My parents gifted me this Komachi set of knives from Costco and Ive had them for about six years. Theyve worked very well for home cooking but my purple chefs knife began having nicks in the blade. Im very pleased to have taken my knives to Wolf as he sharpened away the nicks and brought my knives back to life. He was quick to respond, professional, accommodating and very friendly. It was $25 to get all four of my knives sharpened which is so affordable. Ill definitely be back!

The owner, Wolf, is the nicest guy and he was able to sharpen about 7 large knives in about 20 minutes for an unbeatable price. Cannot recommend this enough to anyone needing their knives sharpened.

Did good on my knives the first time. The second time not so good. Had a knife from Japan, changed the entire color of the metal, and considerably shortened the blades width and length. It was an iron knife without a shine originally, after the sharpening it was budgeted to shine.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to WOLF..what an amazing job he did on my 2 sewing scissors !!! And he went above and beyond to come to my car and grab them from me. Being I had my granddaughter in the car. Highly recommend !! Thanks again WOLF !!!

Super friendly and top notch service! The place is a little hard to find (it is in a private home right on the corner) but lucky for me, Wolf was standing right outside his shop. My knives are the sharpest theyve ever been! Mahalo Wolf!!

Call ahead for an appointment. The service was fast and affordable. Wolf did three knives for me in 15 minutes. Park at Times Super Market and not in the neighbors driveway. I called when I arrived. I will be taking more back for sharpening!

3 years ago Grey Wolf sharpened my step mothers knives when we came out to visit from the mainland. He came highly recommended and has done a wonderful job. We called him on this visit and he was able to fit us in and sharpened 6 knives while we waited (3 Japanese Shun a Sabatier cleaver and 2 Henkels).Next year, well be bringing our knives from the mainland (stowed baggage, of course) for him to sharpen.

We were out of town the first part of March. Paid him to make a knife and ship it out. Still havent received it after many calls and texts and attempts of getting it he doesnt answer and gives us empty promises of getting it mailed out. We went to him because of the good reviews but Im very disappointed in this place and sadly there isnt anything i can do.
