient people. They cant handle kids. Hopkinton town should kick them out.
