I was searching places to get my nails done in the area and by far this one had the best reviews. So I go around 1pm on weekday because I assume it wasn’t busy. The female owner was finishing a clients nails And the male owner was sitting down . The female owner was rude and yelled at me from across the room “Do you have an appointment?” I told her I didnt And I wasnt aware I had to make one. Before I could Even finished she yelled again “We only work by appointment, bye.” So I left. I didn’t notice any post anywhere in the salon that they only work by appointment but even if there was there was no need to be rude or yell. Once she found out I didnt Have appointment she didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted one or if I can Come back. I don’t understand why she didn’t want my business.

Great service, relaxing Pedicure, good value for money

This was by far the best service I’ve ever gotten when getting my nails done! Kim, the owner, did a beautiful job! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and seated immediately. The whole experience was just great 😊 I highly recommend this nail salon.

If I had to describe my experience at Nails Plus in one word, it would be lovely. Today was my first time in the salon after trying various nail salons in the area. I’ve been disappointed with other salons for various reasons. I walked in to Nails Plus today hoping to have a great experience with hopes of finding a nail salon that I can stick with regularly. After leaving today I’m very confident I’ll be going back as my salon of choice. The salon is run by a woman and her husband who are a lovely couple. They were both so kind, sincere, welcoming, and the salon is very peaceful with a lovely lake view. I felt very relaxed and they also have great pedicure massage chairs! One thing I loved seeing that’s truly special about Nails Plus is that Kim is a true artist. She is an amazing painter. She has beautiful paintings that she has painted herself throughout the salon. Although I got a basic gel mani and pedi, I can only imagine how her nail designs would come out! I’m so very happy I found this nail salon and it will truly be my pleasure to bring my business here. Thank you Sam and Kim for such a lovely experience at your salon!

Dont waste your time. Woman was rude when she found out I didnt have an appointment even though its not posted anywhere that you need one. We have a schedule, was all she could be bothered to say to me when it wouldve taken her 30 seconds to offer me an appointment at another time. This was my first time trying a local salon in over a year and now I know for sure that Im better off going to places by my job. Even when theyre packed after work they arent rude and I might have to wait a few minutes but at least they want my business. People are always talking about suppoting local businesses, especially after the slow summer around here, but Id rather be treated right than to give my money to rude people just because I live in this town.

I had an appointment for only manicure and wanted a pedicure to. Sam did my pedicure and did a great job on short notice. His wife treated me like family and it was my first time there.
