The whole team at Reflex Tuning is truly amazing! My GLI was having some serious suspension issues and I knew I needed to find a mechanic I could trust. I started to research online and came across all the fantastic reviews on RT. I reached out via email and Heather called me back within an hour and spent a good 20 minutes with me over the phone going over the issues I was having with my car. She set up a time for me to drop my car off that worked with my schedule and had a loaner car waiting for me. I was sent a full color coded diagnostic report with photos and videos on what needed immediate attention and what could wait. Heather was so great to explain everything on the report with me and worked with my budget on prioritizing what to tackle first. Once my car was repaired and ready to be picked up they impressed me once again with taking the time to detail my car inside and out. It looked amazing! I just can’t say enough wonderful things about Heather and the team at Reflex Tuning, they made everything so easy. I am so happy I have found a place that I can trust and cares about my car.

Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I went to two other Audi specialists in the area before RT for a rough idle and sluggish gear shift. Both said not to worry and it runs fine. It did not- my suspicion was correct and turns out there was significant issues that Im glad I caught early because of RT. I can say Heather and her team are the only ones I will trust with my Audi moving forward. Communication is top notch. At a time where customer service is slowly becoming a thing of the past I was referred to Reflex Tuning after some bad experiences with the Audi dealer. Heather took the time to carefully explain my options and the services they were going top perform after a thorough top to bottom inspection of my vehicle. The repairs were costly based on the scope of work; I was assured it would be a good investment based on all the various considerations. During the process the communication was great and I was kept up to speed on all the progress. The day came to pick up my vehicle; at first I was not sure if it was my car. After the owner took the time to explain everything that was done another team member came over and explained all the details of what was the best detailing the vehicle has ever had. Ironically the car was detailed by the Audi dealer not more than a month before. If you think all detailing is the same think again! Trip home was uneventful, which in this case is of course a good thing. The engine ran as well as it ever has, and smoothly getting under way and running up through the gears. The front suspension was steady and firm - no sway or wandering and clearly quieter on the rough areas. Nothing to note about the brakes. Lookin good for an old veteran.

When purchasing a used car, you sometimes never know the cards youre being dealt.. and the case was true for me. I took my car into Reflex Tuning because I heard an awful noise progressing from one of my rear wheels. I have a 14 VW Tiguan and was recommended by family to go to this shop--and I cant recommend them enough after using their services myself.Come to find out I needed quite a bit of work done to my car, and it was definitely not in as good of shape as I had thought. What I loved most is the initial overview of the ENTIRE car. Being a new customer, the purpose of this, is for them to learn about the car inside and out, and then inform the owner. Within 3 hours of dropping my car off, Reflex had completely inspected my car and had a diagnosis for my problem. Its all sent nicely in a car health report that includes pictures of everything.The main employee I spoke with was Daemmieon, and he was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgable. The first time we spoke about my VWs report he was on the phone for over an hour explaining my car head to toe. My car had many more issues than I anticipated, and he walked me through each one--the main ones being a bad wheel baring and suspension issues. They worked with me on different price points to help fix some of the items that were troubling--which is appreciated as sometimes repairs are sooo expensive.Reflex worked with me over the course of a week to help make my car safe and drivable, and for that I cant thank them enough. My car drives and sounds like a whole new vehicle, and I now have a sense of relief after their help. If you have a VW or Audi I HIGHLY recommend using Reflex Tuning!p.s.- They even gave me a lender vehicle, which is very uncommon now adays but so appreciated!!

I traveled to NH for the week and noticed some vibration in my steering wheel north of 65 mph. I searched for an Audi indie shop in the area and chose RT because another indie Audi/VW shop could not fit me in their schedule. I am glad they could not. The service I received to balance and rotate my tires, inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my cars needs to remain road ready was top notch. I perform basic maintenance to my vehicle and also work in the maintenance management field and to see the same tactics I employ in the field being used in an indie repair shop was comforting. I was able to drive home without worrying about being stranded roadside with a suspension issue. My SUV drove much smoother on the way home and I have already ordered the parts I need to make the necessary repairs. The service, professionalism and cost of services at RT far exceeds what I have experienced at an Audi stealership. They provided pictures and videos of issues relating to why I brought the car in, as well as some other items in need of attention. Including a phone call to walk me through all photos and videos. When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! Bravo Zulu to the RT crew!!! You have earned a customer (if I need it during a visit) through your professionalism, technical acumen and knowledge of Audi vehicles. Thank you for showing an out of towner what customer service is truly about and not attempting to rob me blind in the process.

Outstanding operation.Ive been to many mechanics with a variety of cars over the last 25 years - I even used to work for a franchise dealership and get my service done in-house - but RT takes the cake with their quality of service. They are exceptionally friendly, well-informed, accommodating, and detailed.Daemmieon is one of the best advisors Ive ever met. He knows how to treat his customers and build relationships with them.Every time I get my car back from them it looks, smells, and drives like new. Usually you worry that if you bring your car into the shop youre going to get screwed. Well NOT HERE!!!! Reflex Tuning is by far the best in automotive repair. Reflex Tuning has been working on my car for about a year now. I appreciate their data driven approach that focuses heavily on observing and tracking the progression of issues over time. This has ensured that their recommendations are based in real evidence, captured in photos or measurable data. This data driven approach makes decisions easier since it is presented in a clear language without scare tactics.They are extremely thorough and have caught several issues before they became significant enough to trigger a rebuild of that system (for example: avoiding potential damage to the vehicles computer and correcting a transmission issue before it became serious).

Heather was great - very personable and knowledgeable. I brought my 2017 Audi Q5 in for maintenance and they were very thorough. They also washed, vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my vehicle when they were through - looked great!

They thoroughly know how to repair and maintain Volkswagens and they treat my 2009 TDI with respect. They always have a nice clean loaner car for me as well - does your shop have great loaner cars? No excuses these days! We all have things to do besides jockey our vehicles around and then wait for a ride... I love the convenience of their drop off and pick-up system. They will take time to go over everything with you to make sure you understand what you are getting, what may need to be done in the future. They want to make sure your car will run as long as you want to own it.They also offer great services like the BG platform, state inspections and loaner cars. Had a great experience with some recent work my car needed. It took a little longer than we both expected, but having access to the loaner car and being kept informed and shown what was being worked on was great. The car was fixed right, runs great, and I will definitely use them again for other future needs. As a bonus, they de-greased and cleaned up my engine while putting things back together.

Although I have had good and polite service here previously I was refused service on my car because I hadn’t done the recommended maintenance that was quoted at 3400 dollars on a car with only 42000 miles , which tells me you are a good customer as long as you bring your car in regularly and spend an appropriate amount of money . But if you do not they don’t care about you as a customer . It’s all or nothing

Brought my 2014 VW Jetta to Reflex for long over due maintenance and some other mechanical issues that needed to be addressed. I was able to have a loner Vehicle the whole week as Heather and her team worked on my car, giving me daily updates as well as being able to access a full vehicle and diagnostic report right from my IPhone. I am very satisfied with my experience at Reflex Tuning and will continue to have my VW Serviced there.

Every time I have my car serviced at Reflex I know that it will be fixed right. No shortcuts. My car is 45 years old and requires research and parts searches to repair. I can count on Reflex to do the research, source the parts and repair the problem. It does not get much better than that.

If there was a Zero rating, I would have checked it.NEVER bring any car here unless you wanted your entire car dissected.I have a 2006 A-6 Audi, 196 k on it, very clean car.Runs perfect.Has a parking brake error code.Wanted it diagnosed.They came back at me with a $3300. quote, Not including a quote for my parking brake issue or a definitive diagnosis on the parking brake!Said it would take an hour to an 1 1/2 hrs. For diagnosticI was there 2 hrs & 25 minutes.The owner Heather, i told her there was no way i was spending that much in repairs on my car,. Ill just get a new carTo add insult to injury-She says to.me:What are you going to do? Are you going to buy brand new, used, what are you going to buy? Are you going to be able to get a loan???Your going to need to get a full diagnostic on a used Audi. Most people dont service their cars the they should. If you service your car, it can last a long time.High pressure repair sales.Seriously, since when did your mechanic start becoming your parents or treat you like a complete moron?!Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me.Hopefully the next person is smart enough to walk away from here too!

I am a really difficult customer in that I like to thoroughly understand the rationale behind the work being done and the work to be done to avoid costly repairs in the future. Reflex gets people like me. I am aware of how our cars perform yet Reflex is typically one step ahead of me. They are like an early warning device. After several years working with the team at Reflex, I continue to trust their recommendations. And they stand behind their work. Brake pads prematurely warn out with no apparent explanation? New pads and rotors at no cost. And now I am reaping the benefits of data over the history of my car. Looking back at Reflex photos taken have helped us hypothesize the why and put together a preventive maintenance approach to reduce maintenance costs over time.

I’ve brought my cars to Reflex Tuning for years to have all maintenance and service performed...first an A6 and now a Q5. They really know what they’re doing, are very upfront, and will get the job done without playing games...and always at a reasonable price. I brought my A4 to Heather and her team for a wheel bearing replacement, and after the extensive diagnostics that they do, it was discovered that I need to have more work done in the future. Heather did a great job of explaining what needed to be done right away, and what needed to be watched for the future. Overall, the work that was done on my car was done rather quickly, and my car drives really smoothly now. Im super happy with how my A4 drives now and I will definitely be going back for any work that needs to be done. I highly recommend Reflex Tuning for anyone with an Audi or VW.

Had an electrical diagnostic done to my car and was told nothing was wrong and a month later it died and now they are telling me I have to spend a decent amount of money for them to do anything highly unacceptable and would not recommend going to this place

I brought the car in to have the cam chain adjustment solenoids replaced and it was the start of a great relationship with Reflex. At this point there is no where else I would take my vehicle. I am pretty handy at spinning wrenches and any time I encounter something that is beyond my abilities I bring the vehicle here. Reflex has gone above and beyond all expectations every time I return. Their honesty and openness about the repairs and quality of said repairs is unequaled. Communication gets an A+ and overall I couldnt be happier. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. A better option over the dealer. I have brought my 2006 Audi A6 Quattro to them a couple of times now. I used to go to the Audi dealer with their free maintenance schedule, but since that expired I couldnt stand paying ridiculous prices. I wanted to bring my car to someone that knows what they are doing and priced their work fairly, and I found it with Reflex Tuning. They are very knowledgeable about Audi cars and they knew things about the car that the I couldnt get from the Audi dealer service desk. I will gladly bring my car back to them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to any friend with an Audi.
