I was absolutely stunned when the technician appeared without a mask. When he saw I had one on, he asked if he should wear one. I asked if he was vaccinated, and he told me no, and asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. I said absolutely and that he should not come anywhere near me while in our home. I am astounded by this company not only apparently not requiring vaccinations for employees, but allowing them to then enter customers homes in their state. With COVID continuing to run rampant this is grossly irresponsible and unprofessional.

They provided a thorough inspection of my property and made recommendations based on my concerns and what they could successfully achieve. I am now living stress free thanks to them! Alex came today because we have bats in the attic. He was thorough in his inspection of the problem, was clear in his description of our bat issue and how it could be resolved. After sitting down with him to go over the various services offered by Catseye, we decided on a treatment plan. We were very impressed not only with the various options offered in terms of treatment plans and decided to go with this company for some additional services. Alex was great and was a terrific spokesperson for this company.

I’m a current customer. Reported carpenter bees and showed service provider the location. Since I had already sprayed, I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to treat (understandable).Called and scheduled the follow up appointment for 2 weeks later with details of the bee issue and location on house (said I didn’t need to be home because they had enough information). They came on the appointment day and did routine checking for other pests, but did not check or address the bees (received email report of service provided). I called over concern that issue reported was not addressed or checked during service visit. Received apology and promise that they would check with the technician and call me back same day to schedule a follow up visit. A week later still no follow up call. I called and had to repeat the situation, to then be told that they could not fit me in to the next service dates in my area because they were already booked (despite the fact that they had not provided the service they agreed to complete during the last visit). And could not tell me when they could get to me next, nor would I be getting a call with an appointment date in the next couple of days. Best they could say was that I should get a call back within a week telling me when they could get to me. I understand scheduling constraints, however, just seems like higher priority would be given to addressing past problems they haven’t addressed yet vs continuing to schedule more.Disappointed with the scheduling prioritization and quality and oversight of of service completion.

I am very pleased with Catseye Pest Control Service. They were very professional and were successful in catching mice and rats. They also sealed up entry holes. Catguard also sealed up the outside of my house to prevent squirrels and other rodents from entering. It worked and service was excellent.

First nuisance with pest and just mixed emotions of being scared was immediately reassured by Cateye Pest Control. I immediately looked for Pest Control within the area and was lucky enough to get an inspector out the same day! Highly recommend with their great and availability of customer service. The window frame that was prompted was on the dot as well. It wasnt like a four hour window from like other services! The inspection was thorough and they were able to detect evidence of active squirrel activity in my attic. If you need a piece of mind, I highly recommend giving Catseye a call.

My experience with Catseye has been awful. Catseye has not been responsive to my customer needs despite calling itself a company that provides elite services. Their prices are certainly elite, as in sky-high. With such exorbitant prices (I am paying $8,000 for lower guard on small ranch and mouse traps), I expected excellent service but customer-service there is non-existent.I thought that by paying for Catseye elite services I would finally get peace of mind, but so far I have had none. In fact I am experiencing the opposite: I am distressed.Everything I had requested as a customer requires many phone calls, texts, emails and even then the predominant mode of response from Catseye is a no-reply. When Catseye agrees to do something, it ends up not doing it and I would have to follow-up further. Theres a big disconnect among Catseye employees. And you dont really know whom you should be talking to. Their primary mode of communication regarding a customers request is in the form of inserting a note in the customers file, which the next employee is free to ignore or disregard. Or the employee who turns up at your house could say, its not his area of expertise.My current disgusting issue that is causing me distress is that of flies in my house. Today is day 8 of having flies continuously in my home. After they removed a dead mouse from my home a few days ago, I thought the problem was resolved but tonight I am suddenly swarmed with a new batch of numerous flies. Tomorrow will be day 9 of having flies in my home. When I wrote a complaint to Catseye last week, no one bothered to give me a call or reply to my email. My complaint was ignored. A classic elite Catseye response.If I am not bothered by dead mice and flies, I would not have had to hire Catseye in the first place, yet their silent attitude seems to be: whats all the fuss about. Right now, peace of mind is elusive. Paying Catseye elite fees has not guaranteed prompt and courteous service as I had imagined. Service went downhill as soon as I signed the contract and paid half of the payment.As it is right now, I will have to stay elsewhere if the problem is not resolved tomorrow or if the problem reappears. It is absolutely disgusting and distressing to see flies appearing out of nowhere and swarming my kitchen, living room, bathroom and elsewhere and even landing on me!Think twice before hiring Catseye.

Great job by the technician(s) alway polite and have a lot of knowledge. They always provide a great report after each visit.Only problem with I have noticed is they have shown up without certain products and/or equipment to provide a service I before the visit requested. Which is aggravating because now they need to reschedule another visit. Most of the time it’s not the techs fault, more like the company not providing them with the proper resources in each truck. Maybe they need a check list for each truck before it leave headquarters?Otherwise they are always professional and provide a great service.

We called Catseye because of some noise from the attic. Alex came to our house and did a great assessment of the situation. He took the time to explain everything to us and helped us find the best solution for the problem. He was very pleasant and answered all our question. We could tell he was more interested in finding a solution than just selling the product. We would recommend Catseye to any of our friends.

Signed up for their platinum package because we had a terrible mouse problem when we moved into our home. They talked a great game and made us feel like everything would be taken care of so we decided to spend the extra money to make sure the mice would be eliminated. But this past year and a half has been nothing but an expensive headache! They showed up announced claiming they had left us a message, but neither of us had received any messages/emails. I asked multiple times to make sure my phone number was on file and I have never received a phone call about their visits. Someone came out last April 2020 to complete a platinum service and then someone came last month February 2021. Which was only by chance that I happened to be home when they showed up unannounced. They claim they can effectively treat the problem with just visits to the outside of the home to check those boxes, but my mouse problem is right back where we started! Every time I email I get no response, except for them to send me an email saying my bill is overdue, even though I never received a bill from them and don’t think I should be paying full price for a platinum package when I have had 1 full service in a year! Not happy with them at all!

Catseye personnel responded very quickly to my request for assistance with mouse issues. They also were very quick to provide me with costs for services in fiberglass insulation removal and the Cat Guard Exclusion Protection system around the base of the vinyl shingles. The employee at my house on 6/17/21conducting the installs was on time, polite, professional and paid excellent attention to detail. We had an uninvited squirrel living in our garage and got multiple quotes that seemed outrageously expensive for very little work. We found Catseye - they came out so quickly, assessed the issue for free, gave us a quote for the work (that was reasonable) and a thorough explanation of what goes into the removal of the animal. They offered year-round services to monitor for any other issues - ants, bees, mice, etc - and we decided to go with them for this as well. Wonderful experience - excellent work and customer service and very knowledgeable people. We definitely recommend them for any and all pest issues (including mosquito services!).

Our technician, Nelson, was great. He arrived within the scheduled window and took his time to explain what he was doing. He set traps in both attics, as well as the basement. We walked the perimeter of the house and he plugged some open holes that could be potential access points for mice. We have used other services previously and we are extremely pleased with our service and hope the other technicians are as detailed, if we are unable to get him with our future visits.

I cant say enough good things about Catseye. When I moved into a new house, it became obvious pretty quickly that we had mice. Catseye sent a surveyor out who was able to see exactly where they had been and how they were getting in. They started with the rodent removal program, where they trapped all of the right areas and immediately began getting captures. They came back and checked every few days until they stopped catching anything. Theyd caught 7 total mice. They then cleaned and disinfected all the areas theyd been in - droppings and the like. Next, they installed their exclusion system to seal the house and prevent future intruders. Since then, weve seen nothing, however, we are still receiving regular follow-up visits just to make sure.This is all fairly pricey, but the swift and thorough removal of the problem has been fantastic. Every single person Ive met and talked with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their service.

Having battled a mouse problem (unsuccessfully) since I moved into my home 2 and a half years ago I decided it was time to call the professionals. With a recommendations from my father-in-law I called Catseye. They were very responsive to my requests and questions. After comparing their services with other local pest control service providers in the area I ultimately decided to contract with them, though not the cheapest, Im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. They did the initial inspect, gave me a list of packages to choose from and recommended that I continue service with their Year-Round Pest Control Program to insure that the problem didnt return. The way that it was positioned was that they would prefer to not take job if it was not maintained. I can understand and appreciate that, but also was an additional expense I wasnt prepared to make.The technicians and customer service are very professional and knowledgeable. Communication is great and the service visit summaries are helpful (though could be a little more detailed). They even wear cloth booties when coming into my home which is a nice touch. Overall my experience with Catseye has been positive. My only reasoning for the 3-star review is that I feel like I havent really got my moneys worth for what I paid for. Maybe my interpretation is wrong, but having worked in a service industry most my life - perception is everything. If I could do it over again, Im not sure I could justify the cost.

One week ago today I contacted Catseye regarding a mouse problem. That same afternoon I met with an inspector. The next day a tech came by to set traps. The day after someone came by to take linear measurements for the cat guard installation. Friday there was another tech to empty and reset traps. Saturday the guard installation began. Monday another tech to check set traps and today the upper and lower guard installation was completed. Phew!I listed it all because I wanted to be clear how fast and efficient the process has been. Every single tech has been wonderful. They are polite, friendly and obviously competent. Each visit is preceded by an e-mail confirming the appointment and a phone call when they are on their way. The visits are followed up with a report of the work that was done. You couldn’t ask for better communication from a service provider.Yes, the cat guard system can be pricey, but it seems well worth it to avoid future issues and the process is completely painless to the homeowner. I would not hesitate recommending Catseye Pest Control to anyone.

Michael and Robert installed a Cat Guard system to prevent rats from entering a crawl space under my house. They had to dig a 2 foot trench around my house and attach a metal sheet to the house to deter the rats from coming in. They worked very hard and went above and beyond to make everything perfect even coming back on a Saturday to finish the job. I would highly recommend them. And on the trapping and baiting side, Corey has been very diligent and has been great at communicating with us and keeping us posted as to his progress.We appreciate the hard work!

At this time there is still work to be done. My rodent problem has legal restrictions that require waiting until Spring and possibly Summer to complete. Thus far the techs that have been to my home have been exceptional. Russ, Leo, John, Chad & James arrived when scheduled and performed their work in a knowledgeable, professional manner. All were very polite, patient with our questions and concerns and exhibited a positive attitude to get the job done right. I do have one glitch. It seems that the company would communicate their plans a bit better. As the above techs were leaving we would, ask whats next? the reply was you will be contacted. We had to initiate the contact to obtain any information. We are thankful to Jaclyn as she was always available and would always follow through with finding a reply to our queries.

Had Catseye Pest Control come to get rid of ants and mice. They came several times and was very professional and friendly. Havent seen ants since the treatment and hopefully we wont be visited by the mice anymore. They tried to trap mice but there were none to be found but they cleaned up all the evidence of having mice in past and disinfected all the areas. I have a big house so there was lots to do. Feels good to start out with everything vacuumed and disinfected!

Ive had some trouble with rats in the walls of my basement. After some pretty unsuccessful attempts to deal with it myself, I called up Catseye. I have been working with Sean to get things under control and things have certainly improved.Sean has been extremely diligent in checking for activity and finding the least invasive ways of stopping it. He is always punctual and offers helpful suggestions during the visits.

All were extremely nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were also thorough not just looking for noted concern but gave a thorough exam of the property. Grateful for thoroughness and how to address all concerns

The staff are very nice,get hands on the job right away. I had some raccoons they were able to catch them within a week. Wil is awesome. He came bright and early to capture the wild animals.
