I went at the scheduled time for my appointment and was sitting waiting for my turn. As Im sitting, I noticed that one of the employees (blonde woman, tattooed, maybe mid-50s) was giving me a dirty look. I realized pretty soon she was looking at me like this because I was the only person still wearing a mask in the shop. I thought nothing of it until it was supposed to be my turn for my haircut, but that employee takes the person that came in after me! This woman refused to cut my hair because I have made the decision to continue wearing a mask for the safety of myself and others.This woman also told my husband two weeks ago that he shouldnt be wearing a mask.Unprofessional.

A great stop for a cut. My boys and I visit every 4 to 5 weeks. The staff is always pleasant, engaging, and cuts our hairs just how we ask. They are open to giving advice on creative cuts that the kids ask about.Who knew what an undercut pompadour was?!

Everyone is really nice especially with kids. Depending on who you get or go to you might have to be very specific on your style/haircut. Even if you just want a trim, you should mention wanting to keep the same layering effect if you have any.

Visited Supercuts Hooksett for a shampoo and trim. The service was although quick,it felt a bit rushed. After the hair cut, they did not even dry my hair leave alone setting it. It was the middle of the day and there were no customers waiting, I dont understand the need to rush through the process. Very poor service.

I go here to get my 2 year old sons hair cut. They have all been fantastic at dealing with him. They also usually manage to give him a pretty good haircut (which can be hard with a toddler).

This place is pretty quick if you call ahead before you are going. Do not to show up without calling for an appointment first you will sit forever!

I had my hair cut, styled, with a wash and conditioner applied. I was extremely satisfied at the professionalism, the cut received, and the attention that they were paying not only to me but to the other customers that were coming in and waiting.This is a small shop but the customer service was outstanding. I dont know what happened with the others that went to this shop, but the personnel there now are highly trained, efficient, and does a great job of customer care and support.Being a professional in business marketing, they were great at customer service and secondary sales promotion without being pushy, just suggestive if the product was truly needed. I had a young girl that was super, she took a picture that I had brought and asked me about the cut and how long I wanted it etc... She knew just what she was doing and even suggested a fade in the back, I was scared to try it but she was right, it brought the cut together and made it look even better than the picture. I will only be going back to have Trisha cut my hair, she did a great job and I hope he boss sees this because she is awesome! Thanks Trisha !

The hair dresser was brushing my five year olds daughter curly thick hair with a comb, she did not notice that she was crying due to her ripping out her hair while she roughly combed it through. The hair dresser was too busy looking around and had no regard for what she was doing. I wouldnt have brushed a dog that hard never mind a little girl . To say the least she received a reminder that this was a human being and that she needed to pay attention to what she was doing. I will never go back here or any super-cuts again.

Terrible. Lousy service overall.even went back a few times to give then a second chance. Even that wasnt good or worth the drive. The only thing that keeps them going is location, location. Ive gotten food poisoning in restaurants that defy getting shut down. Why ? Because they are centrally located and theres no where else to eat. Really; go out of your way in this case. Waste of time and $$
