I had to give one star, if it were up to me it would be none! I am from a different island and needed service on two documents. My documents were large and I could only send via google drive, however, the company came back with some huge accusations and negative feedback when we they were having difficulty opening my drive files. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT KAMAAINA OR HELPING PEOPLE!!!**SEE PHOTOS OF COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED FROM THIS BUSINESS FROM ERIC AND NAOMI.**

Great customer service. They are answering phones for Mainland Attorneys and customers which makes it easy for us to get a hold of them.

Getting to the server was a lil difficult due to Google address, but I had help getting ahold of them so it wasnt hard to get in touch.. Very helpful and fullfilled his job.

I dropped off documents on a Friday, with a check for standard service - the recipient lives AND works at an address 2 minutes away. One week later, no updates, and no service I had a friend serve papers instead (any adult over age 18 can do this for you in Hawaii, just have them sign the Proof of Service form and file it at court yourself). Hawaii Process Service would not return my check. Save your money, find another server.
