This is always a great place to get your hair done. They have great customer service and clear communication. Its is on the pricey side but well worth it.

Marsha did an amazing job putting in extensions in my awkward-phase pixie cut. The consultation was thorough and it was well-communicated what to expect from my type of hair in terms of best method and best length in order to keep the health of my natural hair. I have fine, thin hair so I went with tape-in extensions. She color matched and blended my hair so incredibly well. I was speechless. AND the hair was 100% human hair and feels so good! I have never done hair extensions and was super nervous but the results are so good I can’t wait to go back to her when my hair is healthy enough to carry longer extensions. Also- the price was fair. I was quoted an incredibly insane price with a previous stylist and so $200-$400 including the hair extensions is definitely the fair range.

Terrible experience, after getting my haircut here for years i came back from living abroad and scheduled an appointment. I drove 40 minutes to get there and called to say id be ten minutes late. The girl one the phone was snobby and told me as long as it was only ten minutes that would be ok. When i got there twelve minutes late they acted like i had just disrupted theire whole schedule for the year! Then they said if i wanted to wait half hour they could squeeze me in. I explaned that i couldnt and they said they would cancel for me. The whole experience from the first time i made an appointment was uncomfortable. Since when is getting a haircut like a job interview? The worst part is i used to go there for years and always tipped very well.
