What a waste of $20.00! My car still had soap on it when I pulled into the vacuum station which you have to have a token for. I’m not sure if the vacuum was on a timer or not because the vacuum had little to no suction and I gave up after the first couple of minutes. When we pulled in and paid we were give some type of paper towel we were supposed to use for the interior. No actual rags or cleaner available. I’d highly recommend driving into Fayetteville to get a real wash!

I bought the monthly service but machine did a horrible job. It didn’t clean the tires at all and the truck was still dirty when I left. Waste of $35. The shine it sprayed on the tires was on just half of the tires. Will not go back or recommend! I took a lot of photos for of the filth once I got home. Don’t waste your $$. I would give a minus 10 but the questionaire won’t allow me!

I paid for the middle car wash to get my tires clean as well. I was very disappointed. Still dirty and streaky. My sister paid less and got a better wash elsewhere. Also, the last time we were there, we were asked if we needed vacuum coins, we forgot to ask and didn’t get one until going back to get one. 😩

If i could give this place ZERO stars I would. Horrible service. THERE WAS STILL SOAP ALL OVER MY CAR and the vacuums are advertised as free which is the only reason I stopped and didn’t drive all the way to Fayetteville THE VACUUMS ARE NOT FREE. Absolute waste of money and time.

Would give 5 stars but the machines cant seem to get the tire shine right. Good for a quick wash and staff at this location is awesome. Been using this location for years (with previous owners) and have never had any problems with any of my vehicles.

Great staff and good value so long as you use it 2x or so per month. Would definitely recommend the monthly option during spring and summer. Fall/winter depends on your dedication. Multiple locations in the area I live in (Fayetteville, NC).

Paid 35 bucks and still had to pay to use the vacuums. Vacuums don’t work properly. Probably going to cancel membership.

Your vehicle comes out with soap still all over it. Doesnt dry good. Not long enough . To short . Have to vacuum your own vehicle. Hard on a handicap person to vacuum. To short a span to clean and wash. especially with new vehicle. But I still go

Got the most expensive option, and still have to wash the entire back of my vehicle and the rims. Pretty disappointing!

I just really unhappy that yea its an upgrade to one side, but when they tore down the selfservice carwash side and built the associate assisted wash, just not the same. Wished they didnt and that why I got up the road to the self service carwash. Some thing just great when you do yourself

The car wash is fine and gets the car clean... but, the dryers do not work well. The car is still wet on the windshield, windows and hood. Need to fix this please

This used to be a great car wash. The machine didnt give me my change or the token for the vacuum. I caught the attendants attention and waved him to come over. He turned and walked away. I decided to go ahead and enter the wash since I was in line and did not want to leave my granddaughter in the car to go get him. Went ahead with the wash, pulled up and as soon as I started to vac the hose detached from the machine. I got it back on ,vacuumed and left. Low and behold when I got home, I noticed the car was STILL FILTHY. It was a total waste of time and money. Never going back!!!!

I have a truck and the blowers at the end of the wash damages the roof of my truck. Need to have different settings, for different vehicles. Just my thought.

Since moving to the area I frequent this carwash weekly. I was going more than that until I found out I warped my rotors and had to replace them for washing my car too much. 25.00 a month for unlimited washes and vacuums is an excellent value in my opinion and if youre not satisfied with your wash you can drive thru again.

The staff members were excellent but my wash was not satisfying. Not sure if the water was dirty but after 3 tries i just excepted the situation as it was.

Dont use this place if you own a pickup truck with any dirt in the wheel well or side steps. I paid 20 dollars for the poorest car wash ever. I addressed the issue with the employees and was told that they were not supposed to allow a muddy vehicle drive through. What little mud and dirt there was was from a dirt road visit to the sick and shut in.I was basically called a liar by the employee so I left.We have 4 vehicles and none of them will ever be washed here again.

Friendly staff! In and out in minutes! Its best to buy the 25 dollar package if you come here more than three times a month. The unlimited packages are the better deals!

Doesnt rinse and dry like Id like the wash to do. Always wiping soap and chemicals off my truck afterwards

I paid for their top car wash and my car was still dirty. I was sent through again to only find out the car wash is set on the same setting no matter how much is paid. I asked for a refund because the car still had dead bugs on the windshield and pollen on the hood. I called and emailed only to be ignored. Circle K’s car wash is a better value and does a better job.

Joined their membership for just $25.00 per month and I can wash my car any day at any time. That is a great savings.

After the wash my car looked great, but when I go there sometimes I have trouble at the front and the manager isn’t very helpful. He was just sitting there on his phone. Wasn’t looking to see if any customers needed anything.

I have gone here to get my car washed long before TLC bought it... They turned it into a great place with an all new wash on one side and the same lazer wash from before on the other side... they are super friendly and very helpful, the guys who work there! I go here about once every 2 weeks, very reasonably priced and both washes do an amazing job! Plus I get a free vacuum token or 2 depending on the wash package I choose that day!

If I could rate this particular car wash 0 stars I would. I complained about a particular worker to a supervisor the worker I complained about very rude and overall seemed like he didn’t want to work and after following up I found out the site manager did absolutely nothing about the indiscretion with said worker. Terrible management.

Great place to go for vehicle inspection.

The TLC at this location does *not* do *unlimited* vacuum time. One token is provided with each car wash purchase. This one token provides a few minutes or so of vacuum time - it was definitely less than ten minutes. For me, this was not enough time. The *Skibo location* does not provide a vacuum token because the vacuums are more conveniently available, as is, without needing to insert tokens - in this way the vacuums at this Skibo location are *completely free, for as long as is needed.* Therefore, the vacuums at the Skibo location are more conveniently accessible (due to neither being limited to the one token nor needing quarters for additional vacuum time). At this location, however, once the few minutes or so of time provided by the token are finished, vacuum time costs $1.25 for 5min, $1.50 for 6min, $1.75 for 7min, and $2.00 for 8min (in quarters). Im disappointed because I wash my car at TLC so that I may thoroughly vacuum it while Im there. Again, the Skibo location does have free unlimited vacuum and they just remodeled. If you prefer the vacuum option, Id go to the Skibo location. Just here to save someone else, in need of more vacuum time, time, money &/or disappointment. I rated this a 4 because you need to place a sprayer pointed up at the rinse station. After my wash I have soap running down all 4 windows because the rinse does not remove the soap from under my drip guards. Do this I would rate this wash a 5.

Employees are very cortious and make sure you get what you want.

Friendly staff and the automated wash does a good job, but I always have some soap left on the car after the rinse. Had a driver flag me down one time after leaving to tell me I had white stuff coming out the back of my car. I would use their monthly unlimited deal if the rinse was better.

I always use this car wash even though it is about 30 minutes away from where I live. I think it is the best value in the area as you get a free vacuum coin to clean the inside of your car. They have two options, either one where you ride on the rails, or one where you drive in and sit, which I do the latter. I will continue to use this car wash as long as I live in the area.

Your Staff members are great. I wish I could give a better review, but I cant. After 5 separate times visiting this location. I realized that no matter how much money I spent or what wash I get or whether brushless or with brushes my Jeep never comes out clean. Today was the last straw. I did the Brushless $14 wash, and my Jeep was still dirty. I spent more time rewashing my Jeep with bottled water and rags then for the time it took for me to get the car washed. Now I dont mind spending money, but this Company needs to get better equipment to actually clean the vehicles it services. I know that the young Men who work there would have given me a complimentary wash but why bother. Sorry but Ill just wash it myself or go pay more money to get it detailed. Yes I know its and Express Wash, but come on now. Do better TLC..

I have a car wash sticker on my car that I purchased at the Hope Mills TLC car wash for $ 20.00 a month which is automatically taken out of my bank account. For $ 20.00 a month you can get your car washed 1 time everyday I used to spend $ 10.00 every visit for the same wash... it is well worth the price. Thats 30 car washes for $ 20.00 a month.

Will not reccommend...thats all im going to say....CUSTOMER WAS IN FRONT OF ME...couldnt figure out car wash panel..........girl came outside to help and without looking almost had the guy back into me......not so much as and im sorry..........these people have no clue as to what they are doing.....i went to a different wash.....no soap left on my car........dry when i left the building...was actually cheaper too.........i have to use my credit card to sign up for unlimited washes.......so they can charge my card automatically....why? when I dont pay the code is made inactive......sorryjust too many issues so......

Theyre theives. Be careful getting the monthly car wash. Theyll pull out of your account twice and not pay you back for it. You cant get ahold of anybody to communicate with. The underpaid Carwash guys dont have a clue on how they can help you. Except tell you to call a number that tells you to go to Facebook Messenger and the people at Facebook Messenger wont respond.

I try to get the workers to fix the leaking water while in laser dry, but for 6 months now, it still leaks all along center of car and the laser dry just blows water all over the cars exterior!
