Cant say enough great things about Lumber Street Auto. We blew a back inside tire on our RV on the way home from NH .. 3:30pm. Not only did they help us locate a tire but was able to remove and replace the blown tire and we were back on the road again In less then 2 hours. Staff was wonderful...helpful during this stressful moment. Cant thank them enough.

After relocating to the area and was looking for a RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY auto shop for my vehicles. This place was recommended by word of mouth and the online reviews seemed to have backed it up.My classic hand-me-down car needed much more work than I expected and I found Phil to be very reasonable, understanding, and I appreciate his and his teams hard work put into the car. There was a small hiccup in communication that could have been made anywhere, but it takes an honest business to admit fault and make amends. Although I can be a difficult customer, they have earned my trust, continued business, and recommendation.

Excellent diagnosticians, and great repairs. My son has nearly all his repairs done here. My first time, but I am glad that I took my car there. Labor rates are above average, but worth it.

This is the place to get your vehicle serviced. Great service and friendly staff. They explain everything to you and let you decide what work you want done. Every repair so far had been done right the first time. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Finally a repair shop I can trust!

I got a pretty big screw lodged in my tire on the way to work and went to Lumber Street Auto Repair because they were right around the corner from where I stopped. They were friendly and efficient. I was on my way within 20 minutes of my arrival! I would highly recommend them!

Actually this business should be more like eight stars. We were visiting in Hopkinton and were starting our return trip to NJ. Turning the key brought no response so we attempted to jump the battery with no luck. Road service found the battery fine so starter motor or alternator was suspected. After tow to Lumber Street Auto Repair, I asked when they could look at it, thinking of the worst. They replied immediately to my total surprise. After all was said and done, it turned out to be a loose ground wire. The people were super nice and very comforting. My only disappointment is that they are in MA and not NJ.

Probably one of the best mechanic Ive used. Very reasonably priced, never performs unnecessary work, and even willing to show a hobbyist mechanic a thing or two. Boats, high end cars, trucks they do it all in a timely and honest manner.

Called that my break lights weren’t working... fixed them the same day! Super friendly and they drove me down to my office while it was being fixed. Very impressed... will use them again

These guys have been great with last minute service requests on flat tires. This is the closest garage to where I work and in two occasions I had an issue with flat tires just before leaving work. I called them up and with in 30 to 45 min they took care of my flat just before they closed.

2015 Ford Taurus was making a clunking noise when driving over bumps. It turned out to be a couple different parts causing the noise and Scott was very persistent in fixing each one. He is the noise guy there and went above and beyond to get this issue fixed. Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. Scott and the rest of the crew are friendly, informative, kind, and professional. I moved almost an hour away from them and I still go back for oil changes and fixes because of how great they are.

They are over priced. Recently I got a flat tire and because of that ABS and traction lights turned on in dash. I got fixed the flat tire and replaced with original one on my own. But the lights are still on and so I took it to them to reset the lights. For which they charged me 55$ labor charge, which I felt too costly for this work.

I always go there. Trusted service. They even gave me their $10 off new customer coupon for an oil change when I brought my new car in. Very friendly staff.

Simple change an air filter lead to major problem. I vent to another service and was told that work was done bad in this place and now I have to clean all system. Came back and talk to mechanic, when he got that I understand whats going on, they repaired it in 10 minutes.

I got work done here on my radiator. I had my overheated car towed here and they performed the work quick and well. I really appreciated the phone call describing other issues my car was about to have due to deteriorating parts but felt no pressure to get the work done as they could tell I wasnt going to be holding onto my car for too much longer. Overall, very professional and accommodating.

Brought a vehicle in for inspection, they failed me. I went to my shop and got it fixed. I brought it back and told me I didn’t get it fixed and told me something completely different was wrong with it. Took my vehicle to a different inspection station and it passed with flying colors.
