Ive used Songs Cleaners for years now. Ive always had the best service. Normally I bring in dresses, shirts, etc to be cleaned - all come out great. I have had tailoring done here and even my wedding dress cleaned - all have come out fantastic with no issues.

I brought a formal dress in to be repaired and cleaned. I honestly didnt thing the tear could be repaired. I was very pleased when I picked up my dress today. Job well done and I cant tell the tear was ever there.

Well, shirts were always reasonable to have laundered here. Always did a good job. Now they have decided my shirts don’t fit on their press and charged me $9 per shirt without warning. I won’t be returning nor recommending them to anyone. Very poor communication, poor professionalism, and just not worth my time nor money.

Zero stars would be more accurate for this establishment who not only tried to convince me that I had already picked up my 200 dollar comforter but clearly lost it, stole it or simply gave it to the wrong person. After proving my point stating that my bank statement showed absolutely no purchase of the pick up she immediately asked me to bring in a receipt of my purchase of the comforter which was almost six years ago. Now I have no king down comforter and no reimbursement due to the fact that I do not have a receipt of the purchase from that long ago. Beyond upset that I was being lied to and beyond upset that I get to just lose out of this both ways. HORRIBLE experience and no comforter now. 😡 I DO NOT RECOMMEND thus place unless you are okay with being lied to or having your things stolen.

Id give a half of star if I could. Just paid 200 dollars to have my wedding dress cleaned. I know it wasnt cleaned and it was so full of wrinkles. I told the lady and she told me to use moisture a day before my wedding. My thoughts on paying 200 dollars was having a dress ready to put on. It wast cleaned at all. I can still see dirt marks that are easy for me to wipe off so apparently my dress sat on a hanger for a month and i paid 200 for absolutely nothing! I am irate. DONT BRING YOUR WEDDING DRESS TO THESE PEOPLE.

Beware. There is a minimum charge of $10 if you use a credit card. Not aware of this at drop off nor did I see a visible sign in the store. Clerk totally indifferent at pick up. Will never return.
